들뢰즈의 시뮬라크르 개념에 따른 스포츠스타, 영웅 탄생구조 분석

이 연구는 앞서 연구 되었던 ‘스포츠 영웅 만들기'의 후속연구로서, 스포츠스타와 스포츠영웅의 개념적 차이에도 불구하고, 현재 우리나라에서 나타나고 있는 스포츠스타와 스포츠영웅의 모호성에 대한 경계를 알아보고자 하는 필요성의 인식으로 출발하였다. 위에 제시한 연구문제의 해답을 얻기 위해서, 들뢰즈의 시뮬라크르(simulacre) 개념으로 구조화 하는 방법을 통해 우리나라의 스포츠영웅으로 추대되는 과정을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구방법 선정의 이유에 있어 '왜 들뢰즈의 시뮬라크르인가?', '시뮬라크르가 지니는 의미는 무엇인가?'는 중요한 물음이 아닐 수 없다. 이는 현대철학에 있어서 의미(meaning)의 문제가 중요하게 다뤄지고 있기 때문인데, 순간적으로 나타나는 스타들의 의미를 파악하기에는 시뮬라크르(사건)의 개념을 도입하는 것이 연구결과를 도출하는 데에 용이하다고 판단되었기 때문이다. 도출된 연구결과물은 스포츠스타의 탄생에서부터 스포츠영웅으로 추대되는 구조적 과정의 확인과 더불어 우리나라 스포츠스타가 스포츠영웅의 길로 향하는 핵심어를 찾을 수 있는 데에 그 의의가 있을 것이다. As a reinforcement to the previous study 'Makings of a Sport Hero', this study was aimed to define the boundaries between what are distinctive concepts of sport star and sport hero. Despite the distinctiveness of each concept, the scope of its definitions and boundaries are quite ambiguous in Korea today. In order to answer this research question, this study analyzed the process of how sport hero comes about in Korea utilizing the framework constructed on the basis of simulacre concept of Deleuze. In justification to the selection of such approach, the following crucial questions must be addressed: Why is simulcre concept of Deleuze an appropriate framework? What is the meaning of simulace? These are important questions to be answered as 'meaning' is vital to the school of modern philosophy. In order to capture instantaneously emerging meanings of stars, this study deemed utilization of simulacre concept to be most effective. The significance of this study is that the deduced results may provide better understanding of structural, transitional process from the birth of a sport star to the emergence of a sport hero. In addition, it may provide insights to sport stars a roadmap towards becoming a sport hero.

이 연구는 장애인스포츠 종목 중 시각장애유도에서 일어난 ‘스포츠등급 부정취득선수’에 대한 사건을 중심으로 장애인스포츠 스포츠등급분류에서 발생하는 문제점을 스포츠 윤리적 관점에서 분석하였다. 이는 장애인스포츠의 비윤리적 상황을 고발하는 것이 목적이 아닌 장애인스포츠의 자정의 노력과 변화됨을 사회와 학계가 관심을 가지고 지켜보는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 시각장애인선수 3명을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 반구조화된 면담법을 실시하여 장애인스포츠의 스포츠등급과 비윤리적 행위와 관련된 선발단계, 경기, 관련기관, 선수개인의 윤리적 쟁점을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 장애인스포츠 선수등급에 대한 구조와 병폐를 드러냄으로써 우리나라 장애인스포츠 선수등급제도의 개선과 함께 장애인스포츠의 발전과 장애인 권익을 보호하기 위한 대처 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems from the viewpoint of sports ethics, focusing on the cases of 'sports class illegally acquired players' induced by induction of visually handicapped sports. This is aimed at society and academia observate interested in the efforts and changes of the disabled sports, not for the purpose of exposing the people of disabled sports and accusing them of misconduct. We selected three blind players as research participants and conducted an semi - structured interview method to derive the ethical issues of selection stage, competition, related organizations, and athlete 's individuality related to sports class and unethical behavior of sports for the disabled. The purpose of this study is To categorize the oriental martial arts through Aristotle's categoria utilizing the method of the literature explores check the specific difference focused to ensure that the identity of Taekwondo. It is possible to find the distinction between three East Asian martial arts, Taekwondo, Wushu, and Karate, through category theory, and each can be categorized. The categorical difference between them are not with series relation, but with parallel relation. Therefore, Taekwondo, Karate, and Wushu are not in inclusive relation, and do not share a common denominator. As a result It is to prove that each category of the concept is different. This means that the reality of each martial art can be told through what 'what' s in motion, and the concept of crowds, that is, the martial arts (each martial arts) is said to be related to something but individual, It is not said in relation to thing.

자동우량경보시설은 산간계곡 집중호우시 상류지역의 강우상황을 관측, 하류지역 행락야영객에게 자동으로 경보를 발령하거나 안내방송을 실시하여 인명피해를 예방하기 위한 시설이다. 그러나 이 시설의 기존 발령 기준은 유역특성을 고려하지 않고 일률적으로 관측강우량의 10분간의 이동합이 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm 이상인 경우에 각각 경계경보, 대피 1경보, 대피 2경보를 발령하였다. 이에 2003년 지방자치단체 및 유관 단체에서는 유역특성을 고려하여 위험수위, 한계유출량, 기준강우량 등의 분석을 통하여 경보발령기준을 재설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 경보발령기준이 재설정된 지역중 실적 강우 취득이 가능한 경남 거창군 월성지구를 대상으로 기존 및 재설정된 발령기준을 위험수심, 한계유출량, 기준강우량 등을 고려하여 검토하였다. 또한, 기존의 발령기준 우량, 개선된 발령기준 우량 및 금회분석을 통해 산정된 발령기준 우량을 상호비교하였다. 1분단위 변환 실적강우로 발령기준을 검토한 결과 기존안은 너무 많은 경보를 발령하게 된다. 개선안도 경보의 발령횟수 측면에서는 기준을 약간 상향조정할 필요가 있다. 그러나, 경보기준우량의 상향조정은 안전측면에서 신중할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다. Automated rainfall warning system is a facility to prevent casualties who were recreating in the down stream region with operating lead broadcasting or signaling warning automatically when torrential rainfall occurs in mountainous area. But standard of conventional warning does not consider the characteristics of basin, and warning signal. Evacuation signal 1 and evacuation signal 2 are uniformly signaled when the 10minute moving total of observed rainfall is higher than 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm respectively. therefore, local governments and relative agencies had re-established the standard of warning by analyzing the risk water level, critical discharge and reference rainfall, which are considering the characteristics of basin. In this study the standard of conventional and re-established warning of weolseong basin, which is available to acquire a real rainfall. There are analyzed by considering the risk water level, critcal discharge and reference rainfall. Also this study compares rainfall of conventional and re-established warning standard and indentifies problems by analyzing adequacy of rainfall estimation for warning and proposes alternative. The standard of conventional warning which investigates with the converted rainfall(unit of a minute) issued too many alarm. The re-established standard upward has the necessity which will be regulated about the alarm announcement number of times. Considers the safety, upward regulation of alarm standard rainfall is a necessity which will be prudent.
