The free convection in a vertical tube open at both ends and heated at the heated at the wall is studied by analytical approach and checked by experiment. The flow is assumed to be both stable and laminar. The incompressible boundary layer equations fot the system were solved by a finite difference method for conditions of constant wall temperature and conctant wall heat flux. Temperature profiles of the flow in the tube were measured by thermocouples and are compared with the calculated profiles. Agreement of the analytical and experimental results was good.
개인-상사 적합성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 결과기대의 매개효과

조직 내에서 개인과 환경의 적합성은 구성원의 태도, 행동 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 조직성과 향상에 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 환경의 적합성을 대인환경에서 상사의 측면으로 살펴보았고 개인-상사 적합성의 효과성을 결과기대와 조직시민행동으로 설명하였다. 또한 개인-상사 적합성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 결과기대 의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 한국에 있는 직장인을 연구대상으로 총 233부의 데이터를 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 개인-상사 적합성은 조지시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 결과를 보여주었고, 또한 결과기대는 개인-상사 적합성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 개인과 상사의 적합성에 주목하면서 직무관련 결과 간의 관계 메커니즘을 규명하고 이를 바탕으로 조직성과를 향상시키는 방안을 제시하였다. The fit of individuals and environments within organization has a positive impact on the attitudes and behaviors of employees and plays an important role in improving organizational performance. This study examined the fit of the environment in terms of supervisor in interpersonal environment and explained the effectiveness of person-supervisor fit in outcome expectancy and organizational citizenship behavior. We also examined the mediating effect of outcome expectancy on the relationship between person-supervisor fit and organizational citizenship behavior. A total of 233 data were used for the analysis that surveyed employees who work in Korean companies. The results showed that person-supervisor fit was positively effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and outcome expectancy mediated the relationship between person-supervisor fit and organizational citizenship behavior. This study emphasizes the person-supervisor fit and identifies the relationship mechanisms between person-supervisor fit and job-related outcomes and suggest ways to improve organizational performance.
Knowledge Asset Classification in the Construction Industry

Construction industries have given the efforts to develop the knowledge management (KM) to manage their knowledge assets, butit is still required to clarify the definition of knowledge assets to the same extent as has been done in the other industries. Majorconstruction companies in Korea have built their own knowledge management system (KMS), but the systems are simply limited toclassify the existing information. The classification of existing information is a small part of KM, and it is then desirable to tacitknowledge assets such as company’s development strategy, culture and etc. This study suggested a new concept of KM forinterviews with KM specialists in construction companies. The suggested criteria on knowledge asset classification can be helpful inthe evaluation of knowledge assets of own. In addition, it can be applicable in the derivation of the knowledge maps for thedevelopment of KMS considering the relationship between the separate information, and the development of education programs.
