간호대학생의 스트레스 대처방식이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress coping strategies of nursing students and to examine the influence of these factors in their level of college adjustment. Methods: The subjects were 157 nursing students who are located in Chonnam city. Statistical analysis of independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearsonʼs correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis was performed through the SPSS/WIN 24.0. Result: The mean score of stress coping strategies, adjustment to college life was 59.34±6.67 58.57±12.77 respectively. Adjustment to college life is positively correlated with stress coping strategies(r=.204 p=.002). Conclusions: I hope that the development and application of the education program considering the characteristics of the nursing college students will be carried out so as to improve the adaptability of college life by managing the stress experienced during college life.
간호대학생의 기본심폐소생술에 대한 지식 및 태도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of knowledge and attitude on self-efficacy of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the nursing students. Methods: The participants were 200 nursing students from Y county. The data were collected from October 1 to November 5, 2018. ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression strategies were used to analyze the data of this study. All statistical analyses were conducted by utilizing SPSS 20.0. Results: Factors affecting the self-efficacy to cardiopulmonary resuscitation were number of CPR participation(β=0.11), attitude(β=0.53), knowledge(β=0.30). These factors explain 47.0% of the variance in self efficacy. Conclusion: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the number of CPR participation, CPR knowledge, and CPR attitude were the main factors influencing the self-efficacy of basic CPR. Based on the results of this study, a follow-up study is proposed to develop an intervention program that can enhance the self-efficacy of basic CPR for nursing students.
재활 관련 전공 대학생의 윤리적 가치관에 관한 주관성 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural pattern of ethical attitudes of university students majoring subjects related to rehabilitation. The Q methodology was used as a research method. This method is useful for an objective view of a highly abstract concept. The data collecting activity of this study was from June 9 to 30, 2003. The Q-population was assembled from various sources: first of all, the literature relevant to medical ethics and proceeding studies were reviewed and analyzed to define the Q population of statements. 210 units of the Q population were formed and the last 38 units of the Q population were extracted. The data on the P sample was collected from 28 students who belongs to D university in Chonnam.As a result of research, the ethical attitudes of subjects were constituted in 3 types. There were 3 factors of ethical attitudes that students recognized. The 3 factors occupy 52.84% of all variance, each factor occupies factorⅠ -40.36%, factorⅡ -6.72% and factorⅢ-5.77% respectively and rather high correlation among 3 factors were found. The categories were labeled susceptible focused, reasonable focused and empirical focused. This study will be an interest discussion to educators of university students majoring subjects related to rehabilitation and clinical administrators. Also, the results provide the basis for the strategy development to improve the ethics education programs.
특수교육 전공 대학생의 특수교육 교사 이미지 연구 -고학년 학생 중심으로-

본 연구는 특수교육 전공 대학생 고학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 알아보기 위해 주관성 연구방법(Q-방법론)에 의해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 경남에 거주하며 대학에서 특수교육을 전공하는 대학생 3학년과 4학년생 41명이었으며, Q-방법론에 따라 특수교육 전공 대학생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 학생들의 주관적인 관점에서 이해하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 특수교육 전공 대학생 3학년과 4학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지는 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 세 유형 중 1유형이 특수교육 전공 대학생 3학년과 4학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 가장 많이 설명하고 있었다. 본 연구에서 실시된 특수교육 전공 대학생 3학년과 4학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 선행연구로 실시된 특수교육 전공 대학생 1학년과 2학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지와 비교하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural pattern on the special education teacher image of junior and senior university students majoring special education. The Q-methodology was used for research because this method is useful for analyzing subjectivity like as individual value, attitude, belief and image. The Q-population of this study was 40 units got from previous study and P-sample was collected from junior and senior students majoring special education live in Gyeongnam province. The analyzing population were 41, that is, female 31 and male 10. As a result of analyze, special education teacher image of junior and senior university students majoring special education were constituted in 3 types. The frist type was labeled as the type of universal occupation based on humanity. They have image of special education teacher as one of the general occupation based on humanity. The second type was labeled as the type of skilled occupation focused on actualistic teaching function. They have image of special education teacher as a occupation having professional skill. The third type was labeled as the type of absolute humanity occupation focused on the royal summons pursing social understanding about special education teacher. They have image of special education teacher as a occupation having an unique summons and they wish to change social recognition about special education teacher.
여대생의 건강증진행위와 취업스트레스가 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 여대생의 건강증진행위, 취업스트레스가 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 A, B, C시에 소재한 대학교 여대생 226명이며, 구조화된 설문지로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 대상자의 건강증진행위는 평균 4.08±1.88점, 취업스트레스는 2.66±.77점, 월경전증후군은 2.84±1.09점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 취업스트레스와 월경전증후군 간에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다(r=.204 p=.002). 대상자의 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향요인은 월경량(β=.163, p=.015), 월경통(β=.258, p<.001), 취업스트레스(β=.179, p=.004)로 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로, 여대생의 건강증진행위 및 취업스트레스 관리를 통한 월경전증후군의 효과적인 간호중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. This study was conducted to confirm the factors influencing premenstrual syndrome in female undergraduate students. This descriptive study used the data from 226 female undergraduate students of 3 universities in 3 cities. This data was analyzed through the SPSS, WIN 24.0. The mean score of health promotion behaviors, job stress, and premenstrual syndrome was 4.08±1.88, 2.66±.77, 2.84±1.09 respectively. Premenstrual syndrome is positively correlated with job stress (r=.204 p=.002). The factors influencing premenstrual syndrome were amount of menstruation(β=.163, p=.015), menstrual pain(β=.258, p<.001), job stress (β=.169, p=.005). Based on the results, it is necessary to develop an effective nursing intervention program for premenstrual syndrome through health promoting behaviors and job stress management of female college students.
