        방문물리치료 필요성에 관한 연구

        Background : In-home physical therapy program as a result of a study of the need for in-home physical therapy, most patients were needed. This study of patients who received physical therapy were surveyed, and patients need physical therapy for what I have found that factors. The purpose of this study is the in-home physical therapy program for patients to determine that how much needs were investigated. Methods : In this study, 469 people were involved with the patients who received physiotherapy. Surveys were returned to the questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by Chi-square and one-way ANOVA. Results : The need for in-home physical therapy to 31 to 60 years suggests that the highest. In this paper, the female respondents was higher, the damaged parts Many times patients with musculoskeletal injuries, duration of treatment was 3-1 months there. 469 people need physical therapy visits of respondents that respondents were 423 people. qualification standards of physical therapy visits and asked questions of the state or local government public agencies or public health wad the highest with 40.3%, eligibility criteria for physical therapy visits a physical therapist trained in the regular 43.3%, per visit, treatment 10,000won 43.5% less than the cost of investigation into the health insurance coverage and should apply to questions about whether the response was 50.1%. Conclusion : Further, the study of in-home physical therapy services were the patient's perspective. This information, visit the home physical therapy program will contribute to the legalization.

        척수손상자의 일상생활적응에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the problem on activities of daily living ; the problem which spinal cord injured patients have when they adapt in daily living ; Subjects were 113 members who used the hospital which is located in Kwangju-city from November 20, 2001 to May 20, 2002. The evaluation of the ADL was performed according to MBI and collected data were statistically analysed by SPSS PC for paired Chi-square test T-test, One way ANOVA and Duncan's post-hoc test. The result's were as follows; 1. Modified Barthel Index average mark was $63.77{\pm}33.60$ points and MBI score distribution according to characteristics of injury is as following. 1) A patient who had long duration of injury, small injury region, incomplete paralysis in paralysis degree, paraplegia in paralysis type got high MBI score as statistical and significantly(p<0.05). 2. Society adaptation state by characteristics of spinal cord injured is an following. 1) After lapse of time of disease, a patient who is injured for a long term present surrounding environmental problem, a patient who is injured for a short term shows psychological problem. In society activity, as lapse of time of disease is long, patient did many hobby activity and same private club, on the other hand as lapse of time of diseases is short, the others appeared high and significantly as statistical(p<0.01). 2) In society activity by injury region, cervical injury and thoracic injury did more hobby activity than lumbar injury and in lumbar injury same private club or religion life appeared higher than thoracic injury of cervical injury significantly as statistical(p<0.01). 3) In walk method by paralysis degree Complete paralysis had more wheelchair life than incomplete paralysis(p<0.01). 4) In serious problem by paralysis type psychological problem in quadriplegia and surrounding environmental problem in paraplegia appeared high and significantly as statistical(p<0.01). 3. In society adaptation state by MBI score difference between variables appeared but it wasn't significantly.

        米糠배지에서 酵母에 의한 에탄올 발효액의 평가

        Saccharomyces속 효모를 사용하여 미강을 배지로 하여 에탄을 발효특성을 조사하였다. 액화효소와 당화효소로 전처리한 미강에서 여러 Saccharomyces속 효모들을 배양한 결과 Saccharomyces cerevisiae IFO 2346이 높은 에탄을 생성 및 유리아미노산 함량을 나타내었다. 균체성장은 발효 24시간에 3×10^8 cells/㎖로 증가하였으며, 발효 72시간후 4.7%의 에탄올을 생성하였다. 유리아미노산 총량은 발효과정중 1,099㎎/ℓ에서 829 ㎎/ℓ로 감소하였으나, glutamic acid, histidine 및 isoleucine은 오히려 각각 218%, 315% 및 148%로 증가하였다. 배양 초기에 미강당화액에 5%의 포도당을 첨가하였을 때, 발효완료액은 포도당 무첨가시보다 에탄올 함량은 134%, 유리아미노산 함량은 264%의 대폭적인 증가를 보였으며, 이 때 발효완료액에는 glutamic acid, leucine, alanine, phenylalanine, valine 등의 유리아미노산이 높은 함량을 보였다. Rice bran was employed as a main medium component for ethanol fermentation by Saccharomyces species. Among the several strains of Saccharomyces yeasts, S. cerevisiae IFO 2346 was selected as the best strain in view of the interest in the production of ethanol and amino acids. It was found that S. cerevisiae IFO 2346 showed 3×10^8 cells/㎖ and 4.7% (v/v) ethanol production after 72 hr cultivation. Although total amount of free amino acids was decreased from 1,099 ㎎/ℓ to 829 ㎎/ℓ during the fermentation, glutamic acid, histidine, and isoleucine were increased considerably. With the supplement of 5% glucose to the fermentation medium, both ethanol and amino acid production were increased up to 134% and 264%, respectively, compared to the control case. Glutamic acid, leucine, alanine, phenylalanine, and valine were the major amino acids in the fermentation broth.

        우림조건에 따른 녹차 기능성 성분의 용출양상

        우림 조건에 따른 녹차 유용 성분의 용출 양상을 구명하고자, 가공 방법이 다른 우리나라에서 주로 생산되고 있는 증제 녹차와 덖음 녹차를 대상으로 우림 온도(60-95℃), 우림 시간(60-120초), 우림 횟수(1-5회) 등의 우림 조건을 달리 하여 조제한 녹차 우림물에 용출된 catechin류, caffeine, ascorbic acid의 용출 양상을 조사하였다. 그 결과, catechin류는 우림 온도와 우림 시간에 따라 용출 양상에 차이가 있었으며 두 종의 녹차 모두 1회째에서 5회째까지의 우림물에서 검출되었으며 2회째 혹은 3회째의 우림물에서 가장 많은 양이 용출되었다. 특히 catechin류는 높은 온도의 우린 물에 서 긴 시간 동안 우릴 때 많은 양이 용출되어지는 경향을 보였다. Caffeine은 catechin류와 유사하게 모든 우림물에서 검출되었으나 catechin류 보다 용출이 더 잘되는 경향을 나타냈다. Ascorbic acid는 덖음 녹차보다 증제 녹차에 다량 존재하고 있었으며, 두 녹차 모두 1회째와 2회째의 우림물에서 대부분 용출됨이 확인 되었다. 이 결과, 우림 조건을 달리 할 때 증제 녹차와 덖음 녹차에 존재하는 대표적인 성분인 catechin류, caffeine, 그리고 ascorbic acid의 용출 양상에 대한 과학적 자료를 제공하였다. 이 연구 결과는 녹차 우린물의 함유된 기능성 성분에 관한 정보와 최적 녹차 음용 방법에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다. The aim of this study was to investigate the contents of catechins, caffeine, and ascorbic acid of Korean steamed and roasted green tea infusions prepared under different infusion conditions. The teas were infused by different water temperature (60-95℃), infusion time (60-120 sec), and infusion number (1-5 times), respectively. Catechins were detected in all infusions (1-5 times) of both steamed and roasted green teas, although their contents were differed by different infusion conditions of water temperature and infusion time. Second and third tea infusions showed the highest catechin contents. Caffeine infused faster than catechins and the infusion pattern of caffeine was similar to that of catechins. Almost of ascorbic acid was eluted during the first and second infusions. Steamed green tea showed higher ascorbic acid content than roasted green tea. These results may be helpful in choosing the correct way to drink tea with biological active compounds.
