능률이 가장 높은 수업 형태는 강의자와 학습자가 상호작용을 통하여 학습자의 자발적인 수업 참여를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 강의실 중심의 전통적인 수업은 상호작용을 지원하기에 체계나 시스템이 부족한 상태였다. 최근 정부의 정보화 사업의 하나로 학생들에게 태블릿이 제공될 예정이나, 강의 내용을 일방적으로 전달하는 데 그쳐 상호작용이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 태블릿이 웹 서버를 이용하여 교사와 학생 간 상호작용을 돕는 것을 목적으로 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 강의에 필요한 기능을 태블릿으로 제공함으로써 수업을 효율적으로 관리하게 하고, 웹 서버를 통한 즉각적인 상호작용이 가능하게 한다. It is well-known that inducing learner's spontaneous participation and teacher-student interaction are highly efficient way of teaching and learning. The traditional one-sided, teacher-centered lecture seemed to be inefficient systematically to support the interaction in classroom. Recently, the government was planning to provide the students with Tablet as a part of the informatization project, but it ended up providing only the content of the lecture, not allowing the interaction to occur in classroom. In this paper, we propose a system which aims to support interaction between a teacher and students by utilizing the Web server and Tablet.

The year 2019 was the biggest growth year so far, and also served as a springboard for the establishment of policies to expand renewable energy by launching a RE100 committee, holding a forum and industry meetings to introduce the RE100. Since the start of the 2014 campaign, the number of companies that have expressed their willingness to participate has continued to rise, with 57 companies increasing since November 2018, officially announcing statistics that 211 companies will participate. In April 2019, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy announced a plan to strengthen competitiveness of the renewable energy industry in order to lay the foundation for an ecosystem where Korea’s renewable energy business can take a fresh leap forward. It was divided into direct and indirect implementations to push for expansion of private sector-led investment in the domestic renewable energy market and to prepare a foundation for the implementation of RE100 so that global companies could respond to demands for production of eco-friendly products such as renewable energy. The Korea Energy Corporation and the Korea Electric Power Corp. announced on October 23, 2019 their plan to implement a pilot project to introduce the renewable energy usage recognition system. It is time for the entity to understand the RE100 flow changes and modify its strategy for procuring renewable energy. The government should set the stage for accelerating investment in renewable energy and strengthening industrial competitiveness by utilizing it.

RE100 was launched at a Climate Week NY event in New York City in 2014 in a voluntary campaign by companies to provide 100 percent of their required electricity with renewable energy, joined by the international nonprofit environmental group The Climate Group and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). Since the start of the campaign, the number of joined companies has continued to grow, with 179 participating companies as of June 2019. In the case of Korea, no company has participated in RE100 in earnest in domestic operations, not in overseas operations, as the system and conditions related to the direct purchase of renewable energy by private entities have yet to be prepared. However, Korean companies and suppliers are strongly demanding the use of renewable energy from Apple, BMW, and European suppliers, and the conversion of renewable energy is likely to affect export competitiveness in the long term, suggesting that it is connected to global image and possibility of overseas advancement. The Renewable Energy Choice Initiative was launched to prepare a related law to purchase renewable energy directly from energy consumers, which is considered a problem for RE100s participation in domestic businesses, and the RE100 Act is being proposed. Efforts by the government and businesses are needed to encourage active participation after the establishment of the system.

Background: Korea’s health screening program has been faced the need for changes as the population and diseases structure are changing. In addition to Korea, many countries operate state-led health check-up programs to improve the health level of the people, and the operating methods of the program appear in various forms according to each country’s health insurance system. This study examines other state-led health screening programs and proposes a direction for the development of Korea’s health screening program. Methods: The study was conducted using the literature review method, and the “country” was set as a unit for the case analysis. The operating method of the health screening programs and the financial resources were compared according to the health insurance system. Five countries were selected as Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Taiwan. Results: The analyzed countries mainly operate the health screening program as a management method for chronic diseases, but there were differences in the operating method, financing, and targeted subjects and examination items. In most countries, a risk assessment was performed prior to the examination (screening), and the subjects who needed the examination were first selected, and a follow-up management service was provided in accordance with the risk each individual exposed. Conclusion: Rather than applying the same screening method to populations with different risk levels, a health screening program will be constructed in consideration of the individual’s health level and exposure risk, and the healthcare delivery system will be reorganized so that screening and treatment services can be linked.

휴대폰의 카메라 모듈 내에 정렬된 카메라 렌즈들은 일반적으로 검은색 폴리머 스페이서(spacer)에 의해서 물리적으로 분리된다. 그러나 카메라 모듈이 계속 얇아지고 삽입되는 렌즈의 수는 계속 증가하는 추세를 고려해볼 때, 렌즈들을 분리해주는 스페이서의 기계적 특성이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 이에 기존 폴리머 스페이서의 대체재로서 우수한 기계적 특성을 가진 구리(Cu) 소재가 고려되고 있는데, 특히 표면에 고유한 흑색 구리(II) 산화물(CuO)을 형성하여 빛의 간섭을 줄이고 플레어(flare) 현상을 억제할 수 있기 때문에 스페이서로 적합하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행 연구들과 특허들을 분석 및 정리하여 표준구리 흑화 공정과 공정 조건을 제시하였다. 전체 공정은 수세(cleaning), 탈산화(deoxidizing), 활성화(activation), 흑화(blackening), 그리고 안정화(sealing)의 단위 공정들로 구성되는데, 각 단위 공정의 온도 및 활성화 용액의 농도 등의 공정 변수가 구리 시료(strip)의 흑화도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 표준 공정 조건은 색차계로 측정된 구리 시료의 흑화도가 품질만족(on-spec.) 조건에 부합하는가를 기준으로 결정되었다. Black polymer spacers are currently used for physically separating aligned camera lenses in camera modules of mobile phones. However, the mechanical properties of polymer spacers have their limits, especially in the current trend of using more lenses in thinner camera modules. Thus, copper (Cu) becomes a good candidate for those polymer spacers because of its superior mechanical properties and its inherent blackness due to its black surfaced oxides, such as copper (II) oxide (cupric oxide, CuO). The latter property is critical in quality control because the closer the color of a spacer is to black, the less light interference and flaring phenomena can occur. A standard Cu blackening process and its operational conditions were proposed in this study through a comprehensive analysis of previous research and patents. The Cu blackening process is composed of cleaning, deoxidizing, activating, blackening and sealing. The effects of operational parameters, such as the temperature of each unit process and the activator concentration, were then investigated by measuring the blackness of the Cu strips with a colorimeter. The proposed operational conditions were determined by whether the blackness of Cu strips was within the on-spec. value used in the field.
