The Pd or Pt-d WO₃ thin-film NO_x sensor was fabricated. The WO₃-based thin films as a gas-sensing layer were deposited at ambient temperature in a high-vacuum resistance heated evaporator and annealed at 500℃. The gas sensitivity (R_(gas)/R_(air)) to 5 ppm NO₂ measured at the operating temperature of 300℃ was 50 (highest sensitivity) for the 0.5 wt.% Pt-WO₃ sensor.

La/sub 0.8/Sr/sub 0.2/Ga/sub 0.8/Mg/sub 0.2/O/sub 3-δ/-based solid electrolytes in which Mg site was partially substituted by Fe, Co or Ni (0.05, 0.1, 0.15 at.%) were fabricated by conventional solid-state reaction and their sintered densities were above 94% of theoretical density. X-ray diffraction analysis and microstructure observation for the sintered specimens were performed. The ac complex impedance were measured at 400。C to l000。C in air and fitted with a Solatron ZView program. The electrical conductivity of La/sub 0.8/Sr/sub 0.2/Ga/sub 0.8/Mg/sub 0.2/O/sub 3-δ/-based solid electrolytes substituted by Fe, Co or Ni was higher than that of pure La/sub 0.8/Sr/sub 0.2/Ga/sub 0.8/Mg/sub 0.2/O/sub 3-δ/. The electrical conductivity of La/sub 0.8/Sr/sub 0.2/Ga/sub 0.8/Mg/sub 0.05/Ni/sub 0.15/O/sub 3-δ/ electrolyte was 3.4×10/sup -2/ Scm/sup -1/ at 800。C and the highest value of the whole electrolytes.

This study investigated the prevalence of nutrition labeling and claims on processed and packaged foods. The final database consists of 1,287 foods, which were collected in two supermarkets in the Seoul area from September to November, 2006. An estimated 78% of KFDA-regulated processed, and packaged foods have nutrition labels. Nutrient content claims on food labels were identified in 21% of the foods which have nutrition labels. The prevalence of nutrition labels in this study is much higher than in previous studies due to the current expansion of the mandatory labeling regulation. However, false labeling and misleading contents claims were also identified. The food label is an important tool for enhancing the public`s understanding of healthy choices of processed foods. Therefore, to maximize the benefits of the nutrition labeling regulation, industries, government agencies and health professionals should work together to help consumers make healthy dietary choices and improve their health. J도 소재 요양병원 간호사의 폭력피해경험, 반응 및 대처양상 분석

본 연구의 목적은 요양병원 간호사들의 언어적, 신체적, 성폭력 전반에 걸친 폭력피해경험, 반응과 대처 양상을 분석하여, 폭력예방과 대처를 위한 체계 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구방법은 J도 소재 12개 요양병원 소속 간호사 226명을 대상으로 2016년 4월 15일부터 4월 29일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였고, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, χ2-test를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 조사 대상 간호사들 중 126명(55.8%)이 지난 1년간 1회 이상 폭력피해경험이 있었고, 가해자는 65세 이상이 54.6%, 인지 기능 저하 상태가 60.0%였다. 폭력피해 유형으로 언어적 폭력이 가장 많았고(90.5%), 신체적 위협, 신체적 폭력, 성적 폭력 순이었다. 폭력피해경험 후 반응은 정서적 반응 점수(2.8±0.8점)가 가장 높았다. 폭력피해경험 후대처양상은 ‘동료에게 말함’(84.1%), ‘기분이 상하지만 감정을 삭이고 일함’(75.4%) 순이었다. 본 결과들은 요양병원이라는 환경과 입원환자의 특성을 고려한 폭력예방과 대처를 위한 체계 구축, 실제적으로 적용 가능한 교 육의 필요성 및 방안 모색이 필요함을 보여준다. 이에, 폭력예방교육과 효율적이고 적극적인 대처방법을 찾는데 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of violent experiences, the types of responses to violent experiences, the coping methods among nurses working in long-term care hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 226 nurses in 12 long-term care hospitals in J province. Data collection was performed between April 15, 2016 and April 29, 2016. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and χ2-test. Of all the respondents, 55.8% had experienced violence in the past 1 year. Of the perpetrators of the violence, 54.6% and 60.0%, were aged 65 and over and had cognitive functional decline, respectively. The most frequent type of violence was verbal abuse(90.5%). Following the violent experiences, emotional responses had the highest score(2.8±0.8). The major coping behavior was “told their peers(84.1%)”, followed by “disregarded it and worked although it felt bad(75.4%)”. These results indicate the need to establish systems for violence prevention and coping, as well as applicable educational programs, tailored to the circumstances of long-term care hospitals and the characteristics of their patients.
스크린 인쇄법에 의해 제조한 PMW-PZT 후막의 특성

스크린 인쇄법 및 PZT sol 처리의 복합공정을 적용하여 $30{\mu}m$ 두께의 PMW-PZT 후막을 Pt/$TiO_2$/$SiN_x$Si 기판위에 제작하였다. 그 결과 PZT sol 처리 횟수가 증가함에 따라 후막의 소결 밀도가 증가하고 전기적, 압전 특성의 증진되는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. $800^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 10회 sol 처리한 PMW-PZT 후막은 745의 유전상수 및 155 pC/N의 $d_33$ 값을 나타내었다. PMW-PZT thick films of about $30{\mu}m$ thickness were fabricated on Pt/$TiO_2$/$SiN_x$Si substrate by the hybrid method of screen printing and PZT sol application. With the increase of the number of the sol application times, the sintered density and electrical properties of PMW-PZT thick films were evidently increased. For the PMW-PZT thick film with PZT sol application of 10-times, the dielectric constant ($\varepsilon_r$) was 745 at the frequency of 100 KHz and thepiezoelectric coefficient ($d_33$) was 155 pC/N at the applied pressure of 1 atm.

The osmotic and mechanical red cell fragility of the professional blood donors, who were found to be anemic as the result of frequent and repeated blood loss the past 5-6 years, were compared with that of the normal person while incubating the blood at 4-6℃ for 28 days. The fragility was expressed as % hemolysis occured during the incubation, and the following results were obtained: 1. The osmotic fragility in the normal persons (i.e, ; control group) progressively increased as the incubation became longer, and % hemolysis in 0.42% NaCl solution at 0, 10, 15, 21 and 28 incubation day was 31.90, 50.20, 41.68, 43.50 and 55.40 respectively. The mechanical fragility. in the normal red cells ranged between the minimum of 0.00% to the maximum of 5.80% both in 0.90 and 0.66% of NaCl solutions. 2. The hemolysis curve obtained in the red cell osmotic fragility from three cases of the anemic persons (i.e,; experimental group) showed a significant left side shift comparing with the normal in general which indicates that the fragility was more increased in the experimental group. The mechanical fragility in the experimental group ranged between the minimum 0.00% to the maximum 19.00% both in 0.90 and 0.66% of NaCl solutions. 3. The red cells of the chronic anemic person due to the frequent blood loss as the professional blood donor exhibit significantly marked increase both in osmotic and mechanical fragility comparing with the normal, and the tendency was more prominent as the incubation period became longer.
