        유아교사의 전문성 인식과 교사-유아 상호작용 관계 분석

        본 연구는 유아교사의 전문성 인식과 교사-유아 상호작용의 관계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 P시의 유아교사 294명을 대상으로 ‘유치원교사와 보육교사의 전문성 인식 평가 도구(이 경, 2001)’와 ‘교사-유아 상호작용 평가도구(이정숙, 2003)’ 설문을 실시하여 최종 225부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 전문성 인식과 교사-유아 상호작용은 보통 이상으로 높게 평가되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 전문성 인식과 교사-유아 상호작용은 전체 및 하위영역 간 모두 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 교사-유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 유아교사의 전문성 인식 요인은 직업윤리, 사회봉사성, 전문적 지식?기술요구, 자율성으로 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 요인은 직업윤리로 나타났다. 교사-유아 상호작용의 하위요인인 정서적, 언어적, 행동적 상호작용에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 유아교사 전문성 인식 요인은 직업윤리, 전문적 지식?기술요구, 사회봉사성으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between professional recognition and teacher-child interaction of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 225 teachers working at the early childhood educational institutions in P city. Professional recognition was examined by using Kyung Lee"s scale(2001) and teacher-child interaction was invested by using Jeongsook Lee"s scale(2003). Data collection was conducted by administering survey questionnaire to teachers. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, professional recognition and teacher-child interaction perceived by early childhood teachers show appear relatively high. Second, the sub factors of professional recognition and teacher-child interaction of early childhood teachers are observed to have a positive relationship with a high correlation coefficient. Third, as we regard the influences of sub factors in each sector of teacher-child interaction, it turns out that the total score of professional recognition and the professional ethics are the most important factors to account teacher-child interaction.

        유아교사의 발달단계에 따른 전문성 및 교사-유아 상호작용

        본 연구는 유아교사의 발달단계에 따라 전문성과 교사-유아 상호작용이 어떤 차이를 나타내는지를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 P시에 근무하는 어린이집과 유치원 교사 294명이 연구대상이 되었으며, 이들을 대상으로 배부된 설문지 중 263부가 최종 분석 되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 발달단계에 따른 전문성 인식은 입문수용과 안일안주 단계보다 능력구축과 열중성장 단계에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 발달단계에 따른 교사-유아 상호작용은 입문수용과 안일안주 단계보다 능력구축 단계에서 더 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로, 교사발달단계에 따른 세분화된 지속적 교육과 훈련이 필요하며 특히 안일안주 단계의 교사들을 지원하기 위한 교사교육 및 정책이 요구됨을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine whether preschool teachers’ professionalism and teacher-child interaction would differ in terms of the teachers’ developmental stages. A total of 263 preschool teachers in P city responded to three kinds of questionnaires to measure teachers’developmental stages, professionalism, and teacher-child interaction. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA and Scheffe test. The findings of this study were as followings: First, there was a significant difference on the teachers’professionalism according to the developmental stages. Both the teachers in the competency building stage and in the enthusiastic and growing stage showed higher scores on the professionalism than those in the induction stage and in the stable and stagnant stage. Second, there was a significant difference on the teacher-child interaction in terms of teacher career stage. The teachers in the competency building stage showed higher score on the interaction than those in a the induction stage and in the stable and stagnant stage. The implications for teacher education were discussed on the basis of the results.

        장애유아 통합교육 관련 학위논문 연구동향 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze recent research trends in early childhood inclusive education. For this purpose, a total of 408 theses, written between 1986 and 2010, were chosen and then analyzed in terms of years of publication, the main topics of research, and the research methodology used. The results of this study are presented and discussed as follows: First, the amount of research into I nclusive education increased greatly after 2001. Second, the main topics of the research, as reflected in the theses studied, were general discussions of inclusive education, the attitudes and apprehension of those working with young children with disabilities and the rate of increase in the quantity of research produced has been gradually increased. Third, the methodologies of researches varied somewhat, as reflected in the review of the survey studies and experimental studies. Therefore, it can be said that research into Early Childhood Inclusion Education will continue to be a subject of interest and study and will continue to develop for the benefit curriculum, measurement, assessment and the families concerned.

        말기암 환자의 통증 양상과 통증관리에 영향을 미치는 요소들

        N/A Background: Validity of WHO guideline of cancer pain management has been proven and many trials have been done to derive solutions for inadequate cancer pain management. We assessed the severity of pain of terminal cancer patients in a few different ways and patients'characteristics influencing inadequate pain management. Methods: This study was based on 100 adult oncological patients who were confirmed as terminal stage in our institution from 3/1998 to 11/1998. Medical records were reviewed and individual patients were interviewed to obtain demographic information and medical characteristics such as; daily activity performance, metastasis, and drug-adjusted pain severity. Adequacy of prescribed analgesics in accordance with WHO guidelines of pain management and patients characteristics influencing adequacy of pain management were assessed. Results: Among those cancer patients diagnosed as terminal stage, 85% complained of pain, and 68% of those patients reported pain above moderate severity. 38% of those patients received inadequate pain management resulting in greater severity of pain; the less adequate pain relief was(p<0.01). Sex, age, primary cancer site metastasis, symptoms such as depression and anxiety, and daily activity performance were not significantly related. Conclusions: Despite WHO guidelines for pain management, majority of the terminal cancer patients received inadequate pain management. There is a necessity for education on proper pain evaluation and strict implimentation for WHO guidelines of pain management.

        항공사 객실승무원의 정서노동이 소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -조직지원시스템의 조절효과-

        In this study, the job attitude of flight attendants who were performing emotional labor, had been explored. The organizational support system had been analysed to test its effect as a moderator on burn-out. Emotional labor consisted in this study deep acting and surface acting. First, deep acting found negatively related with burn-out, negatively related with intention to leave. Second, surface acting positively related with burn-out. This study put organizational support systems as moderator. Organizational support systems has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting and burn-out. but hasn`t moderating effect on the between surface acting.

        다양한 양극산화막 처리방법이 임프란트 골유착에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of anodizing surface to osseointegration of implant by using of resonance frequency analysis (RFA), quantitative and qualitative assessment of an anodically modified implant type with regard to osseous healing qualities. A total of 96 screw-shaped implants were prepared for this study. 72 implants were prepared by electrochemical oxidation with different ways. 24 (group 1 SP) were prepared at galvanostatic mode in 0.25M sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. 24 (group 2GC) were prepared at galvanostatic mode in calcium glycerophosphate and calcium acetate and 24 (group 3 CMP (Calcium Metaphosphate) Coating were prepared at galvanostatic mode in 0.25M sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid followed by CMP coating. Rest of 24 (control group were as a control group of RBM surface. Bone tissue responses were evaluated by resonance frequency analysis (RFA) that were undertaken at 2, 4 and 6 weeks after implant placement in the mandible of mini-pig. Group 1 SP (anodized with sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid implants) demonstrated slightly stronger bone responses than control Group RBM. Group 2 GC (anodized surface with calcium glycerophosphate and calcium acetate implants) demonstrated no difference which were compared with control group. Group 3 GMP (anodized and CMP coated implants) demonstrated slightly stronger and faster bone responses than any other implants. But, all observation result of RF A showed no significant differences between experimental groups with various surface type. Histomorphometric evaluation demonstrated significantly higher bone-to-implant contact for group 2 GC. Significantly more bone formation was found inside threaded area for group 2 GC. It was concluded that group 2 GC (anodized surface with calcium glycerophosphate and calcium acetate implants) showed more effects on the bone tissue responses than RBM surface in initial period of implantation. In addition, CMP showed a tendency to promote bone tissue responses.

        유치원 교사의 배경변인과 멘토링 경험에 따른 멘토링의 인식과 실태 및 요구

        본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 멘토링에 대한 실태, 인식, 요구를 교사 배경변인뿐 아니라 멘토링 경험여부, 경험한 멘토링의 유형에 따라 구체적으로 분석해보는 것이다. 연구대상은 부산시 소재 유치원에 근무하는 초임 및 경력 교사 409명이었다 연구방법은 멘토링에 대한 인식과 실태, 요구를 묻는 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌고, 그 결과는 교사의 배경변인, 멘토링 경험여부, 경험한 멘토링의 유형에 따라 분석되었다. 그 결과를 보면, 첫째, 연령, 학력, 직위가 높을수록 멘토링에 대한 이해가 높고 멘토링 경험자가 많았다. 둘째 멘토링 미경험집단은 다양한 경험의 전수에 도움을 받고자 멘토링에 참가하고 교수학습지도, 생활지도에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대하였다. 그리고 멘토링 경험집단은 교육활동에 도움을 받고자 멘토링에 참가하였고, 자기능력이 개발되고, 교육활동에 관심이 많아졌으며, 인간관계가 좋아진 점이 멘토링의 가장 큰 보람이며, 좋은점이라고 밝혔다. 셋째, 멘토링 미경험 집단과 경험 집단간 멘토링에 대한 요구사항에는 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구의 결 과는 멘토링 프로그램 개발 및 적용을 위한 기초자료로서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to study mentoring realities the teachers of young children in the field have experienced and their recognition and needs for the mentoring. A total of 445 teachers participated in this study and responded to a questionnaire about mentoring. The collected data were analyzed by Frequency and x2 analyses using SPSS 15.0 computer program. As a result of analyses, there were plenty of differences in the teachers' understanding of and needs for the mentoring as well as the mentoring realities according to their backgrounds variables(i.e., age, education, experience, and status), yes or no experience of mentoring, and the type of mentoring they have experienced.

        국외근로자 비과세제도 개선방안 연구 : 국제선항공승무원을 중심으로

        Since the tax-free system for overseas laborers was implemented in 1974, the tax-free limits of international air crew, overseas construction workers and crewmen of deep-sea fishing ships and ocean-going ships had been identical by 2005, but there are big differences, currently. The Ministry of Strategy and Finance pointed out the poor working environments and international competitiveness of the industries to explain the reason for the differential tax-free limit. From this perspective, the fairness of the tax-free system for overseas laborers was analyzed. This is an empirical study, based on the objective fact. The study finding showed that international air crew were working in the structural flight work environments to threaten the right of health due to jet lag and excessive exposure to high-altitude cosmic radiation. Therefore, it was analyzed there should be a proper system reform to apply the tax-free limits to international air crew which are identical to those applied to overseas construction workers and crewmen of deep-sea fishing ships and ocean-going ships, for a fair taxation.
