헬스케어 분야 빅데이터 분석을 위한 개체명 사전구축에 새로운 역 N-Gram 적용 연구

본 연구에서는 헬스케어 분야에 특화된 개체명 사전을 구축하기 위해 기존 N-Gram 방식의 한계를 극복하고 성능을 향상하게 시키기 위해 새로운 역 N-Gram 방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 역 N-Gram 방식은 헬스케어 관련 빅데이터의 복잡한 언어적 특성을 더 정밀하게 분석하고 처리할 수 있다. 제안된 방식의 효율성 검증을 위해 매년 1월에 개최되는 소비자 가전 전시회(Consumer Electronics Show: CES) 기간 동안 발표된 헬스케어 및 디지털 헬스케어 관련 빅데이터를 수집하기 위하여 뉴스를 대상으로 2010년 1월 1일부터 31일, 그리고 2024년 1월 1일부터 31일까지 언급된 2,185건의 뉴스 제목 및 요약문을 파이썬 프로그래밍언어로 새로운 역 N-Gram 방식을 구현하여 전처리한 결과, 헬스케어 분야에서의 자연어 처리를 위한 사전이 안정적으로 구축되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. This study proposes a novel reverse N-Gram approach to overcome the limitations of traditional N-Gram methods and enhance performance in building an entity dictionary specialized for the healthcare sector. The proposed reverse N-Gram technique allows for more precise analysis and processing of the complex linguistic features of healthcare-related big data. To verify the efficiency of the proposed method, big data on healthcare and digital health announced during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held each January was collected. Using the Python programming language, 2,185 news titles and summaries mentioned from January 1 to 31 in 2010 and from January 1 to 31 in 2024 were preprocessed with the new reverse N-Gram method. This resulted in the stable construction of a dictionary for natural language processing in the healthcare field.

Purpose : This study aims to provide fundamental information for increasing a physical therapist's empowerment and suggesting effective ways to incorporate humor into the physical therapist's organizations by investigating a level of perceived sense of humor and empowerment, as well as examining the relationship between them. Method : This study was conducted in the country's 9 general hospitals, 11 rehabilitation hospitals, 20 clinics. The data of general characteristics, sense of humor, and empowerment were collected from 1 August 2012 to 25 August 2012. A total of 300 clinical instructors were distributed and collected. The call response rate was 94.7%(n=284). The collected data were analyzed by spss/pc + 12.0 Result : 1. The mean score of the physical therapist's sense of humor was $56.53{\pm}05.58$ out of 84 and each of the sub-dimensions were scored in order of emotional expressiveness, liking of humor and metamessage sensitivity. 2. The mean score of the physical therapist's empowerment was $56.67{\pm}12.72$ out of 84 and each of the sub-dimensions scored in order of meaning, competence, self-determination and impact. 3. There was no significant difference between the sense of humor and the empowerment(r=0.093, p=0.118). 4. There were no significant difference in sense of humor. 5. There were significant differences in the levels of the empowerment by sex, marriage, workers satisfaction, age, attainment in scholarship, workplace, and duration of work. Conclusion : Although there was no significant difference between the sense of humor and the empowerment. the sub-dimension of human preference was significant.
백서에서 망고스틴 껍질 및 프로폴리스 에탄올 추출물의 Porphyromonas gingivalis 지질다당류 투여 양 증가에 대한 치조골 소실 억제 효과

In previous studies, we introduced that mangosteen extract complex (MEC; ethanol extracts of Garcinia mangostana L. peel and propolis) had inhibitory effects on inflammation and alveolar bone loss in silk-ligature applied and Porphyromonas gingivalis lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced periodontitis model in rats. This study was conducted to evaluate whether MEC had inhibitory effect of alveolar bone loss when a higher inflammatory state was induced by increasing the injection amount of P. gingivalis LPS by 20 times and increasing the treatment dose of MEC by twice the amount or maintaining MEC dose that used in the previous study. The data showed that alveolar bone loss was significantly reduced in the Lig+L+MEC 1:34 group (treated with mixture of 16 μg mangosteen peel extract powder and 544 μg propolis extract powder) and in the Lig+L+MEC 2:68 group (treated with mixture of 32 μg mangosteen peel extract powder and 1,088 μg propolis extract powder) by 24.3% and 28.9%, respectively. This result reveals that the mixture of MEC 1:34 could be useful in improving periodontal tissue health and may be able to be used as a therapeutic adjuvant for periodontitis.

Animal poisoning has been occurred in Korea. However, the lack of the data about animal poisoning in Korea makes clinicians and diagnostician difficult to obtain information on poisoning cases. In this paper, we tried to gather information about animal poisoning from 1974 to June 2013 in Korea. Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (QIA) record database were used to examine recent trends in animal poisoning. The analysis showed that the cattle was reported to be the most common species involved in animal poisoning and botulinum toxin constituted the primary group of toxicants. Animal poisoning occurred frequently on January and in Gyenggi-do. Although the data present in this manuscript is a little, it will be helpful to understand the general trend of animal poisoning in Korea.
프로 농구선수의 성취목표성향, 자기관리전략, 스포츠 수행전략, 집단 응집력의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationships among goal orientation, self management strategy, sports performance strategy, and team cohesion of professional basketball players. Two hundred one players initially completed the questionnaires for the study and responses from 185 participants were analyzed after initial screening process. For data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation model analysis were performed using the PASW 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0 programs. The results showed that the task goal orientation positively affected the self management strategy, the sports performance strategy, and the team cohesion. On the other hand, the ego goal orientation did not display any significant influence on the self management or the performance strategy. Also, there was a negative influence of the ego goal orientation on the team cohesion. The self management strategy positively affected the sports performance strategy and the team cohesion. However, the sports performance strategy showed no effects on the team cohesion. These results support the legitimacy of the hypothesized model by reflecting the characteristical influences of the task/ego goal orientations on athletes’ behavior.
