도심 속 산업시설들은 산업화의 영향으로 하나 둘 자리 잡았고, 시간이 흘러 기능이 쇠퇴함에 따라 산업유산이라는 명목 하에 도시 내 유휴공간으로 방치되었다. 그러한 산업유산의 재활용 문제는 국내외적으로 중요한 논점으로 다뤄지고 있다. 본 논문은 산업유산의 개념 및 재활용 의의를 고찰하고, 도시 내 유휴공간으로서 당인리 발전소라는 특정한 장소가 가지는 특성을 고려한 마스터플랜 제시와 노후화된 발전 시설의 현황을 분석하여 보다 현실 가능한 리노베이션 계획 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
은나노 처리된 임플란트의 골조직 형성에 미치는 효과 평가

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of silvernanopartilce treated implants on the bone formation and osseointegration. Methods: Silvernanoparticle was produced using an anodic oxidation method. The size of silvernanoparticle ranged from 3.5 nm to 5.9 nm. To check the effect of the capability of osseointegration of silvernanoparticle coated Implant, 32 implants (16 piece of Implant treated with nanoparticle, and 16 piece of Implant was not treated for control) were placed at both the tibia of 8 New Zealand white rabbits. After 4 weeks, 4 rabbits were sacrificed and the removal torque was measured for comparison of the osseointagration ability. Further, 4 rabbits were sacrificed and sliced samples were made. H&E stain was done for microscopic finding. Results: The removal torque of the experimental group was $102.37{\pm}30.54$ N/cm, and the control group was $73.30{\pm}19.97$ N/cm. It was statistically significant (P<0.001). Microscopic finding also shows extinguish results in silvernanoparticle treated implants. Bone formation rate of the experimental group was 43.94% and the control group was 7.58%. It was observed to be statistically significant (P=0.017). Bone to implant contact rate of the experimental group was 58.09%, and the control group was 19.43%. It was found with statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion: The silvernanopartilce treated implant shows a better capability of bone regeneration and osseointegration than the non-treated one. Technology to produce smaller particles would make silver more useful and safer.

The purpose of this study was to find relationships between teacher concerns and expertise in secondary preservice teachers of physical education. The subjects consisted of 199(male : 128, Female: 71) physical education preservice students from nine national universities, and two kinds of questionnaires were used for collecting data. For data analysis, independence t-test was used in order to see gender difference of teacher concerns and expertise, and also a correlation analysis and regression analysis were adopted with a view to find out which relations exist between teacher concerns and expertise. As a result of the study, there was a significant difference in self-interest and effect interest which was sub-factors of teacher concerns, and there was no significant difference in job interest. There was a significant difference in class management and operation which was sub-factors of teacher expertise and there was no significant difference in curriculum development, operation and professional attitude. Static relationship was found between curriculum development, operation which was sub-factors of teacher expertise and self-interest, work-interest which was sub-factors of teacher concerns. And static relationship was found between teaching expertise, which was sub-factors of teacher expertise and self-interest, work-interest which was sub-factors of teacher concerns too. These outcomes indicate that institutional strategy in which improves teaching expertise throughout whole areas of a teacher's interest must be provided even after becoming a teacher, because prospective teachers have more interest in teaching efficiency rather than in their own teacher's life and job duties of teaching position. 이 연구의 목적은 중등 예비체육교사의 교사관심사와 교직전문성과의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 2014년 현재 국립대학교 사범대학 소속 체육교육과 4학년 예비교사199명(남: 128명, 여: 71명)이며, 설문지를 배포하여 자료를 수집하였다. 성별에 따른 교사 관심사와 교직 전문성의 차이를 분석하기 위해 독립 표본 t-test를, 교사 관심사와 교직 전문성의 관계를 분석하기 위해 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 성별에 따라서 교사 관심사 하위요인 중 자기 관심과 효과 관심에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 직무 관심에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그리고 교직 전문성 하위요인 중 수업 전문성과 학급경영 및 관리에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 교육과정 개발 및 운영과 전문직적 태도에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 교직 전문성의 하위요인인 교육과정 개발 및 운영과 교사 관심사의 하위요인인 자기 관심과 직무 관심에 정적인 관계가 발견되었고 교직 전문성의 하위요인인 수업 전문성과 교사 관심사의 하위요인인 자기 관심과 직무 관심은 정적인 관계가 발견되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 살펴볼 때, 교사 관심사와 교직 전문성을 지속적으로 신장할 수 있도록 돕는 제도적인 장치가 마련되어야 하며, 예비 교사가 교직에 입문했을 때 직업적인 좌절을 겪지 않도록 교직 문화 개선의 필요성을 생각해볼 수 있을 것이다.
임플란트 주위 골 결손 부위에 Choukroun's Platelet-rich-fibrin와 실크 분말 복합 이식재 사용

Purpose: Choukroun's platelet-rich-fibrin (PRF) is composed of platelets, white blood cells and fibrin matrix. It does not induce enough bone formation by itself but it can improve bone formation with calcium. Silk fibroin does not cause inflammatory reactions because it is bio-compatible and degradable. The purpose of this study was to exam the bone formation when a combination of Choukroun's PRF and silk fibroin was used. Methods: In this study, cell reactions to silk powder with differing molecular weights was first tested to select the appropriate silk powder. Then we applied these bone graft materials on defects of skull and in a peri-implant bony defect model in New Zealand rabbits. The results between the experimental and control s (non-grafted) group were analyzed. Results: The small sized silk fibroin powder showed increased cellular proliferation for bone-regeneration. There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 6 weeks, but more new bone formation was observed in the combination graft group at 12 weeks (P<0.05). And in the dental implant model, the combination bone graft group showed much improved torque test results, which was statistically significant. Histomorphometric analysis showed more regenerated cortical bone and a higher mean bone to implant in the experimental group. Both were statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination graft of Choukroun's platelet-rich-fibrin (PRF) and silk fibroin powder can successfully restore the bony defects in a skull defected model and a peri-implant bony defects model.
