As a hotel internal marketing strategy and for the success of relationship marketing, nowadays hotel corporate culture is highlighted. Therefore, this study focused on the investigation of structure of hotel corporate culture, hotel relationship marketing strategy, and hotel management performance. Through the exploratory factor analysis, ``Challenge Culture``, ``Support Culture``, ``Clan Culture``, and ``Adhocracy Culture`` were identified as factors to explain hotel corporate culture; ``Customer Sensitivity Control``, ``Customer Benefit Control``, and ``Customer Loyalty Control`` for hotel relationship marketing; ``Revenue Performance``, ``Customer Satisfaction Performance`` for hotel management performance. The research surveyed 371 samples and used Structural Equation Model for data analysis. The results show that hotel corporate culture (Support Culture) positively affects hotel management performance. The hotel corporate cultures (``Challenge Culture``, ``Support Culture``, ``Clan Culture``) also have a significant relationship with hotel relationship marketing strategy. Hotel relationship marketing strategy positively affects hotel management performance. This study also found the moderating effects of hotel corporate culture on the relationship between hotel management performance and hotel relationship marketing. Finally, the study closes with a discussion about its theoretical and practical contributions and implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
안테나 결합형 볼로미터 방식 테라헤르츠 센서를 이용한 이차원 주사 방식의 투과형 테라헤르츠 영상 취득에 관한 연구

An antenna-coupled bolometer-type terahertz sensor was designed, fabricated, evaluated, and utilized to obtain terahertz transmission images. The sensor consists of a thin film bowtie antenna that resonates accordingly in response to an incident terahertz beam, a heater that converts the applied current in the antenna into heat, and a microbolometer that converts the rise in temperature into a change in resistance. The device is fabricated by a bulk micromachining process on a 4-inch silicon wafer. The fabricated sensor chip has a size of 2 × 2 mm and an active area of 0.1 × 0.1 ㎟. The temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of the bolometer film (VOx) is 2.0%, which is acceptable for bolometer applications. The output sensor signal is proportional to the power of the incident terahertz beam. Transmission images were obtained with a 2-axis scanning imaging system that contained the sensor. The small active area of the sensor will enable the development of highly sensitive focal plane array sensors in terahertz imaging cameras in the future.

As a hotel internal marketing strategy and for the success of relationship marketing, nowadays hotel corporate culture is highlighted. Therefore, this study focused on the investigation of structure of hotel corporate culture, hotel relationship marketing strategy, and hotel management performance with the literature review. Through the exploratory factor analysis of hotel corporate culture, ``Clan Culture``, ``Market Culture``, ``Adhocracy Culture``, ``Hierarchy Culture`` factors were identified. In hotel relationship marketing and hotel management performance were also distilled with ``Reliability``, ``Conflict Handling``, ``Benefit``, ``Client Handling``, ``Communication``; ``Growth Satisfaction``, ``Customer Value and Satisfaction``, ``Financial Status to the Competitors``. The research surveyed 297 samples and used Structural Equation Model for analysis and testing. The results show that hotel corporate culture(Adhocarcy Culture) positively affects hotel management performance. The hotel corporate cultures(Clan, Market, Hierarchy) also have a significant relationship with hotel relationship marketing strategy. Hotel relationship marketing strategy positively affects hotel management performance. This study also found the mediating effect of hotel relationship marketing between hotel corporate culture and hotel management performance. Finally, the study closes with a discussion of our contributions and implications for theory and practice, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
자발 성장법으로 성장된 단결정 Bi 단일 나노선의 정상 자기 저항 특성

단결정 Bi단일 나노선의 정상 자기 저항(ordinary magnetoresistance) 특성을 $2{\sim}300K$에서 4 단자법으로 측정하였다. I-V 측정을 통해 전기적 오믹 형성을 확인하였고, 2 K과 300 K에서 비저항이 각각 $1.0{\times}10^{-4}$와 $8.2{\times}10^{-5}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$으로 측정되었다. 수직(transverse) 및 수평(longitudinal) 자기저항비(MR ratio)가 110 K와 2 K에서 각각 현재까지 보고된 MR 중 가장 큰 2496%와 -38%으로 관찰되었으며, 이 결과는 자발 성장법으로 성장된 Bi 나노선의 결정성이 매우 우수한 단결정임을 증명한다. simple two band(STB) 모델을 통해 Bi 나노선의 수직 및 수평 정상 자기 저항(OMR) 거동이 온도에 따른 페르미 준위(Fermi level)와 밴드 겹침(band overlap)등의 전자 구조 변화 및 운반자 농도 변화로 잘 설명된다. We report the magneto-transport properties of an individual single crystalline Bi nanowire grown by a spontaneous growth method. We have successfully fabricated a four-terminal device based on an individual 400-nm-diameter nanowire using plasma etching technique to remove an oxide layer forming on the outer surface of the nanowire. The transverse MR (2496% at 110 K) and longitudinal MR ratios (38% at 2 K) for the Bi nanowire were found to be the largest known values in Bi nanowires. This result demonstrates that the Bi nanowires grown by the spontaneous growth method are the highest-quality single crystalline in the literatures ever reported. We find that temperature dependence of Fermi energy ($E_F$) and band overlap (${\triangle}_0$) leads to the imbalance between electron concentration ($n_e$) and hole concentration ($n_h$) in the Bi nanowire, which is good agreement with the calculated $n_e\;and\;n_h$ from the respective density of states, N(E), for electrons and holes. We also find that the imbalance of $n_e\;and\;n_h$ plays a crucial role in determining magnetoresistance (MR) at T<75 K for $R_T$ and at T<205 K for $R_L$, while mean-free path is responsible for MR at T>75 K for $R_T$ and T>205 K for $R_L$.

The magneto-transport properties of an individual single crystalline Bi nanowire grown by a spontaneous growth method are reported. A four-terminal device based on an individual 400-nm-diameter nanowire was successfully fabricated using a plasma etching technique that removed an oxide layer that had formed on the surface of the nanowire. Large transverse ordinary magnetoresistance (1401%) and negative longitudinal ordinary magnetoresistance (-38%) were measured at 2 K. It was observed that the period of Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations in transverse geometry was $0.074^{T-1}$, $0.16^{T-1}$ and $0.77^{T-1}$, which is in good agreement with those of bulk Bi. However, it was found that the period of SdH oscillation in longitudinal geometry is $0.24^{T-1}$, which is larger than the value of $0.16^{T-1}$ reported for bulk Bi. The deviation is attributable to the spatial confinement arising from scattering at the nanowire surface boundary.
