API(American Petroleum Institute) steel, as a line pipe material, requires the enhanced mechanical and chemical properties with the environmental severity. Especially, the weld part(weld metal and heat affected zone) is an important region for the safety. However, the study for the behavior of microstructure and toughness in multi-pass welding is seldom. In this study, the relationship between the microstructure and toughness of welds with several welding, bending and heat-treatment conditions was examined. In particular, HIC property in the weld metal was evaluated. The microstructure and toughness in multi-passed HAZ seemed to be determined by the final welding thermal cycle and the low toughness was attributed to the MA constituents formed in the intercritically reheated region. The weld metal showed very low toughness and it was not improved by the change in bending and heat treatment conditions. Additionally, the cracks are observed in the weld metal. from these results, it was found that the choice of welding wire/flux is very important.
가변형 치과 인상용 트레이로 제작된 모형의 재현성에 관한 연구

Purpose: This study was performed to measure the accuracy of adjustable dental impression trays by a scanning laser three-dimensional digitizer. Materials and methods: The metal stock, individual, and adjustable stock trays were used for 60 stone casts(10 casts each) duplicated a resin master model of mandible and maxilla. The type IV dental stone was poured in a vinyl polysiloxane impressions and allowed to set for one hour. The master model and the duplicated casts were digitized using an optical digitizer. The distance between the reference points were measured and analyzed on the graphic image of 3-D graphic software(CATIA version 5.0). The statistical significance of the differences between the groups was determined by a two-way ANOVA. Results : There were no significant differences between the accuracies of the adjustable stock tray and the master model except only anterior arch width on the upper arch and the diagonal arch length and arch length on one side of the lower arch. Conclusion: The adjustable stock trays showed clinically acceptable accuracies of the study cast produced by them.

The purpose of this study was to compare the wear characteristics of Type III Gold Alloy (Degular C : Degussa AG), VMK 95 (Vita Zahnfabrik), Vitadur Alpha (Vita Zahnfabrik), IPS Empress (Ivoclar-Vivadent) and Targis (Ivoclar- Vivadent). Ten samples of each material were abraded against enamel of extracted incisors for 160,000 cycles on the wear machine. The depth of wear scars on enamel was analized with profilometer (Alpha-step 200;Tencor). And the wear of material specimen was determined with micrometer (PB-IB;Mitutoyo Co. Japan). The results obtained were as follows : 1. Type III gold alloy ($2.47{\mu}m$) and Targis ($5.89{\mu}m$) caused less wear of enamel specimens compared to VMK 95 ($75.59{\mu}m$), IPS Empress ($78.60{\mu}m$) and Vitadur Alpha ($78.89{\mu}m$) (p<0.05). 2. The wear of material specimen when opposing enamel was the lowest in type III gold alloy ($3.0{\mu}m$), followed by Targis ($69.8{\mu}m$), IPS Empress ($148.4{\mu}m$). VMK 95 ($298.0{\mu}m$) and Vitadur Alpha ($300.8{\mu}m$ exhibited the most severe wear against enamel (p<0.05).

The austenite grain growth model in low alloyed steel HAZ without precipitates was proposed by analyzing isothermal grain growth behavior. Steels used in this study were designed to investigate the effect of alloying elements. Meanwhile, a systematic procedure was proposed to prevent inappropriate neglect of initial grain size (D0) and misreading both time exponent and activation energy for isothermal grain growth. It was found that the time exponent was almost constant, irrespectively of temperature and alloying elements, and activation energy increased with the addition of alloying elements. From quantification of the effect of alloying elements on the activation energy, an isothermal grain growth model was presented. Finally, combining with the additivity rule, the austenite grain size in the CGHAZ was predicted.

This study examines the effectiveness of the district unit plan established to revitalize the area around the Gyeongin Expressway as a general road. In detail, this study examines the number of building permits/reports within and outside the district unit plan area before and after the decision of the district unit plan in the area, and changes in official land prices were analyzed. It turns out that there was no significant difference in the number of building permits/reports in the target areas before and after the district unit planning. Despite the fact that the floor area ratio increased, many lots within the district unit planning area did not show a differentiated rate of increase compared to the lots that did not receive density relief within the district unit planning area or lots outside the district unit planning area, As urban regeneration becomes increasingly important, it is necessary to introduce the district unit plan for urban regeneration and the more practical and regenerative guideline.

청소년의 수치심 경감을 위한 내면가족체계 적용프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

본 연구는 청소년의 자살과 자살사고의 치료를 돕기 위해 내면가족체계(IFS)를 적용하여 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 학생 정서·행동 특성검사(AMPQ-Ⅲ)를 통하여 선별된 자살과 자살생각의 고위험군으로 분류된 고등학교 1학년 9명을 대상으로 프로그램의 효과 검증을 하였다. 이를 위해 양적과 질적으로 정서 변화를 살펴본 후 추후 효과 지속성을 확인하는 절차를 통해 치료효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 집단 참여자의 자살과 자살사고를 유발하는 내면화된 수치심을 경감시켰을 뿐만 아니라 자아존중감의 향상에도 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 개발된 IFS 치료프로그램은 청소년의 내면시스템을 이해하고 통합하여 자신 스스로 부정적 정서, 행동, 신념들을 이해하고 수용하여 청소년의 심리 건강에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. This study developed a program by applying the Internal Family System (IFS) to help the treatment of suicide and suicidal thoughts in adolescents, and verified its effectiveness. The effectiveness of the program was verified for nine first-year high school students classified as high-risk groups for suicide and suicidal ideation selected through the Student Emotional and Behavioral Characteristics Test (AMPQ-Ⅲ). To this end, after examining emotional changes quantitatively and qualitatively, the treatment effect was verified through a procedure to confirm the continuity of the effect. The results of this study not only alleviated the internalized shame that causes suicide and suicidal thoughts of group participants, but also verified that it is effective in improving self-esteem. It was confirmed that the IFS treatment program is effective for the psychological health of adolescents by understanding and integrating the adolescent's inner system to understand and accept negative emotions, behaviors, and beliefs on their own.
