        부산지역 물리치료사 이직동향 연구

        Background: The purpose of this study were to identify the physical therapist's turnover experience in Busan Metropolitan city and its related general factors, and to investigate the turnover, moving-in and out rate. Methods: First Data were collected from 102 physical therapists who working in Busan Metropolitan city using structured questionnaires and then second data collected from who call to directly. Results: Physical therapists expressed high level of turnover experience. Physical therapist's turnover experience was significantly different by their age, marital status, sex, working place and career. In proportion of the total increasing rate of physical therapist and turnover rate was increased. Conclusion: To prevent or reduce physical therapist's turnover rate, more research about causal relationships of physical therapist's turnover should studied.

        In this paper, in order to suppress unwanted current paths originating from adjacent cells in a passive crossbar array based on resistive random access memory (RRAM) without extrinsic switching devices, 1-diode type RRAM which consists of a 0.2% chromium-doped strontium titanate (Cr-$SrTiO_3$) film deposited on a silicon substrate, was proposed for high packing density, and intrinsic rectifying characteristics from the current versus voltage characteristics were successfully demonstrated.

        물리치료사의 병원 감염관리에 대한 인지도 연구

        Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.

        개인-조직 적합성, 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-상사 적합성이 비서의 경력변인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 개인과 환경의 복잡한 관계와 상호작용을 보다 다각적인 측면에서 살펴보고자 개인-환경 적합성과 경력변인과의 영향관계에 대하여 규명하고자 하였으며, 특히 비서직을 대상으로 하여 개인-조직 적합성, 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-상사 적합성과 경력몰입, 경력만족간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 현직 비서를 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 다양한 분야의 비서를 제한 없이 무작위 표집법으로 추출, 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 162부를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해 다중회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성은 경력몰입과 정의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었으며, 개인-상사 적합성은 경력만족과 정의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 비서직의 경우 경력몰입을 높이기 위해서는 조직과 직무에 적합도가 높아야 하며 경력만족을 높이기 위해서는 조직과 직무보다는 상사와의 적합도가 높아야 함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 비서직을 대상으로 적합성 개념과 경력변인과의 영향관계에 대하여 실증적으로 분석함으로써 비서의 채용이나 교육 및 인력운용에 있어서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 있다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계 및 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논하였다. This study examines the multifaceted aspects of the interactional relationship between individuals and their working environments. Although the person-environment fit has received increasing attention in recent years, few studies in the field of secretarial science have examined. In this regard, this sutdy focuses on effects of secretaries’ person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-supervisor fit on their career commitment and satisfaction based on an empirical analysis. For this, an an online survey of incumbent secretaries randomly extracted from various fields was conducted, and a total of 162 data were collected and analyzed. According to the results for the verified hypothesis, the person-organization fit and the person-job fit had positive effects on career commitment, and the person-supervisor fit had a positive effect on career satisfaction. This implies a need to improve the person-organization fit and the person-job fit to enhance career commitment, and the person-supervisor fit to increase career satisfaction. The results can be used as reference data for hiring and training secretaries in accordance with characteristics of organizations, tasks, and supervisors. Some limitations and implications of this study are discussed.

        ‘CLD교육 학습성과 평가체계’개발 연구

        본 연구에서는 K대학교의 CLD교수-학습모형을 적용한 역량기반 교육의 효과를 입증해낸다는 측면에서 학습자의 변화를 확인할 수 있는 ‘학습성과’를 체계적으로 평가하기 위한 평가체계를 개발하였다. 연구 결과 개발된 학습성과 평가체계는 학생의 역량을 전공역량과 수행역량으로 구분하고, 이를 종합적으로 평가하되 K대학교에서 실제 활용하고 있거나 향후 활용 가능한 평가요소들을 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이 특징이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 학습성과 평가체계를 통해 학생의 역량을 정량화하여 평가한다면 그 결과를 역량기반 교육의 질 관리 내실화와 지속적인 교육개선에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 학습성과 평가체계에 포함된 평가 요소들은 타 대학에서도 충분히 활용할 수 있으므로 최근 점차 확산되고 있는 역량기반교육의 학습성과 평가에 참고가 될 것으로 기대한다. There has been a variety of efforts to develop competence-based courses and put them into practice in Korean universities. The process is intended to control their quality. As K university has developed and applied the Creative Learning by Doing (CLD) models, which are considered to actualize competence-based courses, and to cultivate interdisciplinary and creative students, it has endeavored to have an evaluation system to value the achievements of the models. This paper aims to develop an evaluation system to see systematically the change of students’ achievements and prove the courses’ effectiveness after appling the CLD education. Students’ achievements include competences both in cognitive aspects and in application. Cognitive competence can be evaluated with the students’ academic results; application competence, with the students’ behaviors and accomplishments. This study introduces four evaluation factors, such as test grades, competence evaluation, accomplishment, and extra-curricular activity and produces scores quantifiably and separately. The base data that this study used was selected in consideration of the possibility to acquire in any university, including K university. This study also suggests an application of performance-based evaluation to estimate the competence in certain majors, as well as general core competences in any academic field. Such a selection of common evaluation factors makes it possible to apply the evaluation system to the competence-based education in K university, but also can be applied to any other university environment. It is expected that this evaluation system will be referred to other evaluations of academic achievements in controlling their qualities.

        중국 노년소비자의 건강기능식품 선택속성이 태도 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 사전지식수준 조절효과

        전 세계적 팬데믹(Pandemic) 현상으로 건강 및 면역력에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 건강기능식품에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있으며, 중국의 경제성장에 따라 노년층 인구 증가 및 실버시장의 확대에 따른 건강기능식품에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 건강기능식품에 대한 연구를 진행하였으며, 본 연구는 건강기능식품의 선택속성이 제품에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향과 제품에 대한 태도가 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 그리고 건강기능식품에 대한 소비자의 사전지식수준에 따라 건강기능식품 선택속성과 태도 간에 미치는 조절적 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 내재적 속성 중 기능성은 태도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 안정성은 태도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 속성 중 구매후기, 기업이미지, 국가이미지는 태도에 유의한 영향을 보였으나, 광고태도는 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 제품에 대한 태도는 고객만족에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 소비자의 사전지식수준의 조절적 효과를 검증한 결과, 사전지식수준이 낮을수록 사전지식수준이 높은 집단에 비해 구매후기와 제품에 대한 태도 간에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Due to the global pandemic, there has been a growing interest on health and on health functional foods. With the economic of growth of China, there has also been growing interested in health functional foods resulting from the increased population of the elderly and the expansion of the silver market. This study on health functional foods was carried out based on such background, and this study examined the impact of the health functional food selection attributes on attitude toward products, as well as the impact of attitude toward a product on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it investigated the moderating effect between health functional food selection attributes and attitude according to the prior knowledge level of consumers on health functional foods. Results of the study found that among internal attributes, functionality had a positive affect on attitude, while safety did not have significant affect for attitude. Among external attributes, purchase reviews(recommendation), corporate image, and country image had significant affect on attitude, but advertisement attitude did not have a significant affect on attitude. Attitude toward a product had positive impact on customer satisfaction. Upon verifying the moderating effects of prior knowledge level of consumers, it was found that lower prior knowledge level had a more significant impact between purchase review(recommendation) and product attitude compared to the group with higher prior knowledge levels.

        원효(元曉)의 한마음 교육사상과 J. Miller의 홀리스틱 교육사상과의 대화

        The purpose of this paper is to explore the horizons for holistic and spiritual education. Concerning the scope of this paper, we will primarily explore and compare J Miller’s holistic education and Won Hyo’s educational thought based on HANMAUM(한마음, 一心 or one mind) philosophy, and secondarily compare “Won Hyo and Miller” with other thoughts, traditional and contemporary. To carry out our task, we will employ Won Hyo’s IP-PA(立-破) and GAE-HAP(開-合) method to organize and develop this paper. This paper will show the vision of holistic and spiritual education for the 21st century global village as well as Korea.
