        침자 술기 실습 모델에서 침감의 정량적 특성에 관한 연구

        Objectives : In this study, we quantitatively evaluated the needle forces using needle insertion-measurement system and compared the needle sensation of each acupuncture practical model. Methods : After inserting acupuncture with a sensor to six models, a lifting-thrusting motion was implemented using the needle insertion-measurement system. The needle force was measured repeatedly, and the measurement was analyzed based on the modified Karnopp friction model for a comparison of friction coefficients. After the insertion, practitioners did lifting-thrusting manipulations. They quantified the similarity of needle sensation with VAS (Visual Analogue Scale). Results : When friction force and coefficients of friction in five different models were compared with a porcine shank model, all five models were significantly different from a porcine shank model, cotton and apple showing the closest frictional values to that of a porcine shank model. In the Cp and Cn values of cotton and in the Cp values of IM injection pad, there was no statistically significant difference. The similarity of the needle sensation between the porcine shank and five models was the highest in the apple, and overlapping papers was the lowest. Conclusions : This study quantitatively compared the physical forces in the practical model when implementing lifting-thrusting manipulations, using a needle insertion-measurement system. We suggest that a reproducible exercise model that reflects the characteristics of various human tissues, such as viscoelasticity or strength, needs to be further developed. This will contribute to establishing standardized acupuncture practice training.

      • 5·18민주화운동에 관한 고교 역사교과서의 서술과 학생의 인식

        5·18 민주화 운동은 민주주의에 대한 열망을 갖고 살아가는 국가와 민족의 지표가 되고 있다. 이런 5·18 민주화 운동의 역사적 가치는 세계적으로 인정되어 지난 2011년 우리나라 현대사 중 처음으로 유네스코 세계 기록 유산으로 지정되었다. 이에 필자는 우리 학생들에게 5·18 민주화 운동에 관한 올바르고 폭넓은 교육이 필요하다고 생각하여, 이를 위해 현재까지 5.18 민주화 운동에 관한 교육이 어떻게 이루어졌는지 확인하는 작업을 수행하였다. 5·18 민주화 운동에 관한 연구는 5·18 민주화 운동 관련 단체들을 중심으로 꾸준히 진행되어 당시 기록과 사진 등 자료수집부터 인권·평화 영역까지 확대되었다. 나아가 연구는 트라우마와 치유의 문제, 기억에 관한 문제, 세대 계승에 관한 문제로 범위가 확대되고 있다. 반면, 5·18 민주화 운동 교육에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 다만, 5·18 민주화 운동이 교수·학습법을 모색하는 주제로 이용되는 경우, 고등학교 『한국 근·현대사』 6종과 대안교과서의 5·18 민주화 운동 서술을 출판사별로 비교 분석한 연구가 있었을 뿐이다. 더하여 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 학생들의 인식 구조를 살핀 연구는 찾아 볼 수 없다. 이처럼 5·18 민주화 운동 교육의 연구는 양적, 질적인 연구가 많이 미흡한 실정이다. 그러므로 본고에서는 5·18 민주화 운동 교육 연구의 초석을 다지는 작업으로 5·18 민주화 운동 교육 내용과 학생들의 인식을 고찰해 보았다. 교육 내용을 고찰해보기 위해 5·18 민주화 운동 서술이 처음 등장한 5차 교육과정부터 현재 7차 교육과정까지의 국·검정 고등학교 역사 교과서를 분석하였다. 이 작업으로 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 서술의 내용 및 방향의 변화, 분량, 자료 사용 등을 살펴 현행 교과서의 5·18 민주화 운동 서술의 현재와 문제점을 찾아보았다. 그리고, 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 학생들의 인식을 살피기 위해 교육과정에 5·18 민주화 운동이 포함되어있는 학년의 중고생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 결과를 정리하였다. 중학생의 인식을 살피고 후 고등학생의 인식 살핌으로써, 우리나라 중등교육이 5.18 민주화 운동 교육에 끼치는 영향을 고찰해 보았다. 또한, 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 지역적 인식 차이가 교육에 영향을 미치는 요소라고 판단되어 설문 결과를 학생들의 인식을 사건이 발생한 광주광역시와 광주광역시 외 지역으로 분류하였다. 공교육 교과서 내에서 5·18 민주화 운동의 서술은 시간이 지나감에 따라 점진적으로 양적·질적 증대가 이루어졌다. 5·18 민주화 운동 서술 관점은 전두환의 정권 획득 과정이라는 것에서 우리나라 민주화의 큰 흐름이라는 것으로 변화되었고, 점차 서술의 내용 및 범위, 관련 자료가 풍부해졌다. 설문을 통해 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 중고생의 인식이 발생지인 광주광역시와 그 외 지역으로 나뉘어 큰 차이가 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이는 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 지역별 교육 기회와 교수·학습법의 차이가 원인이었다. 고등학생이 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 지식의 폭, 가치 인식의 긍정성 등이 중학생보다 높았는데, 이는 고등학교 역사 교육의 효과일 것이다. 학생들은 지역과 무관하게 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 학습의 욕구가 높았고, 다양한 부문에 의문점을 갖고 있었다. 이에 비해 공교육 내에서의 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 교육의 기회, 다양한 교수·학습법은 턱없이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 교과서 또한 교육의 다양성을 추구하는 검인정제가 채택되었지만, 한국교육과정 평가원의 교과서 선정기준에 맞춰 모두 5·18 민주화 운동의 서술 범위가 비슷하며 한정적이다. 5·18 민주화 운동은 우리의 삶에 영향을 미치고 있는 중요한 사건이고, 그 가치가 더 크게 인정받아 가는 만큼 공교육 주도의 5·18 민주화 운동에 관한 균형적이고 정확한 교육이 필요하다. 이를 위해 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 교과서 서술이 다양한 관점으로 이루어져야 하며, 서술 범위 또한 인물, 희생자 문제, 현대 사회에서의 역할과 의미 등으로 확대되어야 할 것이다. 또한 다양한 교수·학습법과 생동감을 주는 자료를 개발하여 학생들이 5·18 민주화 운동에 대해 올바른 가치관과 계승 의지를 갖도록 해야 한다. 5·18 민주화 운동은 학생들이 세계시민으로 나아가는데, 바람직한 역사관과 세계관을 제공하는 우리나라 민주화의 자랑스러운 유산이다. 학생들이 5·18 민주화 운동의 가치를 계승하고 발전시켜 나갈 수 있도록 하는 교육적 시도와 연구가 꾸준히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본고에서는 이 출발점으로 5·18 민주화 운동 교육의 현재를 살펴보고, 문제점을 짚어보았다. 이제 본고 외에도 교육계와 현장에서 5·18 민주화 운동에 관한 관심을 더욱 높여 5·18 민주화 운동에 대한 인식, 교수·학습의 실제, 교과서 서술 방향, 효과적 학생을 위한 자료 개발 등 다양한 분야의 연구가 이루어지길 바란다. The May 18 Democratic Movement has been an indicator for the people and the nation of Korea that have been having aspirations of democracy. Since this historic value of the Movement has been recognized worldwide, The May 18 Democratic Uprising was designated as a UNESCO Memory of the World in 2011, which was extremely rare for a piece of modern Korean history. As the uprising received a huge credit for its historical value, it was necessary for Korean students to be informed with proper and extensive education. Therefore, this dissertation discusses how The May 18 Uprising has been taught in history classes and lessons at secondary schools. Since the study of the movement has been continued among the 518 Movement activist group, research varied from the collection of pictures and documents to human rights. The study has been expanded to include the areas of traumatic experiences, the problem of memory, and the problem of generational succession On one hand, research on the education of the May 18 movement is hard to find. But the movement as a topic of learning and teaching is only discussed for six different high schools “Korean Modern and Contemporary History Textbook” and “Alternative Textbook”, which compares and analyzes the descriptions of the movement in different textbooks. Furthermore, it is hard to find any study on structure of recognition of students regarding the May 18 democratic movement. The quantity and quality of studies on this topic are quite insufficient. This dissertation examined research on how students are educated on the May 18 Movement and how the students view the uprising by laying the foundation for the study of education on the movement. The textbook description was analyzed from the Period of 5th Educational Course which was the first time for the democracy to be mentioned up until the Period of 7th Educational Course. Also included in the research were the recent awareness and problems presented by the description of the May 18 Democratic Movement in current textbooks based on the statements of the Uprising and directions of changes, quantity and the use of documents. In order to examine the awareness of Korean students of the Movement, a survey of the secondary students who studied the Movement in their curriculum was conducted and the results organized. The impact of Korean secondary education on the education of the Democratic Movement was studied from middle school students to highschool students. Also becuase the regionally different awareness of the Uprising could be the reason for the education, the result of the survey is divided into two groups; Gwang-ju and outside of Gwang-ju. The description of the May 18 Democratic Movement in public education textbooks has been gradually improved in terms of quantity and quality. The perspective of the description of the Movement has been transformed from the process of protests against Chun Do-hwan’s military regime to a huge wave of South Korean democracy. Also the description has been rich in quality. Through survey, the difference of perspectives of middle school and high school students was examined based on the regional deviation; Gwang-ju and outside of Gwang-ju. The results were organized by the level of educational opportunity and teaching-learning style. The group of high school students had more knowledge of the Movement and thought of it more positively than the group of middle school students, a result of studying history in high school. Regardless of their regions, students had high interest and desire to learn about the Movement and had questions in a variety of areas. On the other hand, public education did not offer enough opportunities or variable teaching-learning methods. The current public education textbooks could not solve the questions students had due to the limited and generally similar descriptions of the Uprising. Since the May 18 Movement is a critical historic event and is still being recognized gradually, it is necessary for public education to provide a balanced and accurate education about the Movement. In order to do so, it needs to have diversified views on how to describe the Uprising and the description should be extended to the historic figures, the issues of victims and the meanings in modern society. Also, various authentic teaching-learning methods need to be studied to imbue a right sense of value and succession to students. The May 18 Democratic Movement is a part of the proud legacy of Korean democracy for students to be global citizens and offer a valuable view of history and the world. There should continue to be educational trials and studies of the event for students to inherit and develop the spirit of the Movement. This dissertation goes through the current state of teaching the Movement and points out the problems. There is the hope that the secondary curriculum also focuses more on the Democratic Movement and helps to bring greater awareness of the Movement, teaching-learning methods, the correct description of the issue in textbooks and developing effective teaching materials for students.

        예비유아교사의 다문화교육에 대한 은유(metaphor) 분석

        본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 가지는 다문화교육에 대한 의미를 알아보는데 그 목적을 두고, 예비유아교사 197명을 대상으로 이들이 가지는 다문화교육에 대한 언어적 심상을 분석하였다. 자료분석은 체계적 은유분석을 바탕으로 이루어졌으며, 범주화 후 통계분석을 실시하였다. 예비유아교사들이 생각하는 다문화교육의 의미를 분석한 결과, 대분류는 교육목적, 교육내용, 교육의 필요성, 교사의 역량 등이 나타났으며, 내용유형은 조화와 통합, 다양성, 사회적 당위성, 문화이해, 세계시민, 반편견 교육, 다문화역량의 총 7개 유형이 도출되었다. 예비유아교사들은 다문화교육에 대해 주로 교육목적이나 내용의 방향에서 접근하는 경향이 있었으며, 다문화교육 및 이를 위한 교사의 역량증진의 필요성을 인식하고 다문화교육에 대한 한 단계 진보된 시각이 나타나기도 하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 이후 예비유아교사의 다문화적 역량강화와 전문성 신장을 위한 프로그램 마련에 도움이 되길 기대한다. This study investigated the metaphorical expressions that prospective teachers for young children developed to represent their linguistic images relating to multicultural education in South Korea. From 250 preservice teachers, 197 metaphors were created. Data were analyzed through continuous comparison and contrast among three researchers and quantified for statistical analysis as well. From the metaphor analysis, seven categories that symbolize the prospective teachers` understanding of multicultural education were identified. According to the results, 32.5% of participants conceived multicultural education as harmony and social integration. The other pictorial images were diversity(17.8%), the need of society (15.2%), anti-bias education(11.2%), cultural understanding (9.1%), teachers` cultural competency(7.1%), and cosmopolitan citizenship(5.6%). Results indicated that most of the preservice teachers(70.1%) perceived multicultural education under the boundary of educational objectives and content, that is, what to teach. Metaphors are powerful linguistic tools to gain insight into teachers` thoughts about teaching, learning, teacher, and also educational culture.

        ‘놀이 중심 교육과정 전환’ 에 따른 예비유아교사교육에서의 세 가지 쟁점 연구

        본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정을 통해 강조되는 놀이 중심 교육과정으로의 전환이 예비유아교사교육에 주는 시사점에 대하여 세 가지 쟁점을 중심으로 논의하였다. 이를 위해 교육과정 연구물, 최신 이론, 현대적인 프로젝트들, 국제 교육과정 등의 문서를 심도 깊게 고찰하였으며, 세 가지 주요 쟁점인 교육과정 재구성, 교사의 자율성과 전문성, 놀이와 배움을 토대로 예비유아교사교육에 주는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었 다. 첫째, 교육과정에 대한 자기 성찰과 문제의식, 현장과의 파트너쉽을 통한 유아와 함께 만들어가는 교육과정에 대한 실제적 경험이 예비유아교사에게 요구되는 바이 다. 둘째, 교사의 행위주체성(agency)을 중심으로 놀이 중심 교육과정을 실행하는 교사의 역할이 정립되어야 할 필요성과 교사 교육자에게 실험적(experimentation) 교수를 제안하였다. 더불어 놀이하며 배우는 유능한 유아에 대한 깊이있는 이해와 존중, 놀이를 통한 배움의 과정과 내적 현상에 귀 기울일 수 있는 교사의 페다고지 실천이 이루어질 수 있도록 예비유아교사교육이 변화되길 기대한다. This study focused on three important points related to pre-service early childhood teacher education right after ‘play-based curriculum change’ in 2019. We got clear ideas from reading recent theories and literatures including several national and international curriculum documents and papers, recent theories about play and learning, and play-based learning projects in the field of early childhood education. We attempted to explain three important ideas which can transform the current discourses of pre-service early childhood teacher education. First, we suggest that pre-service teachers have real experience of collective curriculum-making with children through self-reflection, critical awareness, and partnership with kindergartens. Secondly, teacher educators need to consider their teaching as experimentation and process so that teachers’ pedagogical role focused on agency could be revitalized. Finally, we expect the transformation and diversification of pre-service early childhood teacher education for teachers to respect children who are capable, competent and active and listen to their intra-active learning through play.

        은유분석을 통한 예비유아교사의 동성애에 대한 사고유형 분석

        본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 동성애를 어떻게 바라보고 있으며 그 원인이 무엇인지를 탐구해 보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 한국 사회에서 다문화교육을 수행할 예비유아교사들의 동성애 대한 인식을 살펴보는 것은 성(gender)을 포함하여 문화의 개념을 다양하고 포괄적으로 접근하면서 한국사회가 시민교육과 다문화교육으로 나아가는데 의미있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 생각에서 시도되었다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남지역 3, 4년제 대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 에비유아교사 210명을 대상으로 하여, 2014년 10월 7일부터 24일까지 자료를 수집하였고, 177명의 설문지를 최종 연구자료로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 동성애에 대해 예비유아교사들은 은둔자, 사회적 소외자, 독특한 개성을 가진 자, 자유로운 개척자, 평범한 일반인, 타고난 자, 같은 성을 사랑하는 자, 혐오스러운 자, 이해불가한 자로 인식하고 있었다. 유아다문화교육이 사회적 편견과 고정관념을 해체하는 데서 시작한다고 볼 때, 동성애에 대한 예비유아교사들의 부정적 인식의 원인을 다각도에서 분석하고 다문화교육의 차원에서 동성애 개념을 새롭게 마련하는 것이 절실하다고 판단된다. This study is aims to examine how pre-service early childhood teachers perceive homosexuality, and the rationale behind that. This study, examining the perception of homosexuality by pre-service early childhood teachers who are carrying out multicultural education in Korean society, was carried out has been made an attempt based on the thought that it would provide meaningful implications for Korean society to step forward to civic education and multicultural education with a diverse and comprehensive approach on the concept of culture including gender. For this study, the survey data were collected from 210 pre-service early childhood teachers studying early childhood education of at three or four-year colleges in Busan and Gyeongnam area from 7th Oct 2014 to 24th Oct, and selected 177 questionnaires as final research data. The research showed the pre-service early childhood teachers perceived homosexuals as hermits, a socially alienated class, persons of unique individuality, pioneers of freedom, ordinary persons, gifted persons, homosexual lovers, disgusting persons, and inexplicable persons. With a view-point that early childhood multicultural education would begin with abreak-up of social prejudices and stereotypes, it is considered to be absolutely necessary to analyze the reasons for the negative perceptions of homosexuality by pre-service early childhood teachers from various angles and to newly set up a concept of homosexuality on grounds of multicultural education.

        국내외 췌장염 관련 침구치료 연구 현황

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to review the current research trend on the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for pancreatitis. Methods : Through nine search engines, articles were collected, which had involved the use of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for pancreatitis. Data were extracted from the selected articles regarding the year, country, type of pancreatitis, study design, evaluation variable, intervention, point for acupuncture and moxibustion, and effectiveness of treatment. Results : Total 56 articles were reviewed. The number of studies increased gradually every ten years. Fifty-one studies(91%) were conducted in China. Most of clinical studies and animal experimentations reported on acute pancreatitis. Thirty-nine studies were randomized controlled trials(RCTs), but most of them were assessed as uncertain in the risk of bias evaluation. The degree of overall improvement(79%) was used mainly as evaluation variable of clinical studies. In animal experimentations, the examination of pancreatitis tissue(77%) and blood test(77%) were used the most. Most of studies were conducted with the acupuncture, one with moxibustion. Among them, electroacupuncture was the most common intervention of treatment group. ST36 was the most frequently used acupuncture point in the included studies. Effective rate increased and serum amylase, clinical symptoms, recovery time of gastrointestinal function decreased statistically significantly in the treatment group of clinical studies. Conclusions : The result of this study could be used for the future practice and research about the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for pancreatitis.

        췌장염 환자의 복통 호전을 위한 전침 및 이침 치료 예비 임상연구 프로토콜

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of further acupuncture research as an effective alternative and safe treatment for abdominal pain control in patients with pancreatitis. Methods and Results : This study is an open-label, assessment-blind, parallel designed pilot clinical trial. Thirty participants will be assigned to the acupuncture group(n=15) and usual care group(n=15). All patients will receive the conventional standard-of-care(SOC) therapy, but only the experimental group will receive acupuncture therapy six times a week, and the duration of acupuncture therapy will be held up to 12 weeks or until the pains are to be resolved. For the conventional SOC therapy, painkiller will be given. In treatment group, the subjects will receive the identical SOC therapy in combination with electroacupuncture therapy on twelve acupuncture points(LI4, PC6, SP6, GB39, ST36, ST37), and auricular acupuncture therapy on five auricular acupuncture points(Sympathetic, Shen Men, Abdomen, Pancreas gall, and Spleen). The primary outcome will be measured using the visual analogue scale(VAS), and the secondary outcome will be measured using the painkiller demand, quality of life index and severity of pancreatitis by abdominal computed tomography(CT). Assessments will be made at baseline and at week 1, 4, 8 and 12. Results of abdominal CT will be evaluated at baseline and at week 12. Conclusions : The result of this trial will provide a basis for the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture treatment for abdominal pain in patients with pancreatitis.

        수족냉증의 침 치료법에 대한 고찰

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review the acupuncture treatment for cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet. Methods : We searched articles in 7 search engines with keywords related to ‘Cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet’ and ‘Raynaud disease’ in March 2021. Clinical studies that used acupuncture for cold hypersensitivity of hands or feet were included. Animal studies and nonclinical data were excluded. Data on acupuncture treatment such as methods, site, duration, frequency, and period were analyzed. Also, network analysis between acupoints was conducted. Results : Of 41 selected articles, there were 32 case reports, 7 randomized controlled trials, and 2 uncontrolled clinical studies. Studies were conducted using manual acupuncture, electroacupuncture, warm needling, pharmacopuncture, fire needling, and auricular acupuncture. Most studies used more than one acupoint (n=40), and there were 111 acupoints selected for acupuncture treatment for cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet. The most commonly used acupoint was LI11 (n=27). In terms of the correlation of acupoints, LI11 had the highest value of degree centrality at 0.6989. The mean treatment time, number of treatments, and duration were 26.8±8.87 minutes, 15.51±15.75 times, and 77.69±132.80 days. Conclusions : The results of this study could be useful in establishing the evidence for performing standardized acupuncture treatment for cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet.

        시청각자료를 이용한 환자교육이 대장내시경 검사에 미치는 영향

        Background/Aims: The purpose of this study is to investigate how effectively audiovisual aids education can improve patients``bowel preparation and their satisfaction during colonoscopic examination. Methods: The control group consisted of 116 patients and the experimental group consisted of 109 patients. The control group was given the existing test guidebooks and the experimental group was offered audiovisual aids education immediately before the test. After the test, the patients assessed. Results: In regard to the organization and consistency of colonoscopic education, the experimental group showed a statistically significant score (p=0.000). In regard to satisfaction with the colonoscopy, the average score of the control group was 7.50±2.02, while that of the experimental group was 8.63±1.76 (p=0.000). In regard to bowel preparation, the experimental group showed a statistically meaningful score compared to that of the control group (p=0.002). In terms of examination time comparison, the experimental group returned a statistically meaningful score (p=0.005). In regard to the nurses`` task satisfaction, according to the information offered, the experimental group showed a statistically significant score (8.47±1.32) compared to the control group (6.49±2.23)(p=0.000). Conclusions: The audiovisual aids education enhanced the patients`` satisfaction. Therefore these aids are worth incorporating within nursing methods. (Intest Res 2007;5:52-59)
