        김수영 산문에 나타난 ‘불온’의 논리 고찰

        본 연구에서는 1960년 순수·참여 논쟁에서의 김수영과 이어령의 ‘불온시’ 논쟁을 개략적으로 살펴보고, 김수영의 산문에 나타난 ‘불온성’의 의미와 그가 주장하는 ‘불온’의 논리를 고찰해보았다. 또한 김수영의 ‘불온’의 논리를 바탕으로 그가 생각하는 ‘시의 자유’와 ‘참여시의 진정성’이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 김수영과 이어령의 순수·참여 논쟁은 한국 문화를 위협하는 주된 요인이 무엇인지에 대한 견해 차이로부터 시작되어, 문학과 정치·사회적 현실과의 문제, 문학의 현실 참여와 순수성, 문학의 불온성과 전위성 등의 문제의식을 중심으로 진행되었다. 김수영이 말하는 ‘불온’은 정치적인 행위이자 문학적 행위를 포함하는 광의의 ‘불온’이며 문학의 본질까지 아우르는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 김수영이 시를 보는 기준은 ‘자유의 회복’이며, 참여시는 ‘자유의 회복’을 지향하면서 예술성을 극복하는 작품이라고 할 수 있다. 순수·참여 논쟁의 과정에서 나타난 김수영의 ‘불온성’의 의미를 구명하고, 그가 추구한 ‘시의 자유’와 ‘진정한 참여시’의 의미를 밝히는 일은 김수영 산문의 다양한 해석을 가능하게 하는 데 일조할 것이다. This study took into the consideration of the ‘rebelliousness’ controversy between Sooyoung Kim and Eoryeong Lee in 1960. It also examined the meaning of ‘rebelliousness’ in Kim’s prose and the logic of ‘rebelliousness’ which he asserted. Also, based on the logic of Kim’s ‘rebelliousness’, this study examines what he thinks about the ‘freedom of poetry’ and the authenticity of participation poems. The controversy between Lee’s pure poetry and Kim’s participation poetry started from their different views about the main factor that threatens Korean culture. The debate progressed in regards to the political and social problems in life, literature’s role of participation and purity, literary rebellion and avant-garde, and so on. Kim says, Disobedience is the driving force of art and culture, and this cultural and art history of mankind straightly become the history of the suffering of disobedience. Kim regards poems as the ‘recovery of freedom’. For him, participation poem is the work of art that aims the ‘recovery of freedom’ as well as recovers the artistic value. Investigating Kim’s meaning of ‘rebelliousness’ which is appeared throughout the controversy of pure and participation poetry, and clarifying the meaning of ‘freedom of poetry’ and the ‘true participation poetry’ that he pursued will contribute to opening up various interpretations of Kim’s prose.

        코로나19 백신 관련 영상의 특성 및 이용자 반응에 대한 연구

        이 연구는 코로나19가 야기한 인포데믹 상황에서 유튜브상에서 확산된 코로나19 백신 관련 영상의 주요 특성과 이용자 반응의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 코로나19 백신 관련 영상 579개에 대한 내용분석 결과, 허위정보는 모두 개인 채널이 저자인 것으로 나타났으며, 기관 및 단체, 언론사, 정부 채널에서는 사실 중심 보도와 더불어 허위정보에 대한 보도도 한 축을 이룬 것으로 나타났다. 진보 성향의 채널은 백신 접종을 찬성하는 긍정적 정서의 비율이 높았고, 보수 성향의 채널은 백신 접종에 반대하는 부정적 정서의 비율이 높았다. 백신 접종이 시작된 이후에 정부 채널의 영상이 증가했고, 긍정적 정서의 영상이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 좋아요 수에 영향을 미치는 영상의 특성 요인을 회귀분석을 통해 알아본 결과, 개인 전문가 영상, 진보 성향 채널의 영상이 좋아요를 더 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 종합하여 소셜미디어를 활용한 코로나19 백신 관련 정부 정책 홍보 방안에 대해 제시하였다. This study aimed to investigate the main characteristics of the COVID-19 vaccine-related videos spread on YouTube and differences in user responses in the infodemic situation caused by COVID-19. As a result of content analysis of 579 videos related to the COVID-19 vaccine, it was found that all of the false information was written by individual channels. Institutions, organizations, media companies, and government channels reported spread of false information as well as fact-oriented reporting. The progressive channel had a high percentage of positive sentiment in favor of vaccination, and the conservative channel had a high percentage of negative emotion against vaccination. After the vaccination started, the number of videos on government channels increased, and it was found that the number of videos with positive emotions increased. Results of regression analysis of video characteristics that affect the number of likes indicated that personal expert videos and videos from progressive channels received more likes. Combining the research results, we propose a plan to promote government policies regarding the COVID-19 vaccine using social media.

        Recent Advances in the Metabolic Engineering of Klebsiella pneumoniae: A Potential Platform Microorganism for Biorefineries

        The production of industrial chemicals from renewable biomass resources is a promising solution to overcome the society’s dependence on petroleum and to mitigate the pollution resulting from petroleum processing. Klebsiella pneumoniae is a nutritionally versatile bacterium with numerous native pathways for the production of wellknown and industrially important platform chemicals derived from various sugars. Genomic sequence analyses have shown that the K. pneumoniae genome has a high similarity with that of Escherichia coli, the most studied organism, which is used in industrial biotechnology processes for fuel and chemical production. Hence, K. pneumoniae can be considered as a promising platform microorganism that can be metabolically engineered for the high-level production of bio-based chemicals. This review highlights the substrate metabolism and the metabolic engineering strategies developed in K. pneumoniae for the production of biobased chemicals.

        아르곤 레이저의 소아치과에서의 임상적 적용

        Argon laser used in this case report, is special in having two wavelength of 488, 514nm blue-green visible light spectrum. Blue light is used for composite resin polymerization and caries detection. Green light is used for soft tissue surgery and coagulation. Maximum absorption of this laser light occurs in red pigmentation such as hemoglobin. The argon laser may be well-suited for selective destruction of blood clots and hemangioma with minimal damage to adjacent tissues. Argon laser light penetrates tissue to the 1 mm depth, so its thermal intensity is lower than $CO_2$ laser light. Also, due to its short wavelength it can be focused in a small spot and even single gene can be excised by this laser and microscopy. After applicating argon laser to 4 patient for surgical procedure and to 1 patient for curing the composite resin, following results were obtained. 1. Improved visibility were gained due to hemostasis and no specific technique were needed according to easy recontouring of the tissue. 2. Ability to use by contact mode, tactile sense was superior but tissue dragability and accumulation of tissue on the tip needed sweeping motion. 3. Additive local anesthetic procedure was needed. 4. No suture and less curing time reduced chair time, this made argon laser available in pediatric dentistry.

        시모무라 간잔(下村觀山)의 <일월>과 오카다 사부로스케(岡田三郞助)의 <나부> 조사

        The Korean Imperial Household played an ongoing role in contributing to the formation of the country’s modern Japanese art collection. Purchasing many works of Japanese art, largely from exhibitions held within Korea or government-organized exhibitions within Japan, the Imperial Household served as the greatest patron of Japanese art within the Korean peninsula. Some of the works owned by the Imperial Household, particularly those that were displayed as part of Japanese art exhibitions that took place in the Imperial Household Art Museum, inside the present-day Deoksu Palace, are now owned by the National Museum of Korea, as part of what is commonly known as the Imperial Household Collection. However, the entire truth about the Imperial Household’s art collection has, to this day, not been made fully clear. As well as those works of art that it purchased publicly in a systemic manner, the Imperial Household also acquired works of art by other means, and indeed, it is thought that works attained in these non-standard ways account for a decent proportion of its collection. Aside from those works now making up the Imperial Household Collection at the National Museum of Korea, the majority of the works of art previously owned by the Imperial Household were scattered and lost during the various transformations that took place after the end of the Second World War. Several pieces identifiable as once belonging to the collection have been discovered within Japan. In this essay, I trace the way in which two such works?Sun and Moon by Kanzan Shimomura, and Nude by Saburousuke Okada ?came to be the property of the Imperial Household. Although the Korean Imperial Household’s Palace was located in Seoul, during the Japanese occupation the Prince Lee Un was forced to live in Tokyo, returning only occasionally to his home in Korea. Prince Lee Un’s wife Lee Bangja, born Masako Nashimoto, came from the Nashimoto-no-miya, a collateral branch of the Japanese Imperial Family. Hence, in terms both of their living arrangements and their genealogical situation, the state of the Imperial household at this time visibly instantiates its structural ties to the two nations. This paper will also use an examination of these two artworks to ask questions and make predictions about how, within this kind of situation, such works of art were stored and appreciated, as well the kind of ways in which they might have been preserved and used. Through this kind of research, I hope to help shed light on the matter of the art making up the Imperial Household’s collection beyond those pieces that were accumulated through the standard means, in order to come to a deeper understanding of the relationship between the Imperial Household and Japanese art.

        Obesity Prevention Research to provide basic data for that purpose is management preferences of the Center on Obesity Management and Girls’ Students awareness of obesity and weight management exercise to know the rating on the preference of the management study. The average height 162.05cm, 53.62kg, and the mean weight, BMI and a ‘standard’ in 87.5%, percentage of body fat a ‘standard’, respectively. For obesity perception ‘standard weight' and ‘overweight’ 40.0% respectively. To exercise that degree of awareness of exercise are ‘walking’ is 35.0%, the awareness of obesity control center obesity is mainly used for body ‘skin care' was the most common. Body satisfaction ‘face’ of the highest satisfaction. In this study, because some universities selected female college students on a sample representative of the problem can be somewhat of a study of various ages should be studied continuously. Also, obesity increase the reliability of determination is necessary to use research on effective weight management program should be continued.

        한국 현대 희곡의 `비극성` 발현 양상 연구 - 로컬리즘과 샤머니즘 수용 작품을 중심으로 -

        희곡에서 `비극성`은 인간의 불가피한 고통에서 얻는 비극적 기쁨의 미학으로 나타나며, 고통을 초월하기 위해 고통을 보여주는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 한국 현대 희곡사에서 `비극성`에 대한 논의는 그 중요성에 비해 부족한 실정이며, 구체적인 논의의 필요성이 제기되는 상황이다. 이에 본고는 한국 현대 희곡에서의 `비극성`이 발현되는 양상을 토속적 특징을 지닌 작품을 중심으로 갈등구조와 제의적 요소를 통해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 첫 번째 장에서는 로컬리즘의 특성을 지닌 사실주의 희곡을 대표하는 차범석의 「산불」과 천승세의 「만선」을 중심으로 `비극성`의 발현 양상을 살펴보고, 두 번째 장에서는 샤머니즘을 수용한 작품인 오태석의 「백마강 달밤에」와 이윤택의 「문제적 인간 연산」을 중심으로 제례의식을 통한 `비극성`의 표출 양상을 고찰하였다. 차범석의 「산불」과 천승세의 「만선」은 1950년대 이후 극도로 피폐해진 한국의 비극적인 상황과 그 현실을 살아가야 하는 민족들의 애환과 고통을 사실적으로 그리고 있다. 두 작품은 모두 해방 이후 사실주의 희곡의 대표적인 작품으로 평가받으며, 농어촌 사람들의 삶을 충실히 반영한 로컬리즘의 토속성을 지니고 있다는 공통점을 지닌다. 두 작품에서 농어촌의 배경은 인물들의 비극적인 상황을 극대화하는 것을 가능하게 한다. 「산불」에서는 삶의 터전인 뒷산의 대밭이 불에 타면서 비극성이 강조되며, 「만선」에서는 마지막 남은 아들을 바다에 띄워 보내는 것에서 비극성이 극대화된다. 이처럼 두 작품은 농어촌이라는 공간과 그 공간에서 살아가는 인물들의 갈등구조를 통해 `비극성`이 표출되는 양상을 보인다. 오태석의 「백마강 달밤에」와 이윤택의 「문제적 인간 연산」은 작품에서 `굿`을 활용하여 비극적 상황을 보여주고 있다는 샤머니즘의 특징을 갖는다. 역사극이면서도 조상신을 모시는 무속제의의 굿을 형상화하고 있다는 공통점을 지닌 두 작품은 제례의식을 통해 비극성을 표출하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 두 작품에서 제례의식인 굿은 중요한 모티프로 활용되며, `비극성`을 표출하는 매개로 작용하고 있다. 이처럼 한국 현대 희곡의 `비극성`은 토속적 풍속을 그린 로컬리즘과 토속적 신앙형태인 샤머니즘을 수용한 작품에서 한국 희곡의 특징적인 요소와 함께 발현되고 있다. 사실주의 희곡의 로컬리즘과 토속적 신앙형태인 샤머니즘을 모티프로 한 반사실주의 희곡의 대표적인 작품들을 통해 `비극성`을 살펴보는 것은 한국 희곡의 특징적인 요소를 함께 고찰하는 일이라고 할 수 있다. The debate on `tragic characteristics` in Korean modern drama is inadequate compared to its importance and the need for specific discussion is raised. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the manifestation of `tragic characteristics` in contemporary Korean dramas through shamanism and locality with focusing on works which have traditional characteristics. In the first chapter, expression aspect of `tragic characteristics` through ritual ceremony in Oh Tae Suk, 「In a Moonlight Night of Baekma River」and Lee Yun Taek「Problematic Human Yeoun-San」have been researched. And in the second chapter, the aspects of Cha Bum Suk「forest fire」and Chun Seung Se「Ship filled with Fish」have been focused. Cha Bum Suk「forest fire」and Chun Seung Se「Ship filled with Fis h」are realistically depicting about tragic situation in Korea, which has become extremely devastated situation after the Korean War and the afflictions and sufferings of the people who had to live the reality at that time. Both works are evaluated as representative works of realistic plays since liberation and have the commonality of localism that faithfully reflects people`s life in rural areas. And in these two works, it can be understood that the background of farming and fishing village makes it possible to maximize the tragic characteristics situation of people through the medium of nature. Oh Tae Suk, 「In a Moonlight Night of Baekma River」and Lee Yun Taek「Problematic Human Yeoun-San」have similarities in case that they use exorcism in their works to overcome the tragic circumstances. These two works which have commonality that they form ritual ceremony for ancestral gods that is, exorcism of ritual ceremony as well as forming historical drama which also can be said that two works have expressed tragic characteristics through ritual ceremony. In both works, the exorcism as ritual ceremony serves an important motif to express the tragic characteristics. The `tragedy` of Korean modern drama is expressed in the works of localism that depicts the local culture of shamanism and local customs along with the characteristic elements of Korean drama. The study of `tragedy` in Korean contemporary drama is in lacked compared with its importance which means various discussions in specific aspects should be actively carried out from now on.
