        상변화물질을 사용한 시트형 및 파이프형 축열재의 축열성능 평가를 위한 모형실험 연구

        In this paper, the phase change material (PCM) to increase the heat capacity of buildings is applied to building materials. The building materials use not only sensible heat but also latent heat so that the building materials are useful to maintain the pleasant indoor environment and to save the building energy. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the greenhouse gases due to building use. The model experimental research results are as follows. (1) The test shows that the sheet or pipe type heat storage materials are effective to reduce the daily temperature range, rather than the standard type. (2) The sheet type material has better capacity than the pipe type material to delay the increase in indoor temperature. (3) The building material mixing the phase change material can be useful to maintain indoor comfortably.

        파라핀을 이용한 건축용 시트형 잠열축열재의 축열특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        기 발표된 보고서에 따르면, 철근콘크리트 건축물을 전과정 평가 한 결과, 온실가스가 신축과 해체 등을 제외한 냉·난방 사용의 유지관리 단계에서 전체 발생량의 70 % 이상배출한다고 보고하였다. 이는 건축물로 인한 온실가스 배출량을 줄이기 위해서는 유지관리 단계가 중요하고, 건축물의설계단계 부터 에너지 소비를 최소화할 수 있는 유지관리계획이 필요함을 의미한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건축물의 사용단계에서 냉방에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있는 방법으로상변화물질(Phase Change Material)인 파라핀 시트를 건축물의 개구부 또는 벽체 마감재로의 활용 가능성을 검토하였다. 온도조절이 가능한 챔버 내부에 파라핀 시트를 적용한 축열실과 적용하지 않은 일반실을 제작하고, 대류와 직사일광의 조건으로 각각 챔버 온도를 상승시켜 실험체 내부의 온도변화를 측정하였다. 실험 결과, 파라핀 시트를 적용한 모든 조건의 실험체에서 상변화 온도인 26 ℃ 전후에서,일반실보다 1∼3 ℃정도의 실내온도 상승을 지연시키는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 외부 에너지가 상변화에 소비되어 온도변화가 없는 잠열축열재를 건축물 마감재로 활용함으로써, 여름철 실내 냉방 에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. The life cycle assessment on greenhouse gas emission of reinforced concrete buildings shows that more than 70percent of greenhouse gas that is discharged by a building is discharged in the building maintenance stage, including cooling and heating. To reduce the greenhouse gas emission, maintenance planning to minimize the energy consumption is necessary in the design stage. In this paper, two heat storage rooms are tested to save the air cooling energy of the buildings. The specimens are essentially identical, except that chamber A contained paraffin sheets as the finishing material, while the other, chamber B, served as a control. The test results show that chamber A with the paraffin sheets exhibited less temperature change than chamber B without the sheets when temperature was increased outside of the specimens. The heating energy was probably consumed in the phase change of the paraffin sheets, which can be useful for reducing energy consumption related to air cooling during the summer.

        대학 중퇴 이상자의 재입학 실태와 취업률 제고를 위한 정책적 제언 - 한국폴리텍대학 재 입학자를 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 대졸 또는 대졸 중퇴 후 재 입학자의 취업실태를 살펴보고, 그들의 취업률을 제고시 키는 방안을 찾는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 자료 분석을 하였으며, 한국폴리 텍대학 아산캠퍼스에서 신입생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 한국폴리텍대학의 재 입학자 를 대상으로 한 관리상의 문제점을 찾아내 그 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위한 실태조사 결과 다음과 같은 점이 발견되었다. 첫째, 대학 중퇴 이상 한국폴리텍대학 재 입학자의 졸업 후 취업률은 2013년에 다기능 과정은 88.3%, 기능사 과정은 81.0%를 기록한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 2013년 전문대 평균 취업률 61.2%, 4년제 대졸 평균 취업률 55.6% 보다 매우 높은 수치다. 둘째, 한국폴리텍대학은 현재 대학중퇴 이상 재 입학자에 대한 융합형 인력양성 시스템을 운영하지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국폴리텍대학은 대졸 중퇴 이상 재 입학자를 위한 공식적인 진학 및 진로상담 시스템이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한국 폴리텍대학과 다른 대학 간의 교류학점 인정제나 교환학기제 등 학업교류는 시행되지 않고 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학 중퇴 이상 한국폴리텍대학 재 입학자의 전담기업 취업률은 매우 높은 비율 을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 기초연구를 토대로 다음과 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 한국폴리텍대학의 높은 취업률을 놓고 볼 때, 취업을 목적으로 하고 있는 대졸 중퇴 이상 재 입학자들의 목적은 대체로 달성되고 있는 것으로 평 가할 수 있다. 둘째, 재 입학자 융합형 인력양성 시스템을 구축해 유형별로 교양 및 전공 취득학점, 실 습비율 등 커리큘럼을 재편성할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 재 입학자에 대한 적성검사, 진로상담 등 체계적인 전공전환 컨설팅을 해 주는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 재입학 대학과 입학 전 대학 간 교류학점, 교환학기 등 학업교류를 확대해 나갈 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 재 입학자 취업률 제고를 위해 전담기업제 등 산학협 력 시스템을 더욱 강화해 나갈 필요가 있다. In this study, we attempted to investigate the employment situation of students who have been re -admitted to Korea Polytec College after graduating from or dropping out of college. Through this study, we strived to draw some policy implication for increasing their employment rates. We examined the literature and conducted a survey of Asan Polytec College freshmen. The following are the results of the survey. First, the employment rates of 2013 for the students who have been re-admitted to Korea Polytec College after graduating from or dropping out of college were 88.3% for students in the multi- function program and 81.0% for those in the certified technician program. These employment rates are high in comparison to the average employment rates for junior colleges and universities, which are 61.2% and 55.6% respectively. Second, it has been found that Korea Polytec College has not been operating the convergence manpower training system after test-operating the Crossover Learning System in nine departments in 2010 and stopping them from 2011. Third, it was revealed that Korea Polytec College does not have an official career counseling system for the students who have been re-admitted to Korea Polytec College after graduating from or dropping out of college. Thus, there is no support system for the students who feel their major is not a good fit for them or those who wish to transfer to another college because their chances of employment is low. Fourth, Korea Polytec College does not have a academic exchange such as giving credit to students who take courses in other colleges. Hence, there is a need for a system that allows students to choose multiple majors and receiving credit from courses in other majors while they are attending Korea Polytec College. Fifth, it has been found that a large percentage of students who have been re-admitted to Korea Polytec College after graduating from or dropping out of college become employed through the connection system among various industries and the professors of Korea Polytec College. In 2013, 75.3% of the students in the multi-function program and 81.1% of those in the certified technician program were employed through such system. Based on the research, we would like to make the following proposals which enabled the colleges to increase the employment rates of students who are re-admitted after graduating from or dropping out of college. First, when looking at the high employment rate of the students who have been re-admitted to Korea Polytec College after graduating from or dropping out of college, it seems that their goals of employment have been successful. Second, the colleges must expand the number of Polytec Colleges where students can take courses and receive credit so that students can take a greater advantage of the convergence curriculum system while they are attending Korea Polytec College. Third, Korea Polytec College must establish an official career counseling system for the students who have been re-admitted to Korea Polytec College after graduating from or dropping out of college. Fourth, Korea Polytec College must make it easier for students to choose multiple majors and receive credit for taking courses in other majors. To achieve this, colleges with a low employment rate such as those of humanities, social sciences, and natural science should create an academic exchange with the engineering deparment of Korea Polytech College, which has a high employment rate. Fifth, the colleges must enhance the industry-university cooperation through programs like the Factory-oriented Learning (FL) system which reflects the needs of the industrial setting.

        지역의 경관을 고려한 도막방수재의 색채별 사계절 차열 및 축열 성능에 관한 연구

        This study comparatively analyzed thermal characteristics of the green color, which is currently used the most, and other various colors of a rooftop urethane water proofing sheet. This study also analyzed the cooling performance by color of the water proofing sheet that fused cooling paints, and presented the effective water proofing sheet color for building energy savings. The experimental results are as follows: (1) The value of L (brightness) diminished, and brilliance also became lower from the white color to the black color, and thus, it was confirmed that relatively more heat was absorbed. In a and b chromaticity, which is the color attribute that ignores brightness, no special relationship was identified. (2) Considering that the cooling performance effect is bigger in summer than winter, due to heat reflection, the white water proofing sheet is more effective in building energy savings than the green water proofing sheet that is currently used the most. (3) The water proofing sheet's color has an impact more on cooling performance than the color of the background side of a structure on which water proofing sheet is installed. The experiment object of gray, of which background side is similar to cement mortar, was lower by 5.7℃ than the white background side.

        농촌의 폐비닐과 폐전선을 활용한 폴리염화비닐 방수시트의 열풍용착에 의한 접착특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, we have intended to provide the related construction manuals with technical materials and to reduce the defects in the on-site construction, with reviewing the adhesive properties of joint parts according to change of temperature and speed of hot-air sealer for the products that have been made of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) materials in the single waterproof sheet. The result from the experiment is shown as following. 1) Bond strength was shown as high as the welding speed became slower. For the hot-air welding velocity with 3∼6m/min, a stable bond strength has been shown in the range of the hot-air welding temperature with 175∼210℃, while it has been shown in the range of the hot-air welding temperature with 210℃, when the hot-air welding velocity is between 9∼12m/min. 2) If the hot-air welding temperature is lower, the adhesive strength has been shown as higher in the section where the hot-air welding velocity is low, while the adhesive strength has been also shown as higher in the section where the velocity is fast as the hot-air welding temperature becomes higher. The highest bond strength has been shown in the velocity with 3m/min for the hot-air welding temperature with 140±10℃, which is rather low. At 175±10℃, a high bond strength has been shown in the velocity with 3∼6m/min, while the high bond strength has been shown in the velocity with 6∼9m/min at 210±10℃.

      • 직각천공방식으로 패커를 설치한 콘크리트 균열보수공법의 보수재 주입특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of crack repair materials and methods in existing concrete structure and to propose the effective injection method on crack repair by packer type. The result of this study is as follows. It is investigated that the crack width in the inner matrix of concrete structure is decreased about 30-40% than that in the surface of the concrete structure. Also it is showed that the possibility which could be monolithic with injection part became higher if the injection part is installed near to surface of concrete on the punching method to vertical direction against crack area. The injection of repair material can be poured smoothly under about 10N/㎟ pressure on the condition that cracks are monolithic with injection part without dust by drill. The effective method to pour the injection repair material is the punching method by coredrill but several research to minimize injection pressure should be continually
