HVPE법으로 성장시킨 GaN substrate 제작과 특성 평가

본 연구에서는 HVPE을 이용하여 sapphire(001) 기판 위에 직경 2 inch, 두께 약 1.5 mm인 bulk GaN를 성장하고, 이를 mechanical polishing을 통해 $10{\times}10,\;15{\times}15$ mm 크기의 free-standing GaN template을 제작하여 그 특성을 평가하였다. 성장된 GaN 단결정의 X-ray diffraction pattern 결과 (002) 및 (004) 면으로부터의 회절에 의한 peak가 나타났으며, (002) 면의 DCXRD(Double crystal X-Ray diffraction) rocking curve peak의 반치폭(FWHM)은 98 arcsec으로 나타났다. 제작한 GaN template는 363 nm 파장에서 sharp한 PL spectrum을 나타내었으며, 불순물 defect에 의한 yellow 영역에서의 broad peak은 관찰되지 않았으며, 제작된 GaN template표면의 etch-pit 밀도는 $5{\times}10^6/cm^2$으로 매우 낮았다. 이러한 분석결과를 통하여 성장된 GaN template는 LED 및 LD 등의 청색 발광소자 및 고온, 고출력 소자용 기판재료로 응용이 가능할 것으로 생각 된다. Bulk GaN single crystal with 1.5 mm thickness was successfully grown by hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) technique. Free-standing GaN substrates of $10{\times}10,\;15{\times}15$ mm size were fabricate after lift-off of sapphire substrate and their optical properties were characterized properties for device applications. X-ray diffraction patterns showed (002) and (004) peak, and the FWHM of the X-ray rocking curve (XRC) measurement in (002) was 98 arcsec. A sharp photoluminescence spectrum at 363 nm was observed and defect spectrum at visible range was not detected. The hexagonal-shaped etch-pits are formed on the GaN surface in $200^{\circ}C\;H_3PO_4$ at 5 minutes. The defect density calculated from observed etch-pits on surface was around $5{\times}10^6/cm^2$. This indicates that the fabricated GaN substrates can be used for applications in the field of optodevice, and high power electronics.

공공도서관의 외부인적자원 활용에 관한 연구 - 특히 미국 LA 및 인근지역 공공도서관의 사례를 중심으로 -

This study analyzes the general status and major activities of the Friends of the Libraries, volunteers, and Library Foundations in the areas of the County of Los Angeles areas, including Los Angeles City areas, with a special regard to the participation of human resources outside from the public libraries themselves. It based on the researcher's visits to the public libraries and their branches and their friend groups in the areas including those of Los Angeles Public Library, La Crescenta Public Library, Glendale Public Library, and Library Foundation of Los Angeles; related materials given from those libraries and groups upon his visits; and other additional information from their homepages. It finalizes with some suggestions for the Korean library community related to the areas. 이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 외부인적자원의 활용사례와 관련하여, 미국 LA 지역의 공공도서관들을 중심으로 '도서관의 친구들'과 자원봉사자, 도서관재단의 실제 활용 및 활동사례를 현장방문결과와 각종자료 및 홈페이지 등을 통해 분석하였다. 특히 연구자가 직접 방문하여 관계자들을 면담하고 자료를 입수한 Los Angeles공공도서관과 그 중앙도서관 및 분관, La Crescenta공공도서관, Glendale공공도서관의 '도서관의 친구들'과 자원봉사자, Library Foundation of Los Angeles 등을 중점적으로 분석하고, 한국도서관에서의 활용방안을 제안하였다.

MARC 포맷에 관한 비교연구(比較硏究)(II) -KORMARC·CHINESE MARC·JAPAN MARC를 중심(中心)으로-

본(本) 고(稿)는 한국(韓國), 중국(中國), 일본(日本)의 MARC시스팀에 있어서 하나의 통합(統合)된 MARC Format을 제정(制定)하기 위한 가능성(可能性)에 대한 예비적(豫備的) 연구(硏究)로서 시도(試圖)되었다. 이를 위하여 삼국(三國)의 대표적(代表的)인 MARC인 KORMARC, CHINESE MARC, JAPAN MARC의 Format을 선택(選擇)하여, 이를 레코드의 구조(構造), 레코드의 내용(內容), 내용표식방법(內容標識方法)으로 나누어 비교분석(比較分析)하였다. 이와같은 분석결과(分析結果), 레코드의 구조(構造)에 있어서는 세 포맷이 모두 동일(同一)하였으나, 그 내용(內容)과 내용표식방법(內容標識方法)에 있어서는 데이터요소(要素)의 구성(構成)이나 세분정도(細分程度)의 차이(差異) 또는 데이터요소(要素) 자체의 결여(缺如)등으로 인하여 호환성(互換性)을 갖지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. This comparative analysis is a preliminary study for the integrated format in MARC systems in Korea, Taiwan and Japan. For this purpose, it analyzes KORMARC, CHINESE MARC and JAPAN MARC formats, dividing them into the structure of the record, its contents, and content designation. The results of this analysis show that there is no compatibility among these three formats due to the differences in the organization and division of the data elements and the deficiency of the data elements themselves.

학술지의 국제화를 위한 운영 및 발전방안 연구

이 연구는 국제학술지의 사례조사를 통하여 국제 학술지의 발간 초기 운영 및 발전방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌정보학 분야의 국제학술지 중 짧은 발행 기간에도 불구하고 4.0 가까운 높은 impact factor를 유지하고 있는 Journal of Informetrics와 아시아의 저널로 SSCI에 등재되어 있는 MJLIS의 두 개 사례를 심층적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 발간 초기 강력한 지원을 해 줄 수 있는 기관이 필요함과 더불어, 게재논문의 수 증가, 다양한 국가의 저자 및 발간 근거를 두고 있는 지역 저자들의 도움, 편집진 구성에서 국가의 다양성 및 양질의 논문 생산성의 고려, 발간 초기 편집진의 투고, 발간 초기 적절한 자기 인용 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. This study suggests the operation method for the internationalization of journal during the beginning period of the first publishing, based on the in-depth analysis on two journals in the area of library and information science, Journal of Informetrics and MJLIS. It recommends that we need some kinds of operation methods for the successful internationalization of the journal; firstly, the necessity for the support organizations, the increase of the numbers of the articles, the support of the authors with various nationalities and in the area of published, the editorial board members with various nationalities having the ability to publish the high quality articles and to make the proper self-citation during the beginning periods of the first publishing of the journal.

전공분야 학회와 관련기관의 상호협력을 통한 국제학술지 발행의 성공사례 분석

이 연구는 국제학술지 발행의 한 모범사례로, 전공분야 학회와 관련기관이 협력하여 발행하고 있는 OSJ가 국제학술지로 발전한 요인을 분석하고, 그 분석결과를 바탕으로 국내학술지가 국제학술지로 발전하기 위한 바람직한 운영방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 OSJ의 게재논문, 편집진, 인용현황 등을 심층적으로 분석하고, 해외의 유사한 사례와도 비교하였다. 분석결과 관련기관과의 협력, 인용이 많이 되는 논문의 게재 및 특별호 발간 등이 학술지의 국제화를 위해 필요한 것으로 제안하였다. This study analyzes the success factors of the OSJ (Ocean Science Journal) intensively as an example of best practice which has been published by cooperative efforts between scholarly society and its related organization and based on the results suggests the operation method for the internationalization of scholarly journals. This study analyzes the published articles of each number, the editorial board members, and citation of the journals, and compares some related aspects with other similar cases in foreign countries. It also suggests some recommendations for the future developments of the successful internationalization of the journal, including the importance of the cooperation with related organizations, publishing articles which can be cited more, publishing special issues with the topics interested in from the readers.

DDC 제23판의 특성과 KDC 제5판 개정을 위한 함의

이 논문에서는 DDC의 최신판인 제23판의 주요 특징과 개정내용을 보조표와 본표로 구분하여 상세하게 분석하였다. 또한 DDC의 개정과정과 운영 및 관리에서 나타나는 여러 특징들로부터 얻을 수 있는 KDC의 개정작업을 위한 함의와 시사점을 제시하였다. This article analyzes the general characteristics and major revisions of the newly published DDC 23, including those of Tables and Schedules. Based on these and general background found in the process of revision and maintenance of DDC, it suggests some implications and ideas for the revision of KDC.

HVPE법으로 성장시킨 GaN 단결정의 wet etching에 의한 표면 변화

본 연구에서는 HVPE법으로 사파이어 기판(0001) 위에 성장시킨 GaN epilayer의 etching에 따른 표면변화 특성을 조사하였다. 주사전자 현미경(SEM) 관찰 결과, 3가지 형태를 갖는 육각형 모양의 etch pit(edge, screw, mixed) 들이 GaN epilayer의 두께 변화에 따라서 형성되었다. 이러한 관통전위들은(TDs) epilayer의 두께가 얇고, etch pit density가 높을수록 screw and mixed type TDs이 많이 관찰되었고, 두께가 증가할수록 etch pit density가 낮아지면서 edge and mixed type TDs들이 주로 존재하는 것을 관찰 할 수 있었다. In this paper, we investigated characteristics of etching induced surface morphology variation by wet etching of GaN epilayer were grown on sapphire (0001) substrate by hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). As a results of scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation, three types of hexagonal etch pits (Edge, Screw, Mixed) were formed by the GaN epilayer thickness variations. A lot of etch pits, attributed to screw and mixed type TD, were observed at thinner epilayer, leading to high etch pit density. On the other hand, the thickness of GaN epilayer increased with the number of etch pits corresponding to edge and mixed dislocations, which are the majority of TDs are observed.

이용자와 직원이 인식하는 도서관의 서비스품질과 만족도, 충성도 - 국립중앙도서관의 사례를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the gap between users' perception and staff expectations on users' perceptions about dimensions of library service quality(library staff, service supports. materials and resources, and facilities and equipments), service value, user satisfaction, royalty. using newly developed model. Six hundred-fourteen users and one hundred staff members or the National Libra of Korea were participated in the survey using questionnaires. Users evaluated service quality lower but evaluated service value, satisfaction. and loyalty higher In terms of showing complaining behaviors, users were less than staffs expected. Model analysis for users and staff3 showed that service value and general satisfaction influenced on complaining behavior and loyalty. For users. only the dimension of library staff influenced significantly on the service value, satisfaction, complaining behavior, and loyalty. None of the other dimensions of the service qualify showed significant relationship to them in the case of staff expectation. 이 연구에서는 국립중앙도서관의 이용자와 직원을 대상으로 도서관서비스품질(도서관직원 이용/서비스지원, 자료/정보자원, 시설/장비)과 서비스가치, 만족도, 불평행동, 충성도의 관계에 대해 이용자의 지각과 직원의 예상간의 차이를 분석하고. 새로이 설계된 만족도와 충성도모델을 통해 그 영향관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 국립중앙도서관의 이용자 614명과 직원 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 인식차 분석결과 이용자는 직원들이 생각하는 것보다 도서관의 서비스품질은 더 낮게 평가하면서도 그 가치를 높게 평가하고 있고 만족도와 충성도는 더 높으며, 불평행동은 예상보다 적게 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다 모델분석결과 이용자의 지각치와 직원의 예상치를 바탕으로한 두 모델 모두 서비스가치와 전반적인 만족도는 불평행동과 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이용자는 서비스품질의 4가지 구성요인 중 도서관직원만이 서비스가치, 전반적 만족도. 불평행동, 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하고 있는 반면, 도서관직원모델에서는 어느 구성요인도 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나는 차이를 보였다.

이용자와 상호대차담당자가 인식하는 외국학술지지원센터(FRIC)의 서비스품질과 고객만족도 분석

이 연구는 외국학술지지원센터의 이용자와 상호대차담당자들을 대상으로 외국학술지지원센터에서 제공하는 서비스에 대한 품질과 고객만족도에 대한 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 외국학술지지원센터의 자체이용자, 최종이용자, 상호대차담당자의 서비스품질 지각과 고객만족도는 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자체 이용자와 최종이용자간에 만족도와 충성도, 서비스품질에 대한 지각에서 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 자체 이용자가 최종이용자보다 만족도 관련 6개 항목, 충성도 관련 1개 항목, 서비스품질관련 7개 항목에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자체이용자와 최종이용자에 대한 구조방정식 모형을 설정하고 검증한 결과, 두 모형 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 자체이용자와 최종이용자 양 집단에서 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 원문복사의 신청 성공률과 제공 자료의 전반적인 상태를 포함한 자료자체인 것으로 나타났다. This study is to investigate and analyze the service quality and satisfaction perceived by users and librarians of the Foreign Research Information Center (FRIC). The survey results reveal that three groups of in-campus (internal) user group, external user group and interlibrary loan librarian group has highly perceived the service quality and satisfaction of the FRIC. Two user groups have statistically significant different perceptions on the service quality, loyalty, and satisfaction. Internal user group perceived more highly than external user group, in 6 items of satisfaction, 1 item of loyalty, and 7 items of service quality. Structural equation models of satisfaction and loyalty on two user groups were proved to be appropriate. Material factor including success rate of copied text and general physical status of the copy influences significantly on the user satisfaction in both groups.

분석적 합성식 문헌분류법에 관한 연구

이 논문의 전반부는 분석적 합성식 분류법의 일반적인 특성과 장단점을 열거식분류법과 대비하여 분석하고 있다. 후반부에서는 분석적 합성식 분류표의 일반적인 작성단계와 그에 따르는 문제점과 고려사항을 분석하고, 이를 결혼상담소용 분류표의 작성이라는 실예를 통하여, 패싯분석과 주류의 순서 및 열거순서, 배열구조상의 순서 등 각종 순서의 결정, 분류기호의 선택과 적용의 순서로 고찰하고 있다. The first part of this article investigates the general characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of the analytico-synthetic classification over the enumerative one. The second part analyzes the general steps and related problems in compiling an analytico-synthetic scheme, and investigates the steps further including facet analysis , choosing order in main classes, citation order and order in array : and adding notations, through an illustrative scheme for a matrimonial agency's records.
