        주택가격채널: 거시경제에 미치는 영향을 중심으로

        본 논문은 주택가격이 주택가격채널을 통해 거시경제변수에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 분석의 방법으로는 Iacoviello(2005)의 경제구조와 동태적 확률적 일반균형(DSGE) 모형을 한국 데이터에 적용하였다. 본 논문의 분석 결과에 따르면, 주택과 소비 간 보완성이 강할수록 주택가격 상승에 대한 소비의 반응은 더 커지면서 주택과 소비 간 동조 현상이 나타난다. 보완성이 0.42이고 LTV(주택담보대출)가 50%일 때 주택가격의 1% 상승은 소비를 0.057%p 상승시키고, 보완성이 0.52인 경우 1%의 주택가격 상승은 소비를 0.047% 상승시킨다. 한편, 주택가격이 거시경제변수와 연계성을 가지는 주요 통로는 소비의 변화이다. 주택가격이 상승하면 소비가 늘어나고, 이는 다시 거시경제 전반에 걸쳐 영향을 미치게 된다. 한편, 주택과 소비 간 기간내대체탄력성은 0.42로 추정되어 주택과 소비 간 보완성이 존재함을 확인하였다. 이 보완성은 주택가격이 소비에 미치는 영향을 증폭시키는 중요한 역할을 한다. This paper investigates the manner in which house prices affect macroeconomic variables through a house price channel by applying the method of Iacoviello (2005) to Korean data, and establishing a DSGE model with complementarity. This paper found that higher LTV ratio coupled with stronger complementarity results in the co-movement in both consumption and housing. For instance, the results show that when the LTV ratio and complementarity stands respectively at 50% and 0.42, an 1% rise in house prices increases consumption by 0.057%, and when the complementarity parameter increases to 0.52 with LTV remains unchanged at 50%, consumption rises by 0.047% per 1% increase in house prices. An increase in house prices leads credit constraints for borrowers to become more loose as value of a house rises as a collateral. The increase in household credit enables more consumer spending, eventually leading to increased consumption. A key link in which house prices are connected to macroeconomic variables is change in consumption. To put it simply, a rise in house prices leads to an increase in consumption, which consequently impacts the overall macro-economy. At this point, complementarity is found, in that the elasticity of intra-temporal substitution between housing and consumption is estimated at 0.42, which plays an important role in the house price channel by amplifying the effects of house prices on consumption.

        A New Algorithm for Extracting Fetal ECG from Multi-Channel ECG using Singular Value Decomposition in a Discrete Cosine Transform Domain

        산모의 흉부와 복부로부터 측정된 다채널 심전도에서 태아 심전도를 추출하는 새로운 알고리듬을 제안한다. 산모의 복부 심전도로부터 태아 심전도를 추출하기 위하여, 시간 영역에서 특이값 분해를 근간으로한 방법이 일반적으로 사용되었다. 그러나 이 방법은 산모와 태아의 심전도 벡터 방향이 서로 직교해야 하는 가정과 많은 연산량을 요구하는 단점이 있다. 제안한 알고리듬은 이산연현변환 영역에서 특이값 분해를 이용하여 이러한 단점을 극복한다. 적은 연산량으로 특이값 분해를 하기 위하여 이산여현변환 계수의 특성과 태아 심전도의 주파수 특성에 기초하여 고주파 수 성분에 해당하는 이산여현변환 계수를 제거하였다. 또한 산모와 태아의 심전도 벡터 방향에 의한 영향을 덜 받으면서 순수한 태아 심전도를 추출하기 위하여, 산모 복부 심전도에서 산모 심전도가 억압된 새로운 세 개의 채널을 만들고 이들을 다채널 심전도에 추가하였다. 모의 신호와 실제 신호를 이용하여 기존의 시간 영역에서 특이값 분해를 근간으로한 방법과 제안한 알고리듬의 성능을 비교하였다. 제안한 알고리듬은 기존 방법보다 적은 연산량으로 순수한 태아 심전도를 얻을 수 있음을 실험적으로 확인되었다. We propose a new algorithm to extract the fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) from a multi-channel electrocardiogram (ECG) recorded at the chest and abdomen of a pregnant woman. To extract the FECG from the composite abdominal ECG, the classical time-domain method based on singular value decomposition (SVD) has been generally used. However, this method has some disadvantages, such as its high degree of computational complexity and the necessary assumption that vectors between the FECG and the maternal electrocardiogram (MECG) should be orthogonal. The proposed algorithm, which uses SVD in a discrete cosine transform (DCT) domain, compensates for these disadvantages. To perform SVD with lower computational complexity, DCT coefficients corresponding to high-frequency components were eliminated on the basis of the properties of the DCT coefficients and the frequency characteristics of the FECG. Moreover, to extract the pure FECG with little influence of the direction of the vectors between the FECG and MECG, three new channels were made out of the MECG suppressed in the composite abdominal ECG, and the new channels were appended to the original multi-channel ECG. The performance of the proposed algorithm and the classical time-domain method based on SVD were compared using simulated and real data. It was experimentally verified that the proposed algorithm can extract the pure FECG with reduced computational complexity.

        왕실사묘(王室私廟) 육상궁(毓詳宮)의 20세기 변화(變化)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is to understand several changes of Yuksang-gung(毓祥宮), which was one of the royal shine in Joseon Dynasty. On urban context and architectural perspective, the shrine took significant position in 20th century when old Hanyang(漢陽) transformed to Kyungsung(京城). Originally, Yuksang-gung was constructed as a little shine which set up a tablet of King Young-jo's biological mother. After given a title of a palace, the shrine became important site that King Young-jo held a ritual formality for his mother. Furthermore, it related to King's will that tried to reorganize urban structure, because he stayed Kyunghee-palce(慶熙宮) in the latter part of his time. Yuksang-gung changed through three phases. In first phase, the shrine got a position of palace. In second phase, by enshrining together Yuksang-gung transformed to Chil-gung(七宮). Enshrined palaces were arranged in hierarchical order, and it was same as royal procession that king had moved between several royal shrines since 20th century. In third phase, the boundary of Yuksang-gung was reduced by urban planning in 1968. In spatial aspect, the space composition of royal shrines in Joseon dynasty could be classified into three areas, and the same principle applies to Yuksang-gung.

        북촌 튼ㅁ자형한옥의 유형연구

        Open-rectangular plan Hanok is one of the major types that compose the urban tissues of Bukchon, a typical traditional residential area in Seoul. Through the comparison of the cadastral map of 1912 and the aerial photograph of 1962, the paper has given the outline of the and the distribution of Open-rectangular plan Hanok at Bukchon. And the paper defines the characteristics of Open-rectangular plan Hanok at Bukchon as followings. First, Open-rectangular plan Hanok at Bukchon is the mutated type of Open-rectangular plan Hanok in Kyong-gi Province. Second, the composition and characteristics of Bakat-chae and outer-courtyard have been changed through the adaptation itself to the compact lots of urban neighborhood. Third, the composition and characteristics of An-chae has not been changed except the inner corner bay, that gives the lights and view to An-bang through the window. And the comparison and observation of four examples, the paper defines the identities of Open-rectangular plan Hanok at Bukchon. The partial transformation comes from the conflicts and adjustments with the structure of alley and the topographical condition of lots.

        북촌도시한옥의 지붕가구(架構) 특징에 관한 연구

        We have focused on the roof construction method of Urban Hanok in Bukchon, Seoul. The Urban Hanok, urban traditional housing type, had been evolved In modern context from 1930's to 1960's. We have confused Urban Hanok with traditional Hanok, because they have similar figures. But Urban Hanok have the characteristics as a result of the roof construction method. The purpose of this paper is to define Urban Hanok more concretely, thus we payed attention to the roof structure, specially to the comer that each roof structure meets. So we got some characteristics of the roof construction method of Urban Hanok in Bukchon. First, the roof construction methods of the roof are transformed at the corner parts, where three purlin structure and five purlin structure meet. The collision of the different roof structure has made a lot of types. Second, the roof slope of Urban Hanok is more gentle than traditional Hanok, that is caused by ornamental double eaves and awnings. Finally these characteristics are results of the compact lot size in urban neighborhood. The construction method is a inclusive word that contain materials, composition, ornament and social common sense. With the understanding on the roof construction method of Urban Hanok, we can define the identity and the value of Urban Hanok, And we can suggest the policy and the design guidelines for the reservation and rehabilitation for Urban Hanok of Bukchon, Seoul.

        산 로렌쪼 성당의 두 성구실에 표현된 중심성

        I have focused my study on the comparative analysis between 'Sacrestia Vecchia (Old sacresty)' and 'Sacrestia Nouva (New sacresty)' of San Lorenzo in Firenze. One is designed by F. Brunelleschi and the other is designed by B. Michelangello on the base of similar program and context. The analytic study has led me to the following conclusions: First. two saresties take concrete shapes by organizing the classcal vocabularies on the elementary forms. Second, though Michelangelo has started Bruneleschi's sacresty, he gives a more concrete form by the heightening the section. Third, the transformation of entrance and aediclues show that Michelangelo designed the new sacresty on the creative interpretation of the classical vocabulary and the context.

        서울 북촌(北村)의 역사경관보전정책 변천에 따른 건축물 변화

        We have focused on the building appearance according to the change of conservation policy and urban fabric in Bukchon, Seoul. The Urban Hanok, urban traditional housing type, had been evolved in modern contort from 1920's to 1960's, that is to say, many buildings(Urban Hanok) in Bukchon area has built up with a lot and road at the same time. But the change of conservation policy has an effect on the urban fabric and building(wooden structure, RC and brick building). Thus many types of building in Bukchon has undergone a various change. The purpose of this paper is to define a change factor of Bukchon buildings. Thus we need to pay attention to policy and urban fabric. We reached the result as follows. First, the change of architecture regulations according to the several policies(an aesthetic area, an altitude area for sky line restriction and so on) brought into building deformation and eventually the historic scenery of Bukchon has been spoiled. Second, the change of policy had an effect on the change of roads and lots. Buildings on a widen road and a united lot was built newly. But new buildings built up with a concrete or brick structure was not in harmony with the historic scenery of Bukchon area. Third, a development method of a large lot with lack prudence(disregarded a scale and size of lot) did damage to Urban hanok and urban fabric. With the understanding on the relationship of buildings, a urban fabric and a policy in Bukchon, we can define the identity and correspond with the urgent request for a the conservation of historic urban scenery In addition we can suggest the policy and the design guidelines for the reservation and rehabilitation for Bukchon, Seoul.

        이터 초전도자석 전원공급장치 현장 설치현황 및 시운전 계획

        The construction of the ITER tokamak machine is ongoing at a 77% process rate to achieve the first plasma in 2025. The 18 sets of power supply systems comprising 400 MVA thyristor AC/DC converters for the superconducting magnets supplied by Korea (KO) are being installed with other systems, such as PF converters (China), DC busbars (Russia), and cooling water systems (India), in two buildings (Europe). The system interfaces have been defined during the design stage, and the systems have been manufactured. However, during the on-site installation work, several installation and integration issues emerged due to the manufacturing tolerance and design mistakes. To continue the installation and testing, the engineers of each system resolved the interface issues, planned the commissioning, and integrated the test plan. This paper describes the on-site installation status and issues and the commissioning plan of KO AC/DC converters.
