한국 중년여성의 직업 불안 지각과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계 -성취 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 중년여성의 다양한 변인에 따라 직업 불안과 삶의 만족도, 성취 만족도의 차이를 살펴보고, 직업 불안과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 성취 만족도의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 통계청의 ‘2019 사회조사’와 ‘2021 사회조사’의 원자료를 연구 대상으로 하고 이를 분석하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 40대는 50대보다 직업 불안, 성취 만족도, 삶의 만족도를 높게 느끼고, 직업 불안을 지각하지 않는 집단은 성취 만족도와 삶의 만족도를 높게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년여성의 연령대와 교육 수준에 따라 직업 불안의 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, 40대와 고졸 이하인 경우 직업 불안을 높게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 한국 중년여성의 성취 만족도는 직업 불안과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국 중년여성의 직업 불안과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 성취 만족도의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였으며, 이를 통하여 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 교육과 상담에 필요한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 한계점과 후속 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. This study examined the differences in job anxiety, life satisfaction, and achievement satisfaction among middle-aged women according to various variables, and analyzed the mediating effect of achievement satisfaction on the relationship between job anxiety and life satisfaction using the original data of the 2019 Social Survey and the 2021 Social Survey from Statistics Korea. The main findings are as follows First, those in their 40s reported higher levels of job anxiety, achievement satisfaction, and life satisfaction than those in their 50s, while those who did not perceive job anxiety reported higher levels of achievement satisfaction and life satisfaction. Second, there was an interaction effect of job anxiety with age and education among middle-aged women, with those in their 40s and those with a high school diploma or less reporting higher levels. Finally, achievement satisfaction had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between job anxiety and life satisfaction among Korean middle-aged women. The significance of this study is that it confirmed the partial mediating effect of achievement satisfaction on the relationship between job anxiety and life satisfaction among Korean middle-aged women, and provided basic data for education and counseling that can help them in practice. Finally, limitations and the need for further research are presented.

YSZ-carbonate dual-phase membranes for high temperature carbon dioxide separation

A dense yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ)-carbonate membrane that was impermeable to gas at low temperature became highly permeable to CO2 at temperature above the melting point of the carbonate. The CO2 permeance across the YSZ-molten carbonate dual-phase membrane was observed to be higher than 0.1 × 10-8 mol/m2/Pa/s at temperature >650 ℃. The movement of ions was promoted at high temperature as YSZ and molten carbonate became highly conductive to oxygen ions and carbonate species, respectively. Addition of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) during preparation of macro-porous YSZ support created interconnected pore structures that were found conducive for carbonate infiltration and integration with the membrane materials.

VR 콘텐츠를 이용한 신체검사 개발 및 사용자 만족도 연구

본 연구는 고령화 및 저출산에 따라 보건의료분야의 만성질환의 증가 및 전문 인력부족 등의 문제를 해결하고 효율적인 헬스케어를 제공하고자 VR 콘텐츠를 이용한 신체검사의 효과성을 연구하였다. 이에 본 연구는 HTC VIVE Pro VR과 스틱 컨트롤러를 착용하여 원스톱 VR 콘텐츠 신체검사 시스템을 구현하였다. 시스템은 1단계부터 5단계까지이며, 색각테스트, 기억력테스트, 청력테스트, 반응속도테스트, 순간인지능력테스트의 5단계를 순차적으로 거쳐 최종 신체 나이를 판별하는 솔루션으로 구성된다.또한 본 연구가 개발한 원스톱 VR 콘텐츠 신체검사 시스템에 대해 대전 소재 A 상급종합병원 건강검진센터 및 VR/AR 임상시험 센터에 내원한 정상인을 대상으로 사용자 만족도를 검증한 결과, 전체적인 만족도와 재이용의사가 높게 나타났고, 성별에 따라 5단계 순간인지테스트는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 연령에 따라서 4단계 반응속도테스트, 5단계 순간인지테스트에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. This study aims to the effectiveness of physical examination using VR contents to solve problems such as the increase in chronic diseases and shortage of professional manpower in the health care field according to the aging and low birth rate, and to provide efficient healthcare. Therefore, this study implemented a one-stop VR content physical examination system by wearing HTC VIVE Pro VR and a stick controller. The system is from step 1 to step 5, and the final body age is determined and a simple solution is provided through five steps sequentially: color blind test, memory test, audiogram test, reaction speed test, and instantaneous cognitive ability test. In addition, for the one-stop VR content physical examination system developed by this study, as a result of verifying the user satisfaction for normal people who visited the health examination center and VR/AR clinical trial center of certified tertiary hospital in Daejeon, the overall satisfaction and the intention to reuse Was high, and according to gender, there was a significant difference in the 5-step test, and according to the age, there were significant differences in the 4-step test and the 5-step test.

중년 남성의 포커싱적 태도가 중년기 위기감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 한국 중년 남성의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 포커싱적 태도와 중년기 위기감의 차이와 포커싱적 태도, 중년기 위기감의 상관관계를 알아보고 포커싱적 태도가 중년기 위기감에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 거주 중년 남성 230명을 대상으로 하여 KFMS-R과 중년기 위기감 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시, 회수된 설문지 중 총 222부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 19.0 통계프로그램을 사용해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, T-검증, 일원분산분석, Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀 분석을 시행하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 포커싱적 태도 전체와 하위요인 중 표현하기, 되새겨 보기는 50대가 높고 유의미하며, 중년기 위기감의 하위요인 중 젊음의 상실에서 40대가 높고 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 포커싱적 태도의 하위요인 중 알아차리기는 중년기 위기감 전체와 유의미한 양적 상관관계를, 되새겨보기는 개별화 위기와 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였으나 표현하기는 중년기 위기감 전체와 자기 후회, 젊음의 상실, 정서적 불안정에 유의미한 부적인 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 포커싱적 태도는 중년기 위기감에 미치는 영향은 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 최근 한국 중년 남성들이 겪는 어려움에 포커싱적 태도를 통하여 중년기 위기에 잘 대처할 수 있음을 시사한다. 이에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 교육과 상담에 필요한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 제한점, 후속 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between focusing attitudes, middle-aged crisis feelings, and middle-aged crisis feelings, and to reveal the impact of focusing attitudes on middle-aged men s sense of crisis. To this end, 230 middle-aged men living in the metropolitan area were surveyed using KFMS-R and middle-aged crisis measures, and a total of 222 of the recovered questionnaires were used for analysis. The data used the SPSS 19.0 statistics program to conduct frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, T-verification, one-way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, and medium-regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, among the overall and subfactors of focusing attitudes, 50s are high and meaningful, and 40s are high and significant in the loss of youth among the subfactors of the sense of crisis in the middle age. Second, the subfactors of focusing attitude showed significant quantitative correlation with the entire middle-aged sense of crisis and significant static correlation with the individualization crisis, but expression showed significant negative correlation with the overall middle-aged sense of crisis, loss of youth, and emotional instability. Third, the effect of focusing attitude on the sense of crisis in the middle age was significant. This study suggests that Korean middle-aged men can cope well with the middle-aged crisis by focusing on the difficulties they face recently. It is meaningful in that it provided basic data necessary for education and counseling that could provide practical help. Finally, we propose the limitations of this study, the need for further research.

외상으로 변색된 치아를 위한 Indirect Resin Laminate Veneering Technique

어린이에 있어서 심미적으로 불량한 전치는 치과의사나 환자에게 큰 문제점으로 제기되어왔다. 여러 가지의 치료술식으로, 파절되거나 변색, 형성 부전 혹은 불규칙적으로 배열된 전치부의 문제를 해소하였으나 아직도 그에 대한 대책은 만족스럽다고 할 수 없다.특히 어린이의 생활력이 있는 치아를 대량 삭제하여 성인과 같은 전장금관으로 영구수복하는 것은 여러가지의 문제점이 노출되어 성인이 된 후에 시행할 것으로 추천하고 있다.

소프트웨어 제품평가 및 선정 모형

동일 하거나 유사한 기능을 수행하는 소프트웨어 제품들 중에서 사용자 요구사항에 가장 적합한 제품을 결정하기 위하여 측정과 평가 및 선정을 실시하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 이러한 소프트웨어 제품의 평가와 선정은 대량 구매시 객관성 확보를 위해 특히 중요하다. 소프트웨어 제품의 평가를 위한 절차는 평가 대상 제품의 속성 결정과 측정, 속성의 중요도에 따른 가중치 부여, 그리고 평가와 선정 모형을 통한 최적제품의 선정이나 우선순위의 결정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 절차에 따라 가중치 부여 방법으로는 계층적 분석과정을 이용하고, 제품의 평가와 선정 방법으로는 4개 보상모형과 7개 비보상모형, 그리고 4개의 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)모형을 종합적으로 설명한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 위의 15개 평가와 선정모형을 사용하여 Infoworld(Jan. 1997)에서 발표한 '문서 작업흐름 관리' 소프트웨어 제품의 속성에 대한 측정결과를 가지고 모형별 적용 결과를 분석한다.
