        재활 관련 전공 대학생의 윤리적 가치관에 관한 주관성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural pattern of ethical attitudes of university students majoring subjects related to rehabilitation. The Q methodology was used as a research method. This method is useful for an objective view of a highly abstract concept. The data collecting activity of this study was from June 9 to 30, 2003. The Q-population was assembled from various sources: first of all, the literature relevant to medical ethics and proceeding studies were reviewed and analyzed to define the Q population of statements. 210 units of the Q population were formed and the last 38 units of the Q population were extracted. The data on the P sample was collected from 28 students who belongs to D university in Chonnam.As a result of research, the ethical attitudes of subjects were constituted in 3 types. There were 3 factors of ethical attitudes that students recognized. The 3 factors occupy 52.84% of all variance, each factor occupies factorⅠ -40.36%, factorⅡ -6.72% and factorⅢ-5.77% respectively and rather high correlation among 3 factors were found. The categories were labeled susceptible focused, reasonable focused and empirical focused. This study will be an interest discussion to educators of university students majoring subjects related to rehabilitation and clinical administrators. Also, the results provide the basis for the strategy development to improve the ethics education programs.

        지구평균온도에 독립적인 두 개의 통계적 변수인 지구온도와 그 제곱의 분산을 도입하여 지구평균온도의 변화를 지배하는 국소화된 형태의 방정식을 구하고, 이를 분석하여 지역적인 온도분포의 변화가 갖는 지구온난화와의 관련성을 제시한다. Two statistical parameters independent or the global mean temperature, the variances in the regional distributions of surface temperature and its square, are introduced to obtain the local form of a master equation for the global mean temperature change, which is analyzed to present definite contribution to the global warming from the change in the regional temperature variation over the Earth surface.

        뇌성마비 아동의 통합치료교육 사례 연구

        본 연구는 한 뇌성마비 아동의 언어치료와 물리치료의 통합치료교육에 대한 사례 연구이다. 연구대상은 전남 D대학교 언어ㆍ청각임상 센터에서 치료를 받고 있는 아동으로 치료를 시작하기 전 언어장애 진단과 발달 영역별 진단 결과 스스로 신변자립이 불가능하고, 호흡도 스스로 조절하기가 어려운 상태였다. 또한 머리 조절이 불가능하여 사물을 주시하거나 손을 움직여 지적하기도 어려운 상태였다. 치료 초기에는 호흡과 인지 능력의 개선을 위한 지도에 중점을 두었다. 그러나 머리 조절이 어려운 관계로 호흡 훈련에 큰 진전이 없어 물리치료적인 측면에서의 진단을 통해 언어치료와 물리치료에서 통합적인 치료가 이루어지도록 수행하였다. 그러한 통합치료적인 접근을 수행하여 현재 치료가 이루어지고 있으며, 머리조절 개선과 함께 호흡조절과 발성 시간의 증가가 향상되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 치료에서도 통합적인 관점에서 치료교육이 수행될 수 있도록 계획하고 지속적으로 학생의 발달 진전 사항을 관찰할 예정이다. This study is a case study on the interdisciplinary team approach for therapeutic education of a child with severe cerebral palsy. The subject is a female elementary school student being registered in a Language & Audilogy Center, Chonnam province. She is a non-ambulatory and nonverbal student. Before starting therapeutic education it was impossible for her to control of her head, respiratory and had movement. Because of non-control of her head she can not move her arm and hand freely and control the visual-movement coordination. In the beginning of therapeutic education, it was focused to the speech therapy composed to respiratory and voice production. But it was not effective. After interdisciplinary team approach including speech therapy as well as physical therapy, she was able to control her head movement, respiratory and voice production a little. According to control her head movement she can control her hand movement a little and accept the possibility of Augmentative and Alternative Communication intervention. In Conclusion, this results represent the importance of interdisciplinary team approach in the therapeutic education for children with cerebral palsy. Based on the above conclusion, it is need for following studies to develop transdisciplinary team approach program for therapeutic education and adapt it to the field of special education. And following studies need to include more various therapeutic education area and include more subjects.

        장애 아동 어머니의 자녀 양육 경험

        The mothers of children with disabilities have experienced vague troubles and anxiety. They have spent their time during diagnosis process. In the course of diagnosis, they are in disorder because of collapsing shock and reproach, conflicts in family, and troublesome. They suspect that inappropriate measures during diagnosis and generation of handicap are due to mother's own fault. As a result, they fall into guilt, more painfulness and tiredness. With the lapse of time, they submit to their fate. But mothers are given a cold reception from the estimate family of her husband. The estimate family of her husband doubt if she would have a hereditary disease and they think she should take responsibility for fostering. Therefore, mothers are irritated, endure a pain and every distress against their reality. According to growth process of children, mothers were anxious about blue future, having miserableness and loneliness because of worrying about the future. But with strong motherhood, they have struggled to overcome all the difficulties. Purpose : The purpose of his study was to understand and to explain how were Mothers of handicapped children experienced and accepted the childrearing. This study was designed to better understand the experience of childrearing by Mother of children with handicapped. Method : This study was made from December 2002 to March 2003. The research data used in this study were analyzed by the analysis method of Strauss and Corbin(1998). Result : As a result, the data was classified into 109 concepts, 31 subcategories and 16 categories were identified. Conclusion : The causal condition represented in the analysis is 'tightness' and the context was analyzed as 'self-conscious' 'economic condition' 'condition of education'. The core phenomenon was the "sense of burden" and the intermediary situations were classified as 'support rate' 'personality' 'effect of education'. As for the strategies used against these, counter measures such as 'acceptance' avoidance' 'rejection' were used. With the results, some became 'pride' 'satisfaction' and others remained 'withdrew'. The core phenomenon concerning the experience of childrearing of the subjects was the process of "creation-expression-solving" of sense of burden. In this study. 4 types were identified.
