한국인 구강 편평 세포 암종에서의 H-ras, K-ras 유전자의 돌연변이

Oncogenes are altered cellular genes that disrupt the control systems of cell growth and/or cell differentiation and in this way contribute to the development of cancer, Mutations in cellular ras genes have been implicated in this process. The development of oral squamous cell carcinoma has traditionally been linked with exposure to mutagens in tobacco. Members of the ras gene family are thought to be common targets for mutagenesis in a wide range of animal and human cancer. Activation of ras genes frequently involves a single point mutation at specific sites within exon one(codon 12, 13) or exon two(codon 61)and results in the expression of an abnormal p21 protein harbouring a single amino acid substitution at areas important for guanin nucleotide binding, favouring the active GTP-bound state. Point mutations in ras genes have been detected in various human cancers, although the incidence varies with tumor type and site. These findings may reflect the fact that ras point mutations appear to be carcinogen-specific. The purpose of this study was to analyse H-ras, K-ras of oral squamous cell carcinoma which is formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples associated with clinico-pathologic parameters. Twenty cases were screened to find out mutations in exon 1, 2 of H-ras genes by PCR, single strand conformation polymorphism, followed by direct sequencing of PCR-amplified DNA. The results are as follows : 1. Most of the cases were advanced moderate to well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma which have not correlation to clinical findings such as site, smoking history, clinical stage. 2. In single strand conformation polymorphism, there in no abnormal mobility in H-ras, K-ras exon 1 and 2. Changing of gel condition such as temperature, glycerol concentration showed same result. 3. Direct sequencing of PCR product revealed wild-type H-ras and K-ras gene. 4. ras gene mutation could not find in both group of smokers and nonsmokers, thus smoking in Korean people may not affect the ras genes. In conclusion, the results of this study show that ras point mutations in oral squamous cell carcinoma are infrequent, at least in Korean examples of oral cancer, despite the probable importance of chemical carcinogens in the etiology of the disease. Ras mutations may contribute, but are not fundamental, to oral cancer development. Future studies will therefore extend these investigation in conjunction with ras gene amplification, intronic mutation, and other oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.

정보화로 인해 교육현장에서도 멀티미다어의 활용이 가속화되고 있으며, 다양한 교수-학습도구들이 등장하고 있다. 또한, 이를 이용한 교수-학습방법 역시 응용 및 확산되어 그 효과성 역시 검증하고자 하려는 노력이 진행중이다. 그러나 기존 교수자 중심의 텍스트 기반 교수-학습의 연장선상에서는, 학습자 중심의 멀티 미디어 교수-학습 환경측면을 이해하려는 데에는 한계가 있다. 즉, 멀티미다어가 활용되는 환경을 이해하고 다양한 도구들이 가진 장점들을 융합할 수 있으며, EFL 상황에서의 효율성이 요구되는 영어 어휘 학습을 체제적으로 분석할 수 있다. 이를 통해서, 교수-학습의 향상을 목표로 하는 심상 형성 활동을 통한 영어 어휘 학습 방법을 설계ㆍ개발하고자 한다.

이야기를 통한 메시지 전달은 가장 강력한 소통의 기구다. 그것은 디지털미디어가 발달하면서도 마찬가지이다. 정보의 급격한 양과 질적인 변화는 인간에게 다양하고 변화되는 학습이 요구되고 있으며, 평생교육의 개념이 강화되는 상황 속에서, 디바이스의 발달은 지식 정보화 사회에서의 필수적인 학습도구로서 자리잡고 있으나, 진화를 요구 받게 되어있다. 특히, 영어학습에서 디바이스들은 EFL 에서 학습한계를 극복하고, 문화적 교육을 가능하게 하는 도구로 발전하고 있으므로, 수집된 정보들은 의미전달에 있어서 효율성을 취하는 설계에 있어서 디지털 스토리텔링방법의 효과성 검증과 디지털 매체 그리고 변화된 환경의 학습자 분석을 통한 교수학습의 촉진기반연구가 필요하며, 이에 기반한 영어어휘 교수 학습설계의 개발연구를 제안하고자 한다.
중년여성들의 체형개선과 유해산소 제거를 위한 필라테스 리포머 운동효과검증

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the Pilates Reformer Exercise Program on body shape improvement and harmful oxygen of middle aged women for 8 weeks. Twelve subjects in the exercise group performed the same Pilates Reformer exercise for 8 weeks, The following conclusions were drawn. In the control group, body weight, BMI, and body fat percentage were decreased, skeletal muscle was slightly increased (p<.05), and body weight and BMI , Body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass. There was no statistically significant difference in pre-post-comparisons between groups. The change of noxious oxygen was significantly decreased after exercise in the exercise group (p <.001), but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups after the measurement. Taking these conclusions together, I think it is an effective exercise to remove harmful oxygen. In addition, the Pilates Reformer Exercise Program should be selected as an effective exercise program for middle-aged women who want to choose effective exercise for health care. The duration of exercise, exercise intensity, and frequency should be systematically controlled, and the selection should be extended to various subjects.

Economic feasibility of the process for a coal extraction under mild condition, which will produce ash-free coal at a temperature lower than that of coal softening, was analyzed. To this end, the plant of 6000 t/d in capacity was assumed to be constructed near a coal mine in Indonesia, and the IRR, NPV, B/C ratio, and DPP of the plant were calculated based on $96 million investment cost and 15 years service life. The IRR, NPV, B/C ratio, and DPP of the plant were calculated to be 31%, $87 million, 1.08, and 3.9 years, respectively, and which satisfied the evaluation criteria of investment. The economic feasibility of the plant was mainly dependent on the price of the coal initially fed and the residue coal remaining after the extraction, according to sensitivity analysis.
