The synthesis of melandrin has been accomplished in good yield by the reaction of 5-tosyloxyanthranilic acid ethyl ester with p-acetoxybenzoyl chloride, followed by removal of protecting groups with methanolic ammonia.

최근 들어, 4차 산업의 발전과 함께 블록체인 기술을 위한 다양한 연구 방법론이 제시되고 있다. 블록체인 기술은 분산 장부를 이용한 데이터 위변조 방지기술이다. 이러한 블록체인 기술은 IT업계를 포함한 다양한 산업 분야에서 이용가치가 높은 기술로 인식되고 있다. 특히, 해외에서는 1차 블록체인 기술의 연구를 기반으로 2차 블록체인 기술에 대한 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 연구동향은 가상화폐에 대한 높은 관심으로 인해 1차 블록체인 기술에 대한 연구에 치중되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 특허 빅데이터를 이용하여 USPTO에 출원된 블록체인 특허를 분석하였다. 여기서, 도출된 시각화 자료는 블록체인 기술의 현재 기술트렌드를 나타내고 다변화된 국내 플레이어들의 참여를 유도하기 위한 근거를 제시한다. Recently, with the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, various research methodologies for block chain technology are being presented. Block chain technology is data forgery prevention technology that uses decentralized ledgers. Such block chain technology is being recognized as technology with a high utility value in various industrial fields including the IT industry. In particular, research and development for secondary block chain technology is under way overseas based on the research of primary block chain technology. However, research trends in Korea are still focused on primary block chain technology due to a high level of interest in virtual currency. This study uses patent big data to analyze block chain patents that have been applied for at USPTO. Here, the generated visualized material represents current technology trends and presents a basis through which the participation of diversified local players can be induced.

Three sesquiterpene lactones (1, 2 and 5) and two lipid glycerols (3 and 4) were isolated from MeOH extract of Ainsliaea acerifolia (Compositae). Based on spectral data, their chemical structures were determined as estafiatone (1), zaluzanin C (2), 3-O-(9Z, 12Z, 15Z-octadecatrienoyl) glycerol (3), 3-O-(9Z, 12Z-octadecadienoyl) glycerol (4) and glucozaluzanin C (5). Compounds 1, 3 and 4 were previously not reported from Ainsliaea species.

Being like God, the author of 19th century realist fiction controlled all the action and lives of the characters in his fiction. In the modernism and post-modernism, however, the author's authoritative power vanished and he remains only as a narrator. This vanishment of the author happens in both the theory of fiction and the works of fiction at the same time. This aim of this is to discuss the role of an author in the modern novel and show how the authoritative author disappears and transforms into only as a narrator. In The Craft of Fiction, Percy Lubbock, an English theorist , distinguishes narrative technique as `seneic` and `panoramic.` He analyzes Flaubert's Madam Bovary, giving the preponderance on the panoramic over the senic. In so doing, he claims that the showing, the craft which reduces interferences of the author, is superior to telling: a good fiction is that which reduces author's interference and provokes reader's interset. New Criticism is a literary movement that tries to find themes in the structure and form of the work. Cleanth Brooks and Robert Penn Warren, in Understanding Fiction, considers the fiction as an organic structure of plot, character, and theme. They focus their attention not on the life and intention of the author or judgement of readers, but on the constituents of the fiction. The `showing` of Lubbock and the theory of New Criticism altogether exclude the author. It is Wayne C. Booth who take author and reader back into the theory. In The Rhetoric of Fiction, Booth subjects the showing to the telling : the showing is also a kind of the telling, and the organic structure of fiction includes the interference of author at its base. He uses the term `the implied author.` the author who is hidden in the narrative technique. He tells of `the return of the author,` but it is not the authoritative author of 19th century. The author returned to the fiction, but not as an authoritative author but as a strategist, inventor of techniques. Booth's theory of `implied author` was introduced when the postmodern fiction comes into existence. With the advent of `implied author,` the author was fallen into a strategist, introducing the various narrative technique. Dorrit Cohn's Transparent Minds is to study on how the narrator narrates the character's psychological state of mind. The narrator narrates the fiction not through his own voice, but through the monologue of characters. After all, in the modern novel especially in the postmodernism novel, the author is transformed into the devicer and loses his authoritative power.

Lacanian theory of cognition is a successful reinterpretation of Freudianism in ways relevant to all those concerned with the question of the human subject, its place in society, and its relationship to language. Lacan explains his theory in terms of the Imaginary, the Symbolic, and the Real. In the infant's development stage, no clear distinction between subject and object is found. Lacan defines this state of being as the Imaginary, in which the infant recognizes itself in the mirror through the mirror stage. It is in the Symbolic that the human being acquires his individuality. But this accession to the Symbolic brings about the division of subject which results from the mediation of language. Another important thing in relation to the Symbolic is the Oedipus complex and the castration complex. The subject constituted by the prohibition (the Name of the Father), the Law, and the castration complex forms the social unconscious. Besides the Imaginary and the Symbolic, Lacan suggest the third order, the Real, which differs from reality and can be found out as an entity with our consciousness. Milton's Paradise Lost is an good example which shows how human being acquires desire and unconsciousness and become a subject. To verify the necessities of Adam and Eve's decision to break God's command, Lacanian theory of cognition offers very useful and valid tools of analysis.

Defining modern reality as a reality of decreation, Wallace Stevens tries to find out and establish the most plausible theory on poetry. Stevens contends everything in the world needs to be decreated including even himself, a human being in order to get a true reality since any reality we see and think is something which is covered with a false and fictional concept and naming from the view point of solipsism or realism. To Stevens, modern reality which a poet should sing is a reality of decreation marked by nothingness and absence and in which man finds his interrelation with, and alienation from, the world. The thought on reality of decreation is the first idea with a vivid transparence. Stevens pursues and endeavors to express the first idea in his poetry but it always hides or disappears behind the words of poem when it is written for language is a kind of being which proceeds us and our consciousness. The fact explains the reason why Stevens defines poetry as the supreme fiction as well as the reason of the title of his representative poem "Notes toward a Supreme Fiction."

This study is an educational program chiefly designed for teaching all the students in Kwang-ju Health College English and internet at the same time, which was applied for the fourth field of a specializing program required by the Ministry of Education. The program is a knowledge enhancement one aimed at training men and women who will become the leaders with advanced knowledge for the 21st century. The International Education Cooperation Center established in the College will manage and supervise all the procedures, especially in developing curriculums and in training the students. There are three kinds of detailed courses in this program; the basic, the applied, and the one for qualifications. 1. The basic course, a grounding one for cultivating the men and women with advanced knowledge, consists of the education for practical use of a computer, internet English, and netiquette. This is a required course for the applied one, and the president in the college gives certification to the students who complete this course satisfactorily. 2. In the applied courses, there is the E-mail penpal--one that offers each student the opportunity to communicate with a native speaker, and the subject discussion course in which the students are able to exchange their ideas or thoughts at a time with multi-people with the same or similar interests or majors. The former is a required one for the latter. The students who complete this course satisfactorily the certified by the president at the college. 3. This course for the diversification of the student employment after graduation is classified into the six classes for the qualifications; the 1st and the 2nd grade data referer(or processor) throuhg internet, the specialized intelligence processor, the tourist guide, the 3rd grade English translater, and the simultaneous English interpretor. This course must be taken by the students who complete or are in the E-mail penpal or subject discussion course. To gain this, the programs offer various learning motivations; English speech, TOEIC, and English data referring contests, international exchange program, and so on. This program is expected to improve all the education at the college, especially curriculums and teaching methods, and have a mulitplier effect on various fields for other colleges, communities, and industries.
