        ANK<sub>3</sub> 유전자 다형성과 조현병의 연관성에 대한 연합연구

        Objectives Previous genome-wide association studies have indicated the association between ankyrin 3 (ANK3) and the vulnerability of schizophrenia. We investigated the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) covering the whole ANK3 locus and schizophrenia in the Korean population. Methods The study subjects were 582 patients with schizophrenia and 502 healthy controls. Thirty-eight tag SNPs on ANK3 and five additional SNPs showing significant association with schizophrenia in previous studies were genotyped. Results Three (rs10994181, rs16914791, rs1938526) of 43 SNPs showed a nominally significant association (p < 0.05) with at least one genotype model. But none of these associations remained significant after adjusting for multiple testing errors with Bonferroni's correction. Conclusions We could not identify a significant association between ANK3 and schizophrenia in the Korean population. However, three SNPs showing an association signal with nominal significance need to be investigated in future studies with higher statistical power and more specific phenotype crossing the current diagnostic categories.

        오장환 시에 나타난 환상성 연구

        이 논문의 목적은 오장환 시에 나타난 비현실적인 요소 즉 환상적인 특성을 중심으로 로즈메리 잭슨의 환상성 이론에 의해 그의 시를 새롭게 분석하는데 있다. 우선, 2장에서 시인은 근대화된 도시에 나타난 편리함을 절망의 시선으로 바라보며 도시를 노동자의 죽음 등 부정적인 이미지로 형상화했다. 특히, 시인은 근대화가 만들어낸 병폐에 민감하게 반응하고 이런 병폐를 희극과 비극을 교차하면서 즉 환상적으로 표현하였다. 3장에서 시인은 황혼 속에서 실재와 비실재의 경계를 확인하고 자신의 내면을 바라보게 된다. 「병실」과 「체온표」에 나타난 고열 속의 시적 화자의 환상은 순수하게 이상적 자아를 찾고자 하는 의지가 담겨 있는 부분이다. 4장에서 시인은 자신의 내면의 결핍을 어머니의 모성적 환타지를 통해 치유하고자 했다. 그에게 환상은 불안한 자아를 회복하는, 내적 자아의 극복 양상 과정을 담고 있다. 이는 고통받는 시인의 모습에서 벗어나 진실을 찾아나서는 시인의 모습을 보여주는 부분이기도 하다. 시 속에 나타난 어머니는 현실 세계에 존재하는 절대적 여신으로 이런 점은 부조화로 이루어진 근대 도시를 잊어버리게 한다. 특히 시에 나타난 어머니는 자식의 모든 것을 걱정하고 포용하는 존재로, 이는 모성적 환상을 보여준다. 그에게 영원할 것 같은 고통스런 여정이 모성적 환상에 의해 긍정적으로 바뀌며 결국 시인은 불안한 자아를 극복하며 능동적인 자아를 발견하게 된다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze his poems in abundance by Rosie Jackson’s Theory of Fantasticity, focusing on the unrealistic side-fantastic elements that appeared in O Jang-hwan’s poem. The illusions in his poetry caused his inner lack, and he extended this inner confusion to unrealistic aspects. Even if the poet’s fantasy shows a dominant resistance to reality, it is not a escapist tendency, but rather he seeks symbiotic relationships through fantasy and heals the inner side of living in pain. In Chapter 2, the poet expressed the desperate situation of a modern city through the image of death, expressing a city without vitality. His poem expressed the mechanized city of the 1930s as an image of the death of a worker, showing the ills of society. The poet despair at the incongruity created by modern times, reacting sensitively to the reality at the time and having an ego of vigilance. Eventually, he expressed his surroundings in a fantastic way to get out of the city. In Chapter 3, the poet lived in a city and was lonely, but through fantasies on the border between reality and unreality, he looked at the inner nature in desperate situations and found a stable self. The poetical self experiences the process of identifying the goldfish and the self, and the fantasy in such high fever contains the poet speaker’s willingness to find the ideal self in purity. In Chapter 4, “Perfume” is a poem that the poet misses his mother in her hometown, showing her continuing to worry about her son in her mother’s fantasy, which shows maternal fantasy as a target of care and love for her child’s safety. In the motherly fantasy, the poetic self reflects on itself rather than comfort and affection. It is the mother who lets us escape the unstable reality. In “I like faith in my child’s whereabouts, whose motherhood is unknown,” motherhood to a poet is the subject of healing the self, which lives in pain with an inner deficiency in eternal time. The illusion shown in O Jang-hwan’s poem is not revealed by existing researchers, and this attempt reveals various reasons for the poetic subject and is also the way to find O Jang-hwan’s own new expression. analyzing O Jang-hwan’s poem from a fantastic perspective is a part of the poet who has been suffering O Jang-hwan and finding the truth of his life. The illusion shown in his poem can be understood as an active dimension, away from the mere escape of reality. The fantasy in O Jang-hwan’s poem played an important role in revealing the situation of the 1930s, and as a result, it proves that he was an important poet in the 1930s.

      • 초등학교 3 · 4학년군 기악 합주 수업을 위한 직소(JIGSAW) 협동학습 적용 방안 연구

        본 논문의 목적은 초등학교 3·4학년군 기악 합주 수업을 위해 직소 협동학습 모형을 분석하고 적용 방안을 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 직소 협동학습을 살펴보고 교사 연구자의 입장으로 현장 적용 방안을 탐색하였다. 또한 데이터의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 학습지, 결과물, 관찰일지, 사진 등을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학생 스스로 자기주도적 수업 능력이 형성되고 문제 해결을 위한 상호작용이 활발히 일어났으며 성취감과 기쁨을 느끼고 새로운 문제 상황을 학생 스스로 만들려고 하는 의지를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구에 이어 앞으로도 교사의 수업을 다각도로 분석하여 학교 현장에 적용될 수 있는 방안이 끊임없이 모색되어야 할 것이다. This paper aimed to analyze the JIGSAW cooperative learning model for the instrumental ensemble class for the 3rd and 4th grade in the elementary schools and to identify how to apply the JIGSAW cooperative learning to the class. For identifying the approach to apply the JIGSAW cooperative learning to the instrumental ensemble class, the applicability was investigated by analyzing every aspect of the JIGSAW cooperative learning. As the research teacher directly planning and evaluating the potential problems, it was tried to execute the practical research by analyzing the curriculum and textbooks and investigating the approach to apply the JIGSAW cooperative learning in the actual education fields from various angles. Next, the data was analyzed using study materials, results, observation journals and photos and interview was executed for enhancing the reliability of qualitative research data. In accordance with the analysis, the subjects built their self-directed learning abilities and so it was observed that the expert groups led the class as helping each other beyond the forced or thoughtless ensemble done in the past. When the subjects faced any problem, the students who were good at playing led others who were not good at doing their roles and the students who felt difficulty in playing their roles tried to solve the problems through interaction with other students, not the teachers. The students felt the sense of achievement and delight in the process solving the problems and demonstrated the wills to make the new difficult situations. Further study needs to identify the approach to apply the JIGSAW cooperative learning in the schools by analyzing various kinds of classes from various angles for the music classes through which teachers and students can solve problems together.

        백워드 설계 기반 고든의 음악학습이론을 적용한 초등학교 음악과 수업 방안 연구

        이 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정의 근간이 되고 있는 이해중심 교육과정의 또 다른 이름인 백워드 설계를 기반으로 고든의 음악학습이론을 적용하고자 한다. 백워드 설계 3단계 중 1단계는 <기대하는 학습 결과>, 2단계 <평가 계획>, 3단계 <교수·학습 계획>으로 구성되고, 전체 과정에 학생들의 ‘이해’를 초점으로 둔다. 비슷한 시기에 대두된 고든의 음악학습이론은 오디에이션이라는 음악적 사고력 신장을 단계별로 제시하고 있으며 교실활동, 패턴학습, 교실활동 순서로 전체, 부분, 전체 형태로 계획 된다. 백워드 설계와 맞춤형 수업, 고든의 음악학습이론과 패턴 학습은 이론과 그에 따른 방법을 연계한 수업 설계 과정으로, ‘이해’를 강조한다는 점과 개별 맞춤식 수업을 시도한다는 점, 그리고 교육과정과 수업 설계, 교수·학습 계획이 하나로 연결된다는 공통점을 보이고 있다. 따라서 백워드 설계에 따른 맞춤형 수업의 일환으로 고든의 기능학습연계를 적용한 교수 학습 활동 계획의 수립은 2015 개정 음악과 교육 과정을 학교 현장에 실현할 수 있는 새로운 시도가 된다. In the revised music curriculum 2015 is emphasized a high level of understanding (higher than knowledge such as core competency, subject competency, generalized knowledge, function, etc.). Under understanding by design, ‘understanding’ refers to the configuration of generalization or principles after figuring out new knowledge in connection with conventional ones. It is deemed that learners are finally understood when a problem can be solved by applying such generalization or principle to other contexts and situations. Gordon insisted the importance of ‘skill learning sequence’ to enhance audiation capability, seeing music curriculum as a step of understanding. Audition is a term which refers to ‘ability to understand music’. It attempts to improve musical comprehension through skin learning sequence. In designing all units for the improvement of competency which is needed to implement students’ knowledge actively, it would be a new attempt to apply Gordon’s music learning theory to practices based on understanding by design. There should be further studies on diverse lesson plans based on backward design with a goal of cultivating competency through ‘understanding’.

        백워드 설계를 적용한 초등학교 음악과 배움중심수업 방안 연구

        이 연구는 배움중심수업의 의미와 특징을 살펴보고 백워드 설계를 적용한 초등학교 음악 교과 수업방안을 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 교육과정의 바탕이 되는 백워드 설계 모형을 적용하여 초등학교 음악과 수업을 설계하였다. 배움중심수업은 적극적인 자기주도 학습에서 시작하여 남과 나눔을 통해 지식을 탐구해나가는 과정에서 스스로 깨우침을 얻는 내면화 과정이다. 백워드 설계 또한 학생이 아는 것에 그치는 것이 아닌 배운 것을 스스로 확장하고 적용하여 수행으로 드러내 보이는 것을 의미하는 것으로, 학생이 자기 주도적으로 새로운 상황에 적용할 수 있다는 점에서 배움중심과 맥을 같이 한다. 백워드 설계를 적용한 초등학교 음악과 배움중심수업 방안을 고찰한 후 얻은 시사점은 첫째, 교사와 학생, 학생 간 균형적 상호작용이 중요하다. 둘째, 교사는 학생이 자기 주도적 문제해결 방안을 찾을 수 있는 상황 중심수업을 위해 노력해야 한다. 셋째, 과정중심평가에 대한 개념이 확대되어야 한다. 넷째, 교사 간 수업 성찰과 나눔의 자리가 지속하여야 한다. 배움중심수업 시각에서 새로운 시도인 백워드 설계 모형의 적용은 교육 현장에서 지향하여야 할 배움중심수업의 실천적 대안을 제시하는 연구로 의의가 있다. 앞으로 음악교육 전반에 배움중심수업을 위한 다방면의 연구가 이루어져야 한다. This study attempted to investigate the meaning and characteristics of learning-centered courses and explore elementary music curriculum plans which adopted backward design. For this, it examined the characteristics of learning-centered courses and backward design. It then applied a backward design model to such courses as a basis for revised 2015 school curriculums with a goal of searching for a new method in elementary music curriculums. A learning-centered course is an internalization process for students to realize independently while exploring knowledge through sharing, starting with active self-directed learning. In addition, backward design is a strategy that students can use to expand and apply what they learned, beyond the knowledge itself. In fact, it can be compared to ‘learning orientation’ in that it can be applied to new situations by students in a self-directed fashion. After reviewing backward design-applied, learning-centered course plans for elementary music curriculums, this study has drawn the following implications: First, balanced teacher-student and inter-student interactions are important. Second, teachers are required to work hard for context-centered courses through which students are able to find a way to solve problems in a self-directed manner. Third, a concept of process-centered evaluation needs to be extended. Fourth, inter-teacher course reflection and sharing should continue. In this way, the application of a backward design model in learning-centered courses is meaningful in that it implements educational policies in accordance with these findings.

        브랜드 아이덴티티의 시각적 표현을 위한 파사드 디자인 연구

        최근 커피를 통해 문화를 향유하는 감성적 소비 패러다임으로 커피 시장은 나날이 커지는 실정이며, 새로이 뛰어드는 업체들도 자신의 브랜드를 알리기 위한 다양한 차별화 전략을 펼치고 있다. 이런 차별화 전략의 하나로써 기업의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 소비자에게 시각적으로 표현하며 홍보와 유도를 할 수 있는 파사드 디자인에 대해 언급하였다. 이에 본 연구에선 시각적 홍보전략으로써 브랜드 아이덴티티를 표현하는 특성과 요소를 도출하여 사례를 통해 전략적 파사드 디자인이 이루어졌는지 분석하며, 향후 브랜드 커피전문점의 파사드 디자인 계획 시 기초자료로 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법은 관련 문헌과 선행연구를 통한 이론적 고찰과 사례분석으로 이루어진다. 브랜드 아이덴티티의 개념 및 특성, 파사드 디자인의 개념 및 표현요소에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 커피전문점 파사드 디자인의 브랜드 아이덴티티 표현 현황에 대해 분석한다. 연구범위는 대형 프랜차이즈와는 다른 로컬브랜드만의 명확한 아이덴티티를 가지고 소비자들에게 브랜드를 정립시키며 장소에 따라 다양하게 표현된 파사드 디자인이 나타나는 광주 지역브랜드 세 곳을 중심으로 한정한 뒤 검색키워드, 인지도, 방문자 수를 종합하여 나타나는 12개의 파사드로 분류하여 분석하였다. 사례분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고유성으로 매장마다 일관성있는 로고사인과 심볼로 고유의 브랜드를 인지시키는 등 동일한 재료와 상징색채의 효과적인 배열로 브랜드의 스토리를 적극적으로 표현하였다. 둘째, 유연성으로 브랜드 네임을 응용한 장식과 자유로운 재료 및 색채 표현으로 소비자에게 다양한 시각적 자극을 통한 색다른 인상을 심어주고 있었다. 지역적 아이덴티티의 시스템 한계에서 벗어난 파사드 디자인은 기업만의 독창적인 전략으로 차별화시킬 수 있었으며, 파사드 디자인에 있어서 브랜드 아이덴티티를 표현하는 방식으로 고유성과 유연성을 이용한 효과적이고 개성적인 파사드 디자인이 중요시된다. In these days, providing the service for the seat with drink charge, cafe space became a kind of culture and furthermore, it is being used as an emotional consumer goods to share culture through coffee. For this change of consumption paradigm, coffee market is getting bigger from day to day and the brand new cafes are carrying out the strategies with various components which are differentiated from the large coffee franchises. As one of these differentiated strategy, they visually express the identity of concern as face of the brand and mentioned about the facade design to induce the promotion to the consumers. Therefore, in this study we looked the brand identity theoretically and re-established the relationship as the proceeding researches about facadeas its center and analyzed 8 facade focusing on 2 local brands in Gwangju in order to figure out the characteristics of facade design for the visual expression of brand identity. The case analysis result is same as below. First, it should utilize the own typical elements of facade effectively to maintain the own intrinsic attributes and/or characteristics. Second, the exterior should be recognized as a whole and has the characteristics of each component. We extend the range of facade design for the visual expression of band identity through this study and it has a significance to propose the base line data for the facade planning of cafe.

        실시간 쌍방향 원격수업에서 의사소통중심 교수법

        This study explores not only Korean college students’ perceptions of employing Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in a synchronous online course using Zoom, a videoconferencing tool, but also factors influencing their perceptions. Twenty students, who had low English proficiency taking Practical English III during the COVID-19 pandemic, took part in this study. Data from surveys and individual interviews were collected. Both descriptive analysis of survey data and thematic analysis of interviews with eight volunteers were carried out. The results show that students perceived the Zoom class positively with no preference for pair work or whole class work. In addition, there were two factors affecting students’ perceptions: the promotion of authentic interaction and participation in interesting communicative activities. The findings not only support the possibility of adopting CLT in synchronous online settings, but also suggest balancing form-focused and meaning-focused activities for beginners.

        생체역학을 활용한 매체 연기훈련 효용성 연구

        This study is to argue the necessity of biomechanical training in the domestic media acting education system and explore ways to use it practically. The researcher used the body to actively move in front of the camera and used Mayerholt's biomechanical acting method as an instantaneous existing acting training method. The advantages of biomechanical training on media acting are summarized as follows. First, it is effective in training media actors who have to immerse themselves in impromptu emotions in distracting and fast-changing media sites to draw “internal impulses.” Second, through “actor's dualism” media actors can not only know how to clarify their acting in front of the camera but also realize creative acting by enhancing their ability to conceive, objectify, and express their acting on their own. Third, through economic and efficient movement training and time and space distribution training, distance sense and spatial sense can be learned, and sincere acting can be realized even within the sculpted and controlled movement of the camera while training repeatedly. In addition, actors can learn how to maintain and amplify emotions while calculating movements according to camera blocking, given actions, and reactions. Fourth, by conducting “formal training” through movement before the language and emotion in which the actor's thoughts are contained, “creative implementation” can be promoted without being bound by text analysis. This study is a new attempt to apply biomechanics to domestic media acting training, and can be said to be meaningful as a basic study. Through this study, it is hoped that media actors can overcome the difficulties they face in the field and that biomechanical training can be actively trained in Korea.

        세대교류 증진을 위한 공동주택 커뮤니티시설 배치 및 프로그램 연구

        (Background and Purpose) Social and cultural changes such as aging and low birth rates occurred due to rapid changes in the period, and the demand for facilities and programs for children and the elderly increased. However, so far, most community facilities in apartment complexes only constitute individual facilities for each generation, and now it is imperative to strengthen measures to enhance synergy by integrating them. The purpose of this study is to provide basic research for improvement in planning the use of community facilities in apartments to enhance future intergenerational interactions by examining the status of community facilities and programs in apartments in Gwangju from the perspective of intergenerational interactions. (Method) In this study, the concept and type of intergenerational interaction are identified and the characteristics are derived based on the preceding study, and the types of understanding and programs of community facilities where intergenerational interaction takes place are classified and substituted to derive the layout and program characteristics of community facilities in apartment houses for generation exchange. The scope of the case was six apartments located in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, with a size of 500 or more of the apartment complexes provided as data when searched under the keyword of 'Activating Apartment Community'. (Results) The characteristics of community facilities in apartments to enhance intergenerational interaction could be divided into planning exchange and independent exchange. First, in planning exchanges, joint events should be organized to provide non-usual experiences to residents, such as temporary festivals, sharing places and bazaars, while promoting opportunities for free-participating cultural contact not only with children, the elderly and residents but also from outside. In addition, there should be a variety of entertainment programs that utilize small spaces in the complex as 'activity' to explore and interest children and to provide children with new experiences of traditional culture. As a 'support', it should consist of talent donation and volunteer programs in conjunction with external agencies, and promote participation as a community volunteer, leading to continued support for intergenerational interaction activities. Second, with the 'accessibility' of independent alternating current, the path party and daycare center should be concentrated in a single building or one place to increase access and provide a meeting by installing a bench or shelter. Also, children's playgrounds, playgrounds and gardens located on the basis of 'connectivity' and supporting continuous activities should be utilized, and nursing homes and nursing homes should utilize the advantages of space to enhance efficiency by utilizing flexible space according to the program.(Conclusions) According to the changes of the times, changes in senior concepts and activities are likely to further increase community facilities that can be done with children, which need to be provided with the gradual introduction of space and programs.
