한국천주교회는 최양업 토마스 신부를 ‘신앙의 증거자’로서 교황청에 시복시성 청원을 하고, 다양한 연구 작업과 심포지엄을 통하여 여러 각도에서 조명을 시도하였다. 하지만 교회사학자들 사이에서는 여전히 최양업 신부의 생애를 둘러싸고 풀리지 않는 다양한 쟁점들이 존재하고 있다. 그 가운데 가장 첨예하게 쟁점화 되고 있는 부분은 첫째는 최양업 신부의 사목순방 경로와 사목중심지 문제이고, 둘째는 최초 신학교 설립과 최 신부의 관련성 문제이며, 셋째는 사목서한의 작성 장소 및 선종 장소와 가매장지 문제이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 우선적으로 최양업 신부의 연보(年譜)에 기반하면서 최 신부의 서한들과 동시대 선교사들의 편지, 그리고 제1세대 후손들의 증언들에만 의거했다. 최양업 신부의 선종에 관한 문제는 명확한 내용이 기술되어 있지 않은 사목서한보다는 후손들이 전하는 구전전승을 1차 사료로 받아들여, ‘문경 선종설’과 ‘진천 선종설’을 검토하였다. 그 결과 최 신부가 문경에서 병을 얻어 15,6일간 진천이나 배티로 가서 선종하였다는 일부 학자들의 주장은 사실이 아님을 알 수 있다. 최 신부는 문경 어느 주막집에서 병을 얻었고, 그곳에서 문경 읍내에 있는 평창이씨 약국에서 치료를 받다가 선종하였다고 밖에 달리 설명되지 않는다. 사목중심지와 신학교, 그리고 사목행로와 서한작성 장소 문제는 최양업 신부의 사목서한들과 당시 서양 선교사들의 사목서한들에 의존할 수밖에 없다. 그의 서한내용에 따르면, 그는 어떤 교우촌에서 장기간 머물러서 신학생들과 함께 한다든지 혹은 교우촌 안에 자신의 사제관을 짓고 거기에서 사목활동계획을 세우거나 신자들을 만나지도 않았다고 본다. 최 신부는 교우들로만 이루어진 ‘순수 교우촌’이 아니라 교우들과 외교인들이 공존하고 있는 지대와 길 위에서 신자들이나 신학생들을 만났고, 길 위에서 서한들을 작성하였으며, 길 위에서 박해와 마주하였고, 마침내 길 위에서 병을 얻어 몸져누웠으며, 몸져누운 바로 그곳에서 마지막 성사를 받았고, 거기에서 선종하였다고 보아야 할 것이다. The Korean Catholic Church has promoted the beatification of Fr. Thomas Choe Yang-eop since 1990’s. Symposiums have been held and researchers have presented their foundings so far about his life in different views. There are still disagreements on several issues of Fr. Choe’s life among historians of Chuch. The most controversial ones are these three: 1) his route of pastoral visits and pastoral center 2) how much he was involved in the establishment of the first seminary in Korea 3) where he wrote his pastoral letters, and where he died and was buried at first. This article discusses three issues primarily based on the chronology of Fr. Choe and with limited sources which are the letters of his, his contemporary missionaries’, and testimonies of the first generation descendants. We have examined two different theories on Fr. Choe’s deathplace. Orally transmitted testimonies of descendants were used as primary source rather than pastoral letters because there are no clear descriptions on that matter in the letters. After analyzing the sources, we have concluded that Fr. Choe did not die in Jinchun or Baeti after getting sick in Moon-gyoung and traveling for 15 or 16 days from there. Fr. Choe must have gotten a decease at an inn in Moon-gyoung and have passed away while being treated at Yi’s pharmacy there. The other two issues have been examined with limited sources of Fr. Choe’s letters and European missionaries. It is our conclusion that Fr. Choe didn’t stay at one Catholic villiage for a long period and teach seminarists, or have a residence in a village, to make plans for ministration, and preach Christians. Fr. Choe’s life was on the road; he took care of Christians and seminarists not at Catholic villages but at places where Christians and non-Christians were living together, worte his letters on the road, faced persecution on the road, and at last got a decease on the road, received his last sacrament and passed away right there.

In this study, we surveyed the Marado status of the availability of emergency runway for the LSA, through site visits. For the future progress Marado flight tour operation, for LSA of 4 models with respect to just in case there was an emergency situation analysis of the availability of emergency runway. We analyzed the problems of the sloping runway with the changing elements for the kinetic and potential energy. The Bingo and CH-650 models of LSA are usability emergency runway of Marado for take-off and landing. But the AT-4 and CTLS models of LSA are limited or impossible to use emergency runway of the Marado.

The LSA system in Korea was introduced for the development of the aerial sporting and recreational activities. For the development of the aerial sporting and recreational activities, multi-faceted effort is needed. We discussed only for the Aeronautical Information of the aerial sporting and recreational activities. In this study, we surveyed the status of aerial sporting and recreational activities in Korea, and international AIP(Aeronautical Information Publications). We introduced the development plans for the information service of aerial sporting and recreational activities in Korea.

This study is performed to secure the safety of civil aviation by establishing systematic analysis ability of Flight Data Recorder. Through this study, downloading SSFDR(So1id State Flight Data Recorder) to personal computer, editing interface file, flight data numerical analysis and regulations relayed to the aircraft with carry diversion into execution are performed. In the analysis, the flight data of B747-400 model aircraft between Jeju(RKPC) and Gimpo(RKSS) was selected.
