        A5J32/A5052 이종 알루미늄 합금 겹치기 마찰교반접합부의 인장성질에 미치는 재료배열 및 접합조건의 영향

        A5J32-T4 and A5052-H32 dissimilar aluminum alloy plates with thickness of 1.6 and 1.5 mm were welded by friction stir lap welding (FSLW). The FSLW were studied using different probe length tool and various welding conditions which is rotation speed of 1000, 1500 rpm and welding speed of 100 to 600 mm/min and material arrangement, respectively. The effects of plunge depth of tool and welding conditions on tensile properties and weld nugget formation. The results showed that three type nugget shapes such as hooking, void, sound have been observed with revolutionary pitch. This plunge depth and material arrangement were found to effect on the void and hooking formation, which in turn significantly influenced the mechanical properties. The maximum joint efficiency of the FSLWed plates was about 90% compared to base metal, A5052-H32 when the A5052-H32 was positioned upper plate and plunge depth was positioned at near interface between upper and lower plates.

        이종 알루미늄 합금 A6K31/A5J32 겹치기 마찰교반 접합부의 인장성질에 미치는 접합조건의 영향

        The scope of this investigation is to evaluate the effect of joining parameters on the microstructural features and mechanical properties of dissimilar aluminum alloys, 1mm-thickness fixing AA6K31 at the top position and fixing AA5J32 at the bottom position. The friction stir lap welds were studied under various welding conditions, rotation speed of 1000, 1250, 1500rpm and welding speed of 100, 300, 500, 700mm/min, respectively. Mechanical test has been investigated in terms of tensile shear test and hardness test. The results showed that three type nugget shapes such as onion ring, zigzag type, hooking with the void, have been observed with revolutionary pitch. All welding conditions fractured at the HAZ of top plate, A6K31 and also the strength compare with base metal of lap joints were low efficiency, 52~63%. The thickness of fractured position was decreased with the lower heat input conditions. The relationships were excellent due to linear between the effective thickness of fractured position and peak load. The fractured position was the interface between joint area and not joint area. Also the strength efficiency compared with base metal was lower than decreasing rate of thickness because the hardness was decreased at fractured position due to softened material.

        W92-Ni-Fe 소결툴을 이용한 Cu-Ni 합금의 용접부미세조직과 경도 특성

        In this study, the effect of the friction stir welding (FSW) was compared with that of the gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) on the microstructure and microhardness of Cu-Ni alloy weldment. The weldment of 10 mm thickness was fabricated by FSW and GTAW, respectively. Both weldments were compared with each other by optical microstructure, microhardness test and grain size measurement. Results of this study suggest that the microhardness decreased from the base metal (BM) to the heat affected zone (HAZ) and increased at fusion zone (FZ) of GTAW and stir zone (SZ) of FSW. the minimum Hv value of both weldment was obtained at HAZ, respectively, which represents the softening zone, whereas Hv value of FSW weldment was little higher than that of GTAW weldment. These phenomena can be explained by the grain size difference between HAZs of each weldment. Grain size was increased at the HAZ during FSW and GTAW. Because FSW is a solid-state joining process obtaining the lower heat-input generated by rotating shoulder than heat generated in the arc of GTAW.

        증식당뇨망막병증에서 유리체절제술 후 양호한 시력 결과를 보이는 예후인자

        Purpose: To determine the incidence and predisposing factors of a visual acuity of 0.5 or better after vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinpopathy. Methods: The factors that could affect visual acuity in 267 eyes of 215 diabetic patients who had undergone vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy were calculated retrospectively. The factors were compared between 2 patient groups: postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 or better and of less than 0.5. The statistical significance of differences in factors between the 2 groups was calculated. Results: In 62 (23.2%) of the eyes, postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or better. Univariate analysis revealed that the patients in the group with better visual acuity were younger, and had no macular detachment, no intraocular tamponade, low level of HbA1c preoperatively, and no cataract surgery (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed that postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 or better was associated with no macular detachment, younger age, and a preoperative visual acuity of 0.1 or better. Conclusions: The patients who undergo vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy complications are more likely to achieve visual acuity of 0.5 or better if they have not had macular detachment, are younger, and have a preoperative visual acuity of 0.1 or better.

        KS5J32 Al합금 마찰교반접합부의 인장성질에 미치는 접합조건의 영향

        The effect of welding condition on tensile properties of KS5J32 Al Alloy was investigated under various welding conditions. The 1.6 mm thick KS5J32 alloy sheets were joined by friction stir welding (FSW) technique with butt joint. The tool rotation speeds were 1000, 1250 and 1500 rpm, and the welding speeds were varied within the range from 100 to 600 mm/min. Voids mainly occurred at the advancing side of the tool probe, when the tool rotation speed was low, due to insufficient materials flow. When the weld pitch exceeded 0.4 mm/rev, voids were observed under all welding conditions and the area of voids increased with increasing weld pitch. For void-free specimens, fracture always occurred at base materials. However voids affected the location of fractures, base metal or welded zone, when the voids existed within the welds.

        서부 경남지역에서의 피부 악성종양에 대한 임상연구

        Background: In Korea, especially in the Western Gyeongnam area, the exact prevalence and characteristics of skin tumors are unknown. The increasing incidence of skin cancer has been attributed to the increase iin exposure of the population to sunlight and other factors, such as chemicals or viruses. Objective : The aim of this study is the investigation of clinical and histopathological observation of cutaneous maligrant tumors in the Western Gyeongnam area. Mgthods : This study was based on the analysis of 125 cases of cutaneous malignant tumor patients between January, 1990 and December, 1996 at the Department of Dermatology, Gyeongsang National University Hospital. Results. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The mean incidence of cutaneous malignant tumors in the total number of outpatients was 0.15% (125/84,208). 2. The age of onset was quite varied but the majority of cases, 119 cases(95.2%), were over 40 years old. The ratio of men to women was 1.05:1. 3. Among the 125 cases of cutaneous malignant tumors, the most frequently observed tumor was basal cell carcinoma, 50 cases(40.0%). The next was squamous cell carcinoma, 42 cases(33.6%). 4. We observed three aases of metastasis in squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and malignant melanoma. Two cases(squamous cell carcinoma and malignant, melanoma) were metastasized into the regional lymph nodes. One case(basal cell carcinoma) into the ribs. Conclusions : We investigated the clinical observations of 125 cutaneous malignant tumor patients in our clinic and made a comparative study. This data will be available for the study of cutaneous malignant tumors in the future. (Korean J Dermatol 1997;35(5): 956-962)

        고스톱 치는 아줌마들

        본 연구는 중년 여성들에게 있어서 웹보드 게임 경험은 어떤 의미를 갖는지 알아보려는 시도였다. 한국 중년 여성의 게임 경험은 매우 다차원적 의미를 갖는다. 가부장적 전통, 세대적 의미, 게임 담론, 테크놀로지의 발달과 확산이라는 점이 복잡하게 얽혀있다. 48세부터 63세에 이르는 여성 다섯 명과 심층면접을 실시하였다. 심층면접의 결과는 첫째, 이들에게 있어서 웹보드 게임은 노동에 반대되지만 동시에 노동을 함축하는 의미였다. 적극적 취미활동과는 구분되는 ‘휴식’이었고, 따라서 반(反)/준(準)노동적 성격을 가진다. 둘째, 중년은 비교적 시간적 여유가 생기는 시기지만, 중년 여성들이 자율적으로 적극적인 취미활동을 추구할 수 있는 여건은 아니었다. 셋째, 중년 여성들은 웹보드 게임을 무의미한 활동으로 여겨서 이를 위해 돈을 쓰거나 가사 일을 희생시키는 일은 용납하지 않았다. 넷째, 게임을 통해 기존의 사회적 관계가 온라인으로 이어지거나 새로운 사회적 관계가 형성되지는 않았다. 나만의 시간과 공간을 추구하는 의지가 반영되는 것이다. 이상의 결과를 통해, 중년 여성의 게임 경험이라는 비교적 새로운 소재에 대한 개략적인 그림을 그릴 수 있었다. This study is an attempt to find out the meaning of game to middle-aged women who enjoy internet web board game as part of the leisure. In order to discover the perceptions and emotions of middle-aged women regarding game, in-depth interviews with the five women of 48 to 63-year-old were conducted. The results are: First, the web board games to middle-aged women is an opposition of labor, but at the same time a part of day-long procedure of labor. Second, most middle-aged women are not in an autonomous environment where they can pursue active hobbies. Third, middle-aged women do not tolerate sacrificing money or housework on game because the web board games are regarded as a worthless activity. Finally, middle-aged women do not transform the existing social relationships into online relationships, nor form new social relationships through internet. Based on these results, we could draw a rough picture overviewing the gaming experience of middle-aged women, which has been more or less ignored in academic field.

        강제음성정렬장치를 이용한 대용량음성자료연구

        In order to study linguistic patterns from large-scale spoken data, researchers need tools such as automatic forced-alignment tools. Automatic forced-alignment tools map wave forms in sound files to orthographic word or phone sequences. It is often problematic, however, that researchers to spoken language have limited access to such tools. The paper presents how Korean automatic alignment system can used in the study of large-scale spoken language. Korean simple vowels are acoustically analyzed as a case study. The acoustic analysis of the Korean monophthong illustrates that the forced-alignment system can be used in a reliable and reproducible way.

        한국어 대용량발화말뭉치의 단모음분석

        The paper describes methods of conducting vowel analysis from a large-scale corpus with the aids of forced alignment and optimal formant ceiling methods. ‘Read Style Corpus of Standard Korean’ is used for building the forced alignment system and a subset of the corpus for the processing and extraction of features for vowel analysis based on optimal formant ceiling. The results of the vowel analysis are reliable and comparable to the results obtained using traditional analytical methods. The findings indicate that the methods adopted for the analysis can be extended and be used for more fine-grained analysis without time-consuming manual labeling without losing accuracy and reliability.
