This study was conducted to investigate the effect of atmosphere-leaf vapor pressure deficit (VPD) in Heracleum moellendorffii and Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus. The VPD was rapidly increased with increasing temperature and decreasing relative humidity. Taken as a whole, the stomatal transpiration reaction was slightly late with increasing of VPD. Maximum photosynthetic rate at high-VPD condition was 6.49 µmol CO<sub>2</sub>·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> in Heracleum moellendorffii Hance, which was a little lower than 5.57 µmol CO<sub>2</sub>·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> in Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus, respectively. After 2 p.m, stomatal transpiration of Heracleum moellendorffii at the high VPD condition was rapidly decreased. The results indicated that physiological activities in Heracleum moellendorffii are more limited from high VPD conditions.

This study was carried out to establish a proper cultivation site and to diagnose the drought tolerance of Oplopanax elatus leaves by using pressure-volume curves. As a result of analysing data measured, the leaf of Oplopanax elatus showed the osmotic pressure at full turgor(Ψosat) was -0.77 MPa, and the osmotic pressure at incipient plasmolysis(Ψotlp) was -0.90 MPa. Then, the value of maximum bulk modulus of elasticity Emax was 3.7 MPa, showing that slightly lower drought tolerance of Oplopanax elatus. Furthermore, the values of relative water contents RWCtlp and RWC<sup>*</sup> were above 80%, showing that the function of osmoregulation is somewhat better. Thus, responses to water relations such as Ψosat, Ψotlp, Emax, RWCtlp and RWC<sup>*</sup> of Oplopanax elatus showed relatively lower drought-tolerance property indicating that those growth are appropriate in high moisture soil sites.

Thus, responses to water relations such as Ψ<sub>o</sub><sup>sat</sup>, Ψ<sub>o</sub><sup>tlp</sup>, E<sub>max</sub>, RWC<sup>tlp</sup> and RWC<sup>*</sup> of H. moellendorffii showed it's slightly high drought tolerance property.

This study was conducted to investigate of growth performances and net assimilation rate(NAR) of Allium microdictyon Prokh. distributed inland and Allium ochotense Prokh. originated Ulleung-do. The Allium microdictyon on the growth of 1-2 years showed the largest relative growth rate, and showed high relative growth from three to four years. Allium ochotense on the growth from one year to three years showed high relative growth rate. The T/R rate of Allium ochotense of 2~5years was in the range of 0.4~0.5. However, The T/R rate of Allium microdictyon was increased as increasing with age. This implies that Allium microdictyon was consumed more energy on growing subterranean part. The LWR of 1~3years old Allium ochotense. was showed more smaller than 4~5years old. It seems that the growth characteristics of Allium ochotense 1-3 years after sowing the leaf growth consume more energy than Allium microdictyon. Net assimilation rate(NAR) of Allium ochotense for 1-3 years after sowing was higher than that of Allium microdictyon. In this time, the material of Allium ochotense has a higher production efficiency can be seen indirectly.

This study was conducted to investigate the photosystem II activities of Cercis chinensis by soil water condition. Drought stress was induced by withholding water and waterlogging treatments was immerging the pots for 15 days. Results showed that the relative activities per reaction center such as ABS/RC, TRo/RC and Dio/RC were significantly increased compared with the control group after 12 days in waterlogging treatments. Particularly, Dio/RC increased substantially under waterlogging stress, indicating that excessive energy was consumed by heat dissipation. Furthermore, the performance index on absorption basis(PI<sub>abs</sub>) and responses to structural and functional PS II(SFI<sub>abs</sub>) were dramatically decreased after 15 days in both the drought and waterlogging treatments, which reflects the relative reduction state of the photosystem II. These results of chlorophyll a fluorescence by OKJIP analysis show that the sensitive changes photosystem II activity. Thus, on the basis of our results that Cercis chinensis was exhibited a strong reduction of photosynthetic activity to waterlogging stress, and OKJIP parameters such as ABS/RC, DIo/RC, PI<sub>abs</sub> and SFI<sub>abs</sub> could be useful indicator to monitor the physiological states of Cercis chinensis under soil water condition.

This study is performed to secure the safety of civil aviation by establishing systematic analysis ability of Flight Data Recorder. Through this study, downloading SSFDR(Solid State Flight Data Recorder) to personal computer, editing interface file, flight data numerical analysis and regulations relayed to the aircraft with carry diversion into execution are performed. In the analysis, the flight data of B747-400 model aircraft between Jeju(RKPC) and Gimpo(RKSS) was selected.

This study was conducted to find out the optimum composition of nursery soil for raising seedling of Zelkova serrata. The treatments were regulated with the three different soil types : full peat moss(PM 100%), peat moss + perlite + vermiculite(1:1:1), peat moss + perlite + vermiculite(1:2:1). The full peat moss(PM 100%) showed the highest photosynthetic activity such as maximum photosynthesis rate(PN max), water use efficiency(WUE), Fv/Fm, PIabs and SPAD value. And also, full peat moss(PM 100%) showed relatively better growth performances. As a result of surveying the whole experiment, full peat moss(PM 100%) soil increases growth performances and enhances overall quality.

Jigger dyeing machine is to dye a fabric across the width, which enables the fabric to be passed back and forth in a dyeing bath. The fabric passes several times through the dye-liquor. Nozzles of jigger spray dye-liquor in the dyeing bath. A computational domain of a jigger nozzle is investigated to dye at uniform velocity. The domain of the jigger nozzle is computed by using ANSYS CFX. The jigger nozzle which has uniform velocity was designed in this study.

생태계서비스의 체계적인 보전 및 증진을 위하여 토지 소유자·점유자 또는 관리인과 생태계서비스지불제계약을 체결할 수 있도록 관련 법이 개정됨에 따라, 사업의 본격 추진을 위한 세부사항을 규정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 생태계서비스지불제계약의 다양한 활동 유형을 발굴하여 생태계서비스지불제계약의 원활한 사업 추진의 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 연구결과, 지지서비스로 휴경, 친환경 작물 경작, 벼 미수확, 쉼터 조성 관리, 볏짚 존치, 보리 재배, 숲(지역 자생수종) 조성·관리, 습지 조성·관리, 생태 웅덩이 조성·관리, 관목 덤불 조성·관리, 초지 조성·관리, 멸종위기종 서식지 조성·관리 등의 세부 활동 유형을 도출하였으며, 환경조절서비스로 하천 환경 정화, 수변식생대 조성·관리, 기후변화대응숲 조성·관리, 저류지 조성·관리, 나대지 녹화·관리 등의 세부 활동 유형을 도출하였다. 문화서비스로 경관숲 조성·관리, 생태탐방로 조성·관리, 자연경관 전망대 조성·관리, 생태계 교란종 제거, 생태계 보전 관리 활동 등의 세부 활동유형을 도출하였다. 향후 생태계서비스지불제계약 사업의 구체적인 활동유형별 내용(신청 가능 대상지, 사업 내용), 활동 검증 방법, 각 활동유형별 비용(보상) 단가 산정, 모니터링 및 평가 방안, 생태계서비스지불제계약 사업 추진을 위한 가이드라인(추진 절차, 사업 추진협의회 구성 방안 등) 등의 후속 연구가 필요하다. This study was conducted to identify various types of activities of payment contract for ecosystem services. As supporting services, 12 types of activities were derived: fallow, eco-friendly crop cultivation, shelter creation management, etc. As regulating services, 5 types of activities were derived: stream environment purification, creation and management of riparian vegetation, creation and management of forests for responding to climate change, etc. As cultural services, five types of activities were derived: creation and management of landscape forests, creation and management of ecological trails, managing ecosystem conservation, etc.
