        Comparison of Shear Bond Strength in Novel Calcium Silicate-Based Materials to Composite Resin

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the newly introduced calcium silicate-based materials with fast-setting properties could be appropriately used as basement materials in indirect pulp treatment (IPT). This was performed by quantifying the durability of adhesion between the material and composite resin, measured by the shear bond strength (SBS). Five calcium silicate-based materials, TheraCal LC® (TLC), TheraCal PT® (TPT), TheraBase® (TB), Well-Root™ PT (WPT), and Endocem® MTA (EMTA), as well as two glass ionomer-based materials, Fuji II and Fuji II LC, were included. Specimens containing these materials were manufactured and bonded to composite resin with a universal adhesive applied in self-etch mode. The SBS values and failure modes were recorded, and the mean SBSs of the materials were compared. Both TPT and TB exhibited SBS values that were similar to TLC, while both WPT and EMTA appeared to have statistically lower SBS values. Mixed failure was commonly observed in TLC and TPT, while all WPT and EMTA samples showed cohesive failure. In comparison with TLC and TPT, more samples with cohesive failure were observed in TB, implying that this material forms a stronger bond with composite resin. Together with the ability of TB to chemically bind to dentin due to its 10-methacryloyloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate component, TB seems to be a promising material for IPT within the limitations of this in vitro study.

        토픽모델링을 활용한 국립대학육성사업 관련 이슈 분석: 뉴스 기사 및 정책추진과제 비교 분석을 중심으로

        본 연구는 언론에 보도된 1주기 국립대학육성사업의 주요 토픽을 분석하고 국립대학육성사업 기본계획에서 제시되고 있는 중점추진과제와의 비교․분석을 통해 국립대학육성사업 관련 이슈의 동향을 분석하여 제시하였다. 이를 위해 1주기 국립대학육성사업이 시작된 2018년부터 2022년까지의 주요 일간지에서 관련 뉴스 기사들을 수집하여 DMR 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, ‘지역현안해결’, ‘대학공동협력’, ‘평생교육’ 등 27개의 주요 토픽을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 주요 토픽을 국립대학육성사업 기본계획에 제시된 중점추진과제 및 세부추진과제와 매칭한 결과, ‘고등교육 기회확대‘, ‘지역사회 기여‘ 순으로 가장 많은 토픽이 포함되는 것으로 나타났고, ‘기초․보호학문 육성‘, ‘대학 협력 네트워크 활성화‘, ‘특화전략 및 발전모델 구축‘ 관련 토픽은 적은 것으로 알 수 있었다. 연도별 토픽 경향성을 분석한 결과, ’고등교육 기회확대‘ 토픽은 점차 증가하고 있으며, ’지역사회 기여‘ 토픽은 점차 감소하고 있었다. 분석 결과를 통해 1주기 국립대학육성사업에서 뉴스 기사 보도는 점차 활발하게 이뤄지고 있으며, 경쟁력 강화 관련 추진과제보다 공공성 강화 관련 추진과제가 중점적으로 다뤄졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학이 지역혁신의 거점으로 역할 수행 및 2주기 국립대학육성사업을 추진하는데 공공성 강화 관련 추진과제뿐만 아니라 경쟁력 강화 관련 추진과제의 언론 보도 확대를 정책적 함의로 제시하였다. This study analyzed the major topics of the first-cycle national university development project reported in the media and the trends of issues related to the national university development project. For this purpose, DMR topic modeling analysis was conducted by collecting related news articles from 2018 to 2022, when the first-cycle of the national university development project began. As a result of the analysis, 27 major topics were derived, and then matched the tasks presented in the basic plan for the national university development project. 'expanding opportunities for higher education' and 'contributing to the community' included the most topics, while 'fostering basic and protected studies', 'activating university cooperation networks', and 'building specialized strategies and development models' were less common. When analyzing the trend of topics by year, we found that the topic of 'expanding opportunities for higher education' was gradually increasing, while the topic of 'contributing to the community' was gradually decreasing. The analysis showed that the news coverage of the national university development project was increasingly active, and the focus was more on the promotion of publicity than on the promotion of competitiveness. Therefore, this study suggested the policy implications of expanding media coverage of competitiveness enhancement-related tasks as well as publicity enhancement-related tasks in the second-cycle of national university development projects.

        근관충전재가 유견 유치의 치근 단조직에 미치는 영향에 관한 병리조직학적 연구

        This study was undertaken to evaluate the periapical tissue response to the endodontic filling materials such as ??, ??, and Zinc Oxide Eugenol in pulpectomy technique, especially in the primary dentition of dogs. Mandibular First and Second primary molars of 16 mongrel dogs (age about 9-10 weeks) were selected for this study. For histologic study of pulpectomized primary teeth, the intervals of observation ranged 10, 20, 30, 40 days after experiment respectively. Each specimens were fixed with 10% formalin and decalcified in 5% nitric acid. All specimens were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and examined histopathologically. The results were as follows; 1. The resorption of filling material by the macrophage and foreign body giant cell was seen in the experimental group of ??, ??, and Z.O.E. Hydron was most prominantly resorpted among those experimental groups. 2. Distant seeding phenomenon of ?? experimental group was showing around the periapical tissue in underfilling, proper filling and overfilling. Distant Seeding of Z.O.E. group was observed less than Hydron??? experimental group. Distant Seeding of ?? experimental group was not observed. 3. All massive overfilled endodontic filling materials coursed inflammatory response and abscess formation with the infiltration of Lymphocytes and PMN in the periapical tissue. Fibrosis was observed in slightly overfilled lesion of ?? experimental group. 4. In the Z.O.E., ?? and Control group root resorption was accellerated after 20 days of experiment and 30 days in ?? filling material. 5. All experimented filling material showed radiopaque in the X-Ray radiograph, ?? was less radiopaque comparing with another two filling materials.

        황기탕이 생쥐의 불감증발(不感蒸發)을 통(通)한 수분손실(水分損失)에 미치는 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        Experimental studies were done to know effect of insensible water loss of Hwangkitang(HKT) in mice. After administration of extract of HKT to the mice, changes of body temperature, body weight, serum Sodium and chloride ion was measured. And sametime, serum antibody to SRBC, delayed hypersensitivity and phagocytic activity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PMN) was measured to know immunologic effect. The results obtained as follows; 1. After exposure to $40^{\circ}C$ environment, increment of body temperature in treated group was slower than control group during first 40 minute, and no difference after 40 minute. 2. After exposured to $40^{\circ}C$ environment, decrement of body weight in treated group except administration group of 1.0g/kg extract of HKT was slower than control group during first 40 minute, and no difference after 40 minute. 3. After exposured to $40^{\circ}C$ environment, decrement of body weight in administration group of 4.0g/kg extract of HKT to mice was slower than control group during first 20 minute(p<0.005). 4. After exposure to $40^{\circ}C$ environment there was no stastical difference between treated group and control group in changes of serum sodium and chloride ion. 5. There was no statistical differences between treated group and control group in changes of serum antibody, delayed hypersensitivity and phagocytic activity of PMN.

        신보호주의 하 무역구제 활용방안 연구

With the rise of this protectionism and prevailing uncertainty in the world economy, trade-dependent open countries like South Korea are ever vulnerable to external trade environment. During this times of uncertainty and crisis, firms and the government need to be more proactive and strategic to respond to systematic risk of the global market changes. Rather an active and timely preparation against using trade remedies can prevent firms and the countries from being abused and targeted of those protectionist repercussions. Also, if losing the timely opportunities to take measures for industrial injury in these times, a recovery would cost arms and legs. Based on the previous literatures, this study reviews and examines on methodologies to analyze possible factors on industrial injuries before the use of trade remedies in the context for South Korea. Also this study provides insights on testable variables such as domestic firms, products, industries and macro-economic variables as well as political economic variables for the analysis on the injury test, suggesting a need of “public-private partnership for industrial injury monitoring system” that account and prepare for South Korea’s trade environment and characteristic of trade remedial policies. 신보호주의 하 무역구제 활용방안 연구 신 원 규숭실대학교 글로벌통상학과경희대학교 국제개발협력연구센터노 재 연영남대학교 무역학부 현재 국제통상환경은 저성장과 불확실성이 만연하는 시대로, 선진국 발(發) 신보호주의 현상이 신흥성장국가에게도 확산되고 있다. 이러한 신보호주의 물결에 우리나라와 같은 무역의존 개방국가는 대외 통상환경에 매우 취약한 상태이나, 이럴 때 일수록 우리기업과 정부는 새로운 무역 흐름에 보다 능동적이고 전략적으로 대처해야한다. 즉, 적극적이고 시의적절한 무역구제조치 활용에 대한 준비를 갖추는 것이 수출 기업과 산업이 수입국의 보호주의적 무역구제 조치에 의한 부당한 표적이 되는 것을 방지해 줄 수 있기 때문이다. 무엇보다도 한 번의 실기(失期)로 기업의 생사가 갈릴 수 있는 이러한 시점에서, 산업피해 방지 대책과 정부정책 차원의 시의적절한 대응체제는 더욱 절실하다. 하지만, 현재 우리나라의 기업 및 산업피해 요인과 그 경제적 효과에 대한 체계적인 연구 결과를 축적 할 필요가 있다. 동 연구에서는 기존의 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 우리나라 실정에 맞는 산업피해 요인 분석 방법에 대해 논의하고, 국내의 기업, 품목, 산업, 거시변수 및 정치경제변수 등의 활용 방법과 연구방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 동 연구를 통해 우리나라의 무역환경과 무역구제조치 관련 제도적 특징을 반영한 체계적인 산업피해 분석의 필요성을 강조하고 나아가 민-관 협력 산업피해 모니터링 시스템의 구축 방안을 검토하여 제시하였다.

        치효산(治效散) 및 치효산가미방(治效散加味方)이 항(抗)알레르기 및 폐손상(肺損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang on the Anti-allergic effect and pulmonary function of $O_3$ intoxicated Rats. Anti-allergic effect experiment consisted of vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine and serotonin, 48hrs homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis provoked by the IgE-like antibody against egg white albumin, and delayed type hypersensitivity responses to Picryl Chloride and SRBC. Pulmonary function of $O_3$ intoxicated Rats experiment consisted of lung TBA value, water Contents of the lung, oxygen consumption time, and arterial blood $pCO_2,\;pO_2,\;HCO_3^-$, pH level. The results obtained as follows; 1. In the effects of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine, both of chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang group revealed significant effect. 2. In the effects of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal serotonin, both of chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang group revealed significant effect. 3. In the 48hrs homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis provoked by the IgE-like antibody against egg white albumin, Chihyosan groups revealed significant effect, but Chihyosangamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 4. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to Picryl Chloride, Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to. SRBC, Chihyosan revealed none significant effect, but Chihyosankamibang revealed significant effect. 6. Both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed significant effect on decrease of the lung TBA value of lung. 7. Both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed significant effect on decrease of the water contents of right and left lung. 8. Both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed significant effect on decrease of oxygen consumption time. 9. In the decrease effect of arterial blood $pCO_2$ level, both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 10. In the increase effect of arterial blood $pO_2$ level, both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 1. In the decrease effect of arterial blood $HCO_3^-$ level, both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang groups revealed significant effect. 12. In the increase of arterial blood pH level, Chihyosangamibang groups revealed none significant effect, but Chihyosan groups revealed significant effect. According to above stated results, both of Chihyosan and Chihyosangamibang are very usefully for treatment of cough, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and allergic pulmonary diseases.
