그림 형제의 민담 <작은 빨강모자>에 나타나는 이야기 전개와 상들에 대한 분석심리학적 해석

본 논문에서 고찰하고자 하는 대상은 그림 형제의 민담 <작은 빨강모자>(Little Red Hood)이다. 본 논문의 목적은 <작은 빨강모자>의 이야기 전개 및 환경과 등장인물의 상징성을 분석심리학적 관점에서 심층 분석하고 예술치료에서의 함의를 탐문하는 것이다. 연구방법은 분석심리학에서의 전형적 이해를 바탕으로 하면서 동시에 특정한 작품의 독자성과 세부적 묘사의 기능성을 내러티브를 따라가며 분석하는 것이다. 본 논문은 <작은 빨강모자>에 대한 “전형적 해석”과 독특성을 이야기의 구성, 환경, 그리고 재료에 대한 심층 분석을 시도하였다. 그 결과를 통해 예술치료에 있어서 내담자의 구체적인 가정의 구성, 삶의 자리(Sitz im Leben), 그리고 내담자가 그려내는 이야기의 조직과 구성, 색과 재료의 조화, 그리고 그것들 의 내포적 상징성 등을 면밀히 분석하였다. 그리고 “전형”과 내러티브의 “독자성”을 함께 고려한 분석과 치료의 필요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Grimm Brothers' <Little Red Hood> focusing on its story line, symbolism of environment and characters in depth from the perspective of analytical psychology and to explore the implications in art therapy. The method of the research is based on the typical understanding from the analytical psychology and also and also on the narrative analysis focusing the functionality and peculiar description of a specific work. This paper analyze the unique environment and materials the <Little Red Hoodt>. Then, this paper suggests, as seen in the analysis of the story, the necessity of analysis which consider together typical analysis and peculiar description. The art-therapy need close examination about the peculiar environments, Sitz im Leben (the situation of the life), the composition and story line with material and colors which the client describes in accordance with the typical analysis from the analytical psychology.

알쯔하이머질환 치료제의 cyclooxygenase 저해활성 측정

Enzyme cyclooxygenase expression is associated with deposition of beta-amyloid protein in neuritic plaques in brain inflammation. And specific cyclooxygenase blockade is important in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. In the present study, clinical Alzheimer's disease drugs were examined to study the selectivity of antiinflammation on in vitro. Inhibitory activity of clinical Alzheimer's disease drugs were tested on the induced cyclooxygenase-2 and cyclooxygenase-1 by the culture medium using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drug류의 COX-2 효소 저해작용의 검색

The mechanism of action of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug(NSAID) has been proposed to mediate the inhibition of cyclooxygenase(COX, prostaglandin H synthase) which converts arachidonic acid to proinflammatory prostaglandins. In this study, nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs were tested and the selectivity of antiinflammation on in vitro COX-1 and COX-2 inhibition properties was evaluated by the biological screening. To determine inhibitory effect of COX-2, nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs were screened with accumulation of prostaglandin by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in aspirin-treated macrophages and murine macropharge cell. Some of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs were effective as selective COX-2 inhibitory activity. Especially, celecoxib has shown outstanding effect.

Cyclooxygenase-2 저해제로서의 benzothiazine 유도체 합성과 항염작용 평가

The antiinflammatory mechanism of NSAIDs is attributed to the reduction of prostaglandin synthesis by the direct inhibition of cyclooxygenase. Inhibition of prostaglandin production in organs such as stomach and kidney can result in gastric lesions, nephrotoxicity and increased bleeding. In this study, newly designed COX-2 inhibitors, synthesized 1,2-benzothiazine derivatives, were screened in vitro for selectivity of COX-1 and COX-2 inhibition properties. Lead compounds in the structure-activity relationship were studied to synthesize new highly selective COX-2 inhibitors. To determine inhibitory effect of COX-2, synthesized 1,2-benzothiazine derivatives were screened with accumulation of prostaglandin by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in aspirin-treated macrophages and murine macropharge cell. Some of synthesized 1,2-benzothiazine derivatives were shown to be effective as selective COX-2 inhibitory activity. Others exhibited a preferential inhibition of COX-2, although some COX-1 inhibitory activity was still present. As a conclusion, simple monomer derivatives were more active than dimer derivatives. Substitution of halogen (Br, Cl) on the benzothiazine nucleus slightly enhanced inhibition activity.

Selective COX-2 inhibitors were expected to retain anti-inflammatory activity by inhibition of prostaglandin production with reduction of gastric and renal side effect associated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This study reported the syntheses of novel 2-thiohydantoin and hydantoin derivatives which have the structure of 5-membered heterocyclic ring substituted with two aryl groups, phenyl group at 5-position and p-sulfamylphenyl or p-methoxyphenyl group at 1-position. These synthetic compounds showed significant COX-2 activities in vitro screening. Among them, 5-phenyl-2-thiohydantoin and hydantoin substituted with benxyl group at 3-position, compounds 5 and 8, could be considered as lead compounds with IC_(50)=13.13~18.78㎍/ml for the development of COX-2 inhibitors.

Rimmon Kennan has seen participants in situations of narrated communication, the temporal and hierarchical relationships between narration and stories, and diverse discussions between speakers and listeners as a matter of suggestion about events and dialogues. The reproduction of dialogue is deeply connected with narrative strategies about what and how a writer speaks, or how the writer illustrates matters in the narrative. In other words, a speaker plays an intermedia.iil role between readers and events, as well as an intervention role. At this moment, diverse interpretations and many types of dialogue reproduction are taking place and they become as important as the characters and events based on how much the narrator is engaged or not engaged in such roles. <A Wall of Rumor>(1971) by Lee Cheong-jun is a literary work connoting interesting multi-characteristic problems caused by dialogue reproduction. Cheong-jnn Lee drew a question as to "problems of writing" when he released <the Falconer>, a literary work, in the July edition of 'Shindongahj in 1968. Since then Lee has studied words(language)in-depth in his own novels. The structure of such novels require arduous patience to bring to light those events or elements which have been taken as a subject. Who on earth is the body that represses autonomy and deters continuation of statements? Thus far, there have been many cases where criticism of the words and language in Lee's novels were pointed out, and the characteristics of his novels were resented, but there have not been many cases where his actual works have been dealt with, with patience. Accordingly, in this study,「A Wall of Rumor」, the literary work of Lee Cheong-jun, was analyzed focusing on the novel technique, which is called "Reproduction of Dialogue". The analysis results, which are based on how the critical mind of the writer has been reproduced through "Reproduction Dialogue" and what another person's gaze that has coercive effects on Park's statement may be, has been classified into three categories. The first regards the attitudes of the narrator and characters in the novel; the second, the statement of the main character, Park Jun, and the third, autonomy as to honest statements. They are departmentalized as follows. First, regarding the attitudes of the narrator and characters, the characters' attitude changes may be reviewed through the doctor's attitude and antagonistic relations between the narrator and Ahn Hyeong. Second, in 'Park Jun"s self-statement, the situation in which the writer's statement was carried out based on the three categories such as the self-supporting statement, the three novels and the intended statements. In the case of the so-called novelist, namely the main character 'Park Jun', from what his statement repressed or what statement he wanted to make that could be determined through the conversation. Third, honest autonomy was divided and arranged into categories such as repeated statements, casuality of events and the continuation of honest statements. Situations where liberal writings could not be carried out may exist in any period, or for any writer. However, the problems of autonomy and the continuation assigned to them, remain as a 'fear of the flashlight' that we should overcome by ourselves. 「A Wall of Rumor」 written by Lee Cheong-jun is a novel in which the narrator makes up the story based on an exploration into 'Park Jun' and a self-reflection on his own work, as the narrator meets 'Park Jun', the main character. In the sense that the narrator obtains a study result after undergoing various discussion processes on a certain problem, it may be regarded as subjective, but it also keeps objectiveness and universality. The technique, which reminds us of a detective story, is enough to draw the reader's interest. During the process, curiosity about 'Park Jun' is doubled, and information about 'Park Jun' is collected as the resolution of problems rush to a settlement. Such a deductive narration derives a positive effect as it gets united with the narration technique, called the "Reproduction of Dialogue". It does not, however, show any accurate or definite results though it is inferring the result or cause of events. As a result, it is regarded as a merit of narrative strategy, but as a weak point as well. In this manner, dialogue can be defined as a means to satisfy reader requests about concreteness, and direct narration refers to the colloquial language spoken by characters in literary works. Even in the direct narration or internal soliloquies in this work, such cases occur from time to time, in which the depictor confirms the content through summary as the narrator intervenes into each case. Accordingly, there seems to be much <explanation> despite the presence of various objective elements. In such a case, there is merit that the story can be economized in terms of time, and the personalities of characters and outlines of events can be described economically. One weak point, however, is that it is taking place simultaneously, and reader imagination may be limited, as much as it is economical. If so, what is「A Wall of Rumor」 looking for through the "Reproduction of Dialogue"? What cannot be left out in this novel is the 'fear of the flashlight'. The flashlight itself symbolizes an oppressive existence, and the target of the oppression could be 'Park Jun', the writer, or another person who is depriving him of the freedom of statements. The elements which drive the writer to insanity, are the statements made by external powers and internal factors looking at the novelist, the society that restrains the autonomy of statements and political situations. The 'fear of the flashlight' does not refer to a general and simple meaning for fear, but to a feat against the invisible existence hiding behind the flashlight. All those causes can not repress the writer's liberal statements forever. This is because a writer is not guaranteed to have autonomy of statements, but has a destiny to look for freedom as he or she is forced to make an honest statement. A writer who was born for such a destiny shall overcome the 'fear of the flashlight' by him/herself. The writer should keep on making liberal statements without being overwhelmed by any rumors, free from another's gaze repressing his or her statements. This literary work has shown such a situation through the "Reproduction of Dialogue", and it has significance if only for the attempt.

또래지원이 포함된 상황이야기 중재가 지적장애아동의 과제수행행동과 일반아동이 지각하는 친구관계에 미치는 영향

상황이야기는 간단한 문장과 그림, 사진 등의 시각적 지원을 통해 장애아동에게 사회적 상황에서의 적합한 행동을 알려주는 도구이다. 이 연구는 상황이야기 중재를 지적장애아동 의 같은 반 또래들로 구성된 지원단이 하도록 하였다. 먼저 학급 전체 아동을 대상으로 실 시한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 상황이야기의 주제를 정하였다. 또래지원단은 그림을 그려 서 상황이야기 책을 만들고 장애아동에게 규칙적으로 상황이야기를 읽어주었다. 17주 동안 의 중재 결과, 지적장애아동의 과제수행행동(수업참여행동, 1인 1역하기, 알림장쓰기)이 향 상되었다. 또한 또래 지원단 활동에 참여한 일반아동들은 장애아동과의 친구관계를 통제집 단에 비해 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 이는 지적장애아동이 통합학급에서 생활하는데 필요한 행동에 대한 상황이야기를 또래들이 읽어주는 과정에서 지적장애아동에게 자연적 지원을 제공하게 된 것으로 보인다. 결과에 대한 논의를 제공하였다.

Polychlorinated biphenylols 과 Methoxychlor 대사체의 황산 포합반응

Phase Ⅰ metabolites of persistent environmental pollutants are potential substrates for detoxification via two pathways of Phase Ⅱ metabolism The sulfate conjugation of select group of persistent environmental pollutants: 3-hydroxybenzo(a)pyrene (3-OH-B[a]P), hydroxy methoxychlor ((2-p-hydroxyphenyl)- 2-(p-methoxyphenyl)-1,1,1-trichlororthane, OH-MXC), bis-demrthylated methoxychlor (2,2-bis(2-p-hydroxyphenyl)-1, 1,1-trichlororthane, HPTE), 4'-hydroxy-2,3,3',4,5,5'-hexachloro biphenyl (4'OH-PCB159) and 4'-hydroxy- 2,3,3',5,5',6-hexachlorobiphenyl (4'OH-PCB165) were investigated. The sulfonation of 3-OH-B[a]P was also investigated. Enzyme assays involved the incubation of liver cytosol derived from three adult male fish with PAPS. The efficiency of sulfate conjugation decreased in the order 3-OH-B[a]P >>>> 4'-OH-PCB159 > 4'OH-PCB165 > OH-MXC > HPTE, all of which produced detectable sulfate conjugates. 3OH-B[a]P was a good substrate for sulfonation (Kmapp 0.41±0.03 and Vmaxapp 0.50±0.01 nmol/min/mg).
