단일변이 탐색법과 유전 알고리즘에 의한 탱크모형 매개변수 결정 비교 연구

The objectives of this study are to apply univariate search and genetic algorithm to tank model, and compare the two optimization methods. Hydrologic data of Baran watershed during 1996 and 1997 were used for correction the tank model, and the data of 1999 to 2000 were used for validation. RMSE and R2 were used for the tank model's optimization. Genetic algorithm showed better result than univariate search. Genetic algorithm converges to general optima, and more population of potential solution made better result. Univariate search was easy to apply and simple but had a problem of convergence to local optima, and the problem was not solved although search the solution more minutely. Therefore, this study recommend genetic algorithm to optimize tank model rather than univariate search.

본 연구에서는 메탄을 물질로 산화실험을 수행하였다. 메탄의 발화온도가 탄화수소 중에 가장 높으며, 대부분의 전이금속촉매 활성온도가 가장 높게 나타나는 물질이므로 메탄의 연소가 일어날 경우 대부분의 탄화수소류는 연소가 일어날 수 있으므로 메탄의 산화반응을 연구하였다. 메탄의 산화를 위한 전이금속 촉매중 망간을 산화물형태로 AL<sub>2</sub>O₃, TiO₂에 담지하여 메탄에 대한 활성능을 측정하였으며, 조촉매로 금속산화물을 이용하여 활성능의 변화를 연구하였다. 또한 자연에 존재하는 천연망간광석과 금속산화물을 담지하여 최적의 메탄에 대한 활성능을 지닌 촉매를 선별하였다. 조촉매로는 Ce, Sn, Ni, Co, Mo 등을 이용하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 촉매 제조는 과잉용액함침법을 사용하여 담지체에 촉매물질을 분산하였으며, 온도와 유량에 대한 각 조성 촉매의 활성능을 측정하여 활성화에너지 및 T50, T90을 도출하였다.

Background/Aims: Many physicians have wondered whether there is a relationship between psychological factors, especially depression, and progression of cancer. We designed this study to evaluate whether the degree of depression causes alteration in immunity and affects progression of cancer. Methods: We enrolled 125 patients with malignancies of the digestive organ. We examined immunologic parameters (white blood cell count, lymphocyte count, lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulin levels) and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) scores in each patient. The stage of cancer was determined by AJCC classification. Results: The counts of white blood cell and neutrophil were significantly increased in stage IV, as compared with stage I and II. The serum immunoglobulin level in each stage was not different. The counts of lymphocyte and T cell were significantly decreased in stage IV with depression score above 55, as compared with stage I and II with depression score below 55. Conclusions: These results suggested that the degree of depression is related with immunologic alterations, which may affect progression of cancer. Namely, depression may influence the alteration of immuologic parameters in advanced cancer.
