The purposes of this paper are two-folds. First, the study summarizes the history of the urban policy of Korea since the Japanese colonial period. Secondly, on the basis of the characteristics of the urban policy by decades, it presents policy implications associated with a future-oriented urban policy. The urban policy in the 1960’s and 1970’s was defined as the period of establishing the institutional framework and completing the national and urban infra-structual projects, respectively. During the period of 1980’s and 1990’s, the focuses of the urban policy are concentrated on the issues of deregulation and equity instead of regulation and growth. Since 2000’s, urban resident’s diverse desires, such as participation, amenity, public design, etc are reflected to implementing the urban policy. For the betterment of the future-oriented urban policy of Korea, it should be emphasized that the convergence among existing urban policies is necessary since most of the urban areas transferred to the technologically as well as sociologically based network in the future.

This study is about real-estate crowdfunding what recently becomes a magnet for both investors and the company in need of funding support. In terms of a life cycle of company, it could be classified with a few stages from its beginning to extinction. It is surprise to know that less than 15 percent of the company could move on to the growth phase within 3 years. What is the reason that 85 percent of the company go broke? For those reasons, despite its short existence, Crowdfunding has been issued in domestic and abroad in comparison with existing financial system in Korea. This research aims to study quality of crowdfunding, and seek applicability and look for improvement point when crowdfunding a Lending and crowdfunding a Equity applying for real estate, and the consequential research on consumer protection.
건강지표분석을 통한 건강도시정책방향에 관한 연구 - 강원도 사례

The goal of this study is to create a sustainable, healthy city in Gangwon Province, and to present the methods necessary to achieve it. In order to reach the goal, the health level of the province must be examined against the conditions of a healthy city, and policy issues that can be pursued by regional municipal organizations will be presented. In this study, a health index is used to understand the overall health level of Gangwon Province residents. Issues related to health improvement are extracted according to each area through an analysis of existing statistical material. In addition, the health-related medical environment within the province is analyzed for hardware issues. Local social health research and statistical results on public health issued by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Ministry of Health and Welfare are used to analyze the current health situation, and internal Gangwon Province material is organized for medical environment analysis.
도시공간구조 특성에 따른 젠트리피케이션의 공간구문론적 해석 : 서울시 상업 젠트리피케이션 발생지역을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to interpret space syntactically how the characteristics of urban spatial configuration centered in commercial gentrification area in Seoul can have an influence on gentrification. Based on Space Syntax index, commercial gentrification can be classified into planned, mixed, and spontaneous types. The results of analyzing the change in franchise distribution by type of urban spatial structure are as follows: First, the Planned type is easily accessible and recognizable, which makes gentrification emerge with ease even in side streets, and it tends to expand to major streets with high Integration. Second, in the spontaneous type, gentrification is linearly converted in the street with high Integration_R3 due to the limitation of cognition and accessibility of walking. Third, gentrification is highly related to urban spatial structure, and has more connection in the planned type. These factors show that the urban spatial structure has an influence on the occurrence of commercial gentrification, and it is possible to follow the details of the occurrence process in a time-series analysis.
모바일 부동산 앱의 이용만족도 및 지속사용의도에 관한 실증연구

The objective of this study have to analysis the effect of the using satisfaction and continuance intention of the service quality of mobile real estate application. The analysis is done based on 694 significant research materials gathered from the questionnaires. For analysis methodology, this research used SPSS 22.0, AMOS 22.0, along with analytic techniques, such as implementation of basic statistical analysis, reliability, and structural analysis. Through this study, influencing relationship on how the service quality factors of mobile real estate application can affect the using satisfaction and continuance intention is figured out. Following is the results summary of the research: First, it was find that the important influencing factor is the diversity product for the using satisfaction of the mobile real estate application at ordinary person. Second, it was find that the important influencing factor is the information availability for the using satisfaction of the mobile real estate application. This study have an academic implication for new research in real estate studies about mobile real estate application and suggest alternatives of the activation and development of the mobile real estate application.

This study focus on the role of culture in urban regeneration. Cultural Regeneration have been trend in urban development since 1970s in the western society. Despite of it’s success in regeneration, cultural regeneration schemes has a tendency to take more importance in economic goal. With globalization, post-modernism, serial reproduction of cultural regeneration schemes and extinction of sense of place has been prevalent. This problems are came from some aspectss of culture. In recent the notion of creative city, creative class make us reconsider the importance of culture, culture as environment, culture as everyday life.
