디젤 자동차의 점점 강화되는 $NO_X$ 배기가스 규제를 만족하기 위해서는 화학공학 기반의 SCR 반응모델을 사용한 모델기반 제어 알고리즘 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 소형 경유차량을 대상으로 $NO_X$ 를 저감하기 위한 배기 후처리 시스템 모델을 설계하기 위하여 SCR 시스템 모델링과 Rig 실험 및 Matlab 을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 및 검증을 하였다. SCR Rig 실험은 디젤엔진에서 배출되는 배기가스와 같은 성분의 모사가스를 생성하여 공간속도와 온도의 변화에 의한 SCR 의 $NO_X$ 저감효율에 대한 실험 조건 및 데이터를 획득하였다. 또한, 제안된 모델은 Rig 실험에서 사용한 실험조건과 결과데이터를 이용하여 Matlab 을 통해 검증하였으며 시뮬레이션 시 필요한 모델의 파라미터 값들은 실험데이터를 기반으로 최적화하였다. To satisfy stricter $NO_X$ emission regulations for light- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles, a control algorithm needs to be developed based on a selective catalytic reaction (SCR) dynamics model for chemical reactions. This paper presents the development and validation of a SCR dynamics model through test rig experiments and MATLAB simulations. A nonlinear state space model is proposed based on the mass conservation law of chemical reactions in the SCR dynamics model. Experiments were performed on a test rig to evaluate the effects of the $NO_X$ and $NH_3$ concentrations, gas temperature, and space velocity on the $NO_X$ conversion efficiency for the urea-SCR system. The parameter values of the proposed SCR model were identified using the experimental datasets. Finally, a control-oriented model for an SCR system was developed and validated from the experimental data in a MATLAB simulation. The results of this study should contribute toward developing a closed-loop control strategy for $NO_X$ and $NH_3$ slip reduction in the urea-SCR system for an actual engine test bench.
소프트웨어 아키텍쳐 기반의 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트 검색

이 연구에서는 재사용을 위한 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐 검색 방법과 아키텍쳐의 재사용에 필요한 컴포넌트를 효율적으로 검색하기 위해 변경된 시그니쳐 일치와 행위 일치 검색 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 검색 방식은 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐 검색을 통해 컴포넌트의 검색 범위를 제한함으로써 검색의 정확성과 재현율을 향상시키고, 일치 수행의 비교 횟수를 줄임으로써 검색 수행 시간을 감소시켰다. 또한 이미 정의된 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐와 컴포넌트의 재사용성을 향상시킬 수 있다. This paper proposes a software architecture retrieval method for reuse. In addition to this, it also proposes modified signature match and behavior match to retrieve components efficiently for architecture reuse. In proposed retrieval methods, software architecture retrieval improves the recall and precision of retrieval through restricting the retrieval scope of a component. It also reduces overall retrieval execution time by decreasing the number of comparison for matching. In addition to these, it improves reusability of predefined software architectures and components.

Secondary amyloidosis occurs in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS). The major therapeutic approach to secondary amyloidosis involves controlling the underlying inflammatory disease. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors have revolutionized the treatment of rheumatic diseases; in many cases dramatic clinical improvement of secondary amyloidosis due to AS has been observed in response to treatment with these agents. However, the development of secondary amyloidosis associated with AS refractory to treatment with TNF-α inhibitors has been infrequently reported. Here, we described a case of a 37-year-old male patient with longstanding AS who was diagnosed with secondary amyloidosis due to high disease activity despite treatment with etanercept, adalimumab and infliximab. 우리나라 민간 소형 비행기 동력장치의 감항기준은 KAS Part 23(소형 비행기)과 Part 33(엔진)에서 규정하고 있다. 이 기준은 미연방항공청(FAA)의 FAR Part 23 및 Part 33과 유럽항공안전청(EASA)의 CS-23 및 CS-E와 동등한 체계를 갖는다. FAA와 EASA는 소형 비행기의 감항기준을 전면 개정하였다. 설계 방식과 적합성 입증방법을 지정한 규범적 규정에서 안전한 성능을 달성하도록 목표를 지정하는 성능기반형 규정으로 전환한 것이다. 이러한 개념적 전환에 따라 동력장치 감항기준 또한 기존의 요건에서 대폭 변경되었다. 이에 따라 FAA의 동력장치 인증요건 개정 사항을 살펴보고 우리나라의 감항기준 개정 방향을 고찰하였다. Korean civil airworthiness requirements of powerplant system are regulated on KAS Part 23 and Part 33. These are equivalent to FAR Part 23, Part 33 of FAA and CS-23, CS-E of EASA. FAA and EASA rewrites entire airworthiness requirements for the small airplane. It changed current ‘prescriptive regulation’ into ‘performance-based regulation’ which makes the object of safety performance. Powerplant requirements are also changed extensively by these concept revolution. In accordance with reorganization, we studied new powerplant system requirements of FAR Part 23 and proposed ideal direction to rewrite of Korean Airworthiness Standard rewrite.

Objective. To compare efficacy and safety of febuxostat in gouty patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 3 and stage 4/5. Methods. Age and sex matched patients with CKD stage 3 and stage 4/5 who were diagnosed with gout were included. The dose of febuxostat was increased according to serum uric acid (sUA) level. Adherence, the number of gout attack, the change of sUA, the change of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and adverse events (AEs) were evaluated for 12 months. Results. There were no significant differences in the baseline variables between CKD stage 3 and CKD stage 4/5. Disease duration was longer and baseline sUA was higher in the CKD stage 4/5. There were no significant differences in the mean sUA at the last follow-up, the number of patients who reached the sUA target of 6 mg/dL and the number of gout attack between the groups. There were no significant differences in the change of eGFR and decrease of eGFR between the groups. There were 2 cases of AEs. One patient in CKD stage 3 had maculopapular rash and one patient in CKD stage 4/5 had dizziness. The AEs were subsided after febuxostat was stopped. Conclusion. Febuxostat was efficacious and well tolerated in gout patients with CKD stage 4/5.

A novel method for telemetering flight operational data of airborne jammer to ground station is presented. The design and construction of an onboard telemetry transmitting set and a ground receiving set which are necessary for realizing this novel method is described. Using this novel method, ALQ-X, airborne jammer, can immediately transmit the gathered data during flight without additional exclusive telemetry set.
