재활 관련 전공 대학생의 윤리적 가치관에 관한 주관성 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural pattern of ethical attitudes of university students majoring subjects related to rehabilitation. The Q methodology was used as a research method. This method is useful for an objective view of a highly abstract concept. The data collecting activity of this study was from June 9 to 30, 2003. The Q-population was assembled from various sources: first of all, the literature relevant to medical ethics and proceeding studies were reviewed and analyzed to define the Q population of statements. 210 units of the Q population were formed and the last 38 units of the Q population were extracted. The data on the P sample was collected from 28 students who belongs to D university in Chonnam.As a result of research, the ethical attitudes of subjects were constituted in 3 types. There were 3 factors of ethical attitudes that students recognized. The 3 factors occupy 52.84% of all variance, each factor occupies factorⅠ -40.36%, factorⅡ -6.72% and factorⅢ-5.77% respectively and rather high correlation among 3 factors were found. The categories were labeled susceptible focused, reasonable focused and empirical focused. This study will be an interest discussion to educators of university students majoring subjects related to rehabilitation and clinical administrators. Also, the results provide the basis for the strategy development to improve the ethics education programs.
간호대학생의 스트레스 대처방식이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress coping strategies of nursing students and to examine the influence of these factors in their level of college adjustment. Methods: The subjects were 157 nursing students who are located in Chonnam city. Statistical analysis of independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearsonʼs correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis was performed through the SPSS/WIN 24.0. Result: The mean score of stress coping strategies, adjustment to college life was 59.34±6.67 58.57±12.77 respectively. Adjustment to college life is positively correlated with stress coping strategies(r=.204 p=.002). Conclusions: I hope that the development and application of the education program considering the characteristics of the nursing college students will be carried out so as to improve the adaptability of college life by managing the stress experienced during college life.

본 연구에서는 미국 거주 한국인 장애학생 어머니의 자녀 양육경험을 질적 연구방법 중 하나인 근거이론 접근법에 따라 분석하였다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 미국 캘리포니아 주에 거주하며 장애학생을 양육하는 한국인 어머니 4명이었다. 연구 참여자의 자녀는 자폐성장애 1명, 지적장애 2명, 뇌병변 장애 1명이었다. 연구 참여자와의 심층 명담을 통하여 자료를 수집한 뒤 면담 내용을 모두 전사하고, 개방적 표본추출 방식에 따라 가능한 다양한 개념과 범주를 찾는 데 노력하였다. 연구결과 미국거주 한국인 장애 학생 어머니의 자녀 양육과 관련된 모든 경험이 중심현상인 "끝없는 동행"을 중심축으로 전개되는 것으로 나타났다. 중심현상에 영향을 미치는 인과적 조건으로는 "정상발달 일탈"과 "소통 장애"가 도출되었고, 맥락으로는 "문화 동화스트레스", "부정적 장애인지", "지지체계"가 도출되었다. 중재상황으로는 "장애 정도",, "장애 호전 여부", "겉 욕심"이 도출되었으며, 전략으로는 "다그침", "맞춤 교육", "종교 의지", "현실 타협"이 도출되었으며, 결과로는 "정신적 성숙",, "막연한 기대", "무력감", "체념"이 도출되었다. 결과 분석을 통해 중심현상에 영향을 미치는 인과적 조건, 맥락, 중재상황, 전략과 그에 따른 결과를 밝히고, 미국 거주 장애학생 어머니로서의 생활에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the nature, factors, and psychological impact of having a child with disability on Korean American mothers. The participants of this study were four Korean American mothers of students with disabilities. Their age ranged from 46 years to 56 years. The age of students of participants ranged from 16 to 24 years. Individual semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted and audio-recorded with all participants. This study used for the semi-structured interview with specific questions, such as, "Tell us about raising your son/daughter", "Tell us about your relationship with your husband, other children, extended family, and friends", and "What do you think about the support system of USA for children with disabilities?" The data was analyzed using open coding, axial coding, and selective coding by grounded theory (Strauss & Corbin, 1990). Through axial coding, this study obtained a paradigm model about the child raising experience of these mothers. The causal condition were deviation from normal development and communication barrier. The phenomenon was endless companion. The context were acculturative stress, denial of disability diagnosis and support system. The intervening conditions were improvement or worse of disability, ego and severity of disability. The action strategies were aggressive education, customized education, dependence on religion and compromise with reality. The consequences were psychological maturity, absurd expectation, overwhelming and resignation.
여대생의 건강증진행위와 취업스트레스가 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 여대생의 건강증진행위, 취업스트레스가 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 A, B, C시에 소재한 대학교 여대생 226명이며, 구조화된 설문지로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 대상자의 건강증진행위는 평균 4.08±1.88점, 취업스트레스는 2.66±.77점, 월경전증후군은 2.84±1.09점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 취업스트레스와 월경전증후군 간에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다(r=.204 p=.002). 대상자의 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향요인은 월경량(β=.163, p=.015), 월경통(β=.258, p<.001), 취업스트레스(β=.179, p=.004)로 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로, 여대생의 건강증진행위 및 취업스트레스 관리를 통한 월경전증후군의 효과적인 간호중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. This study was conducted to confirm the factors influencing premenstrual syndrome in female undergraduate students. This descriptive study used the data from 226 female undergraduate students of 3 universities in 3 cities. This data was analyzed through the SPSS, WIN 24.0. The mean score of health promotion behaviors, job stress, and premenstrual syndrome was 4.08±1.88, 2.66±.77, 2.84±1.09 respectively. Premenstrual syndrome is positively correlated with job stress (r=.204 p=.002). The factors influencing premenstrual syndrome were amount of menstruation(β=.163, p=.015), menstrual pain(β=.258, p<.001), job stress (β=.169, p=.005). Based on the results, it is necessary to develop an effective nursing intervention program for premenstrual syndrome through health promoting behaviors and job stress management of female college students.
