문화유산 자원을 활용한 장소브랜딩: 중국 운남의 〈인상리장〉을 사례로

This research aims to discuss the impact of <Impression Lijiang> on regional development as a place brand and glocal heritage. Based on understanding of the changes and influences of local heritages in the globalization era as a key component of place branding, this study explores how <Impression Lijiang> is used to develop a place branding strategy for Lijiang. The research methods are both a literature review and a field research related to Lijiang and its culture. Also, the resources from news, internet, and YouTube are used to analyze the impact of <Impression Lijiang>. The performance has been attracting tourists from both Chineses and foreigners and contributed to increase the economic profits of local tourism industry as one of the representative identities of Lijiang. Also, in the process of preservation and recreation of cultural heritages of Lijiang such as <Impression Lijiang>, the participation of local residents and on-going interactions between the residents and global tourists highly influence on a transition from place marketing to place branding. By applying local cultural heritages to place branding strategies, the regional values of Lijiang strengthen its place identity from a place of preserving a minority’s heritage to that of flourishing cultural exchanges and hybridization from the world. 본 연구는 리장의 대표적 문화자원인 〈인상리장〉이 장소브랜드와 글로컬 헤리티지로서 지역발전에 미치는 영향력을 논의할 것이다. 본 연구는 글로벌라이제이션에 따른 로컬 헤리티지의 변화와 영향력을 장소브랜딩의 주요 요소로 인식하고, 〈인상리장〉콘텐츠가 장소브랜딩 전략을 위해 어떻게 활용되는지에 대해 살펴보려한다. 이를 위해, 문헌연구와 현지 관찰 조사를 바탕으로 리장시 웹사이트 및 〈인상리장〉 관련 언론보도를 포함한 기타 인터넷 자료와 유투브 동영상을 활용하였다. 〈인상리장〉의 흥행은 경제적 효과 외에도 리장의 장소 아이덴티티의 매력을 높였다. 리장고성과 〈인상리장〉이 보존 및 활용되는 과정에서, 지역주민의 참여와 지역민과 글로벌 관광객 간의 끊임없는 문화적 교류는 리장의 장소브랜딩에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 문화유산을 장소브랜딩에 활용하면서, 리장의 지역적 가치는 나시족문화를 계승하는 공간뿐만 아니라 세계인이 함께 보존하며 교류하는 장소로 그 가치를 확대할 수 있을 것이다.

A cross-sectional study of the relationship between mindfulness and academic achievement of South Korean adolescents

Recent research studies show that mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) for children and adolescents have a positive impact on cognitive and noncognitive functioning, which are related to improved academic performance. Although mindfulness is a burgeoning field of education, no studies elaborate the conceptual relationship between mindfulness and academic achievement in a South Korean context. The present research aims to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and academic achievement using a crosssectional design on a sample of 877 South Korean adolescents aged 12 to 19 years from five schools in two South Korean cities. All participants completed measures on mindfulness and provided their GPA as an indicator of academic achievement. Results revealed a positive correlation between mindfulness and academic achievement and provided implications for conducting further research on the positive influence mindfulness has on the academic performance of adolescents. By providing a conceptual study of mindfulness, the researcher hopes instruments can be developed and questions concerning mediating role and mechanisms of action can be investigated that will help enhance the continuation of health-promoting behaviors for Korean children and adolescents

지연행동 관련 변인의 효과에 관한 메타분석

본 연구의 목적은 학위논문과, 학술지에 게재된 지연행동에 관한 연구를 메타 분석하여 지연에 미치는 변수들을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 학술지 49개, 석사 64개, 박사 1개 등 총 114개 연구에서 312개의 논문을 분석하였다. 분석방법은 억제변인에서 154개, 유발변인에서 158개 총 312개 사례(k)의 효과의 크기를 분석하였다. 그 결과 지연행동의 억제변인을 보면, 평균 효과크기는 .333이었으며, 유발변인의 평균 효과크기는 .215이었다. 자기통제 -.587과 성실성 -.548로 지연행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시간관리, 미래지향 시간관, 자율규제, 자기효능, 메타 인지전략, 학문적 자기효능, 자기조절, 적극적 스트레스 극복 스타일 등의 변인이 중간 정도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일반 지연행동의 효과크기는 .369이었으며, 학업 지연행동의 효과크기는 .308로 일반 지연효과가 학업 지연효과보다 크게 나타났다. 이것은 지연행동을 방지하기 위하여 '자기통제'와 '성실성' 변인 및 '시간관리', '미래지향 시간관' '자기조절' 등 지연행동에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 변인에 대한 관리 및 자기효능감 향상, 유발변인의 극복을 위한 개입 방안의 필요성을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to find the variables that affect procrastination through a meta-analysis of studies on theses published in journals. A total of 114 studies analyzed 312 papers,finding a total of 312 effects comprising 154 protective and 158 triggering variables. As a result, the average effect of protective variables was 0.333, and the mean effect of triggering variables was 0.215. Self-control (-0.587) and conscientiousness (-0.548) variableswere found to have the greatest effect on procrastination. Time management, time perspective, autonomous norms, meta-recognition strategies, academic self-efficiency, self-control, and active stress coping style variables have a moderate impact. The effect of general procrastination was 0.369, and the effect of academic procrastination was 0.308, indicating that procrastination in generalis greater than academic procrastination. According to the results, it seems to be necessary to prevent procrastination that, in addition to self-control and conscientiousness, have been shown to have a significant impact on procrastination(such as time management, time perspective, and self-regulation)whichneeds to be managed. Furthermore, the results suggest that intervention plans to improve self-efficacy and to control triggering variables should be considered.

Bipolar Host Materials Based on 1,3,5-Triazine Derivative for Green Phosphorescent Organic Light-emitting Diode

We designed and synthesized new bipolar host materials 2–4, through microwave-assisted Suzuki-coupling reaction with 1,3,5-triazine unit and carbazole/fluorene group. The photophysical and thermal properties of the synthesized 1,3,5-triazine derivatives 2–4 were investigated by ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) spectrometer, spectrofluorometer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The 1,3,5-triazine derivatives 2–4 have suitable energy bandgap (Eg = 3.15–3.35 eV) and high triplet energy level (ET, 2.63–2.87 eV) for phosphorescent green host. Device performance of 2–4 materials shows that maximum luminescence efficiency (LE) and external quantum efficiency (EQE) of green device A–C were 29.25, 49.67, and 48.74 cd/A and 8.68, 14.52, and 14.30%, respectively.

어머니 취업 및 직업만족도와 아동이 지각한 자녀양육태도와의 관계 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between child perception of mother's rearing attitude and mother's employment status, and mother's job satisfaction. The subjects were 225 fifth graders and 70 employed mothers and 155 unemployed mothers selected from 2 primary schools located in a low income residential area in Seoul. The instruments used were a questionnaire about mother's child rearing attitude by Kim, Kyung-Hee, et al(1976) and 12 questions selected from Thomson's test of mother's satisfaction on her employment(1980) translated by Park, He-Ryung(1986). Data were analyzed by Chi-square and t-test. The resulting showed no significant statistical differences on the perception of mother rearing attitudes either as a function of mother's employment status or her job satisfaction. It was concluded that the child rearing attitude of low income mothers was not affected by the mother's employment status or job satisfaction.
