        힙업기능이 적용된 기립보조의자의 생체역학적 평가

        Lifting chair is a typical assistive product to aid for standing up and sitting down for persons with disability. It is particularly useful for the elderly persons whose muscular system is weakened by degenerative joint disease. This paper describes biomechanical assessments of lifting chair with hip-up function. In experiments we measured 3D motion and electromyographic(EMG) signal on the femoral muscle when subject performs the standing motion on the predetermined seat height. Based on assessment of the standing motion, we select the hip-up angle as 15 degrees to cover the relative femoral angle when EMG peak value is appeared. Using an implemented prototype lifting chair with hip-up function we perform standing experiments with five subjects. The experimental results show that the lifting and hip-up functions are effective to assist for standing up motion with less muscle force.

        척수 손상 장애인의 보행훈련을 위한 동력형 보행 보조기 개발

        본 논문에서는 척수 손상 장애인의 보행훈련을 위한 동력형 보행 보조기의 제어전략과 착용자와 동력형보행 보조기 간의 상호적응방법을 제안한다. 척수 손상 장애인을 대상으로 한 실험을 통해 제안된 제어전략을 검증하고, 그 효과를 왕복보행보조기와 비교 검증하였다. 실험 결과, 동력형 보행 보조기를 착용하고 보행하였을 때 왕복 보행 보조기를 착용한 경우에 비해 상지 부하와 이동간 대사 비용(Metabilic Cost of Transport)이 각각 15%와 25% 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 척수 손상 장애인이 보행훈련을 지속하는데 있어 동력형 보행 보조기가 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

        고령자 및 장애인용 높이조절 세면기의 설계 가이드라인

        In this study, we proposed a design guideline of height-adjustable wash basin which is an assistive product for personal hygiene for persons with disability. We performed biomechanical assessments using both of conventional and prototype height adjustable wash basin. Total five elderly subjects (all male, age 68.6±4.3yrs., height 169.8±5.7cm, weight 70±7.7kg) participated for the assessment test. Each joint angles were measured by using a 3D motion capture system when subjects use wash basins, and the lumbar moment of each subjects was estimated based on a human body model. From the assessment results, a design guideline which has the range of the height from 652[mm] to 1162[mm] was proposed. Then additional assessment tests with five healthy subjects (25.8±1.8 yrs., 175.5±5.8cm, 74±15.7kg) were performed in order to verify effectiveness of the design guideline. The results showed a height-adjustable wash basin applied the proposed design guideline was effective to reduce the lumbar moment. 본 논문은 개인위생(personal hygiene)을 위한 보조기기(assistive product)의 하나인, 고령자 및 장애인을 위한 높이조절 세면기의 설계 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 세면기와 프로토타입 높이조절 세면기를 이용한 생체역학적 평가를 진행하였다. 65세 이상 남성 5명(age 68.6±4.3yrs., height 169.8±5.7cm, weight 70±7.7kg)이 피험자로 참가하였으며, 피험자가 세면기 사용시 3차원 동작측정장치를 이용하여 인체각도를 측정하고, 인체모델을 이용하여 요추에 걸리는 모멘트를 추정하여 평가하였다. 이 결과로부터 최적의 높이 조절 가능 범위가 652[mm]에서 1,162[mm]인 설계 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 일반인 5명의 피험자(25.8±1.8세, 175.5±5.8cm, 74±15.7kg)를 대상으로 높이 조절 세면기의 사용시 그 유효성을 평가하였으며, 그 결과 본 논문에서 제시한 높이조절 범위가 타당함을 보였다.

        한방의료개선에 대한 지역사회주민의 의식조사

        To procide basic data for improvement of oriental medical care system, the questionnaire interview was carried out with community peoples, over 20 years old, selected randomly in Seoul, Pusan, Taegu and Taejon err. from 10th Mar. to 20th Apr. 1996. The result were summarized as follows: 1. In the general characteristics of subjects, the highest portion of each part was 52.4% of male, 22.4% of thirties, 37.1% of college graduates, 19.1% of married, 30.6% of town dwellers, 63.3% of muddle social class, 26.6% of housewife, 19.3% of student, 16.6% officer and 11.6% of professional technician. 2. The portion of subjects agree to open oriental clinic in western medicine hospital was 60.0%, that of disagreement was 20.1%, Among 60.0% of agreement group, the high rate was showed in female, fifties, middle school graduates, unemployed, middle social level. 3. The rate of positive responses in system of a herb specialist was 64.7%, that of negative responses was 11.6%. Among positive responses, the groups of high rate were male. twenties, above college graduates, student, middle-high social level and city dwellers. 4. In the question whether a pack of herb medicine should be included in medical insurance or not, the rate of agreement was 74.3%, that of disagreement was 4.1%. Amount agreement subjects, the high rate was showed in male, young age, high educated, city dwellers, professional technician middle social class. 5. In the cost of oriental medical care, the portion was divided by 70.3% of expensiveness,25.6% of moderate, 4.1% of low price. among 70.3% of high price, the high rate was in female, forties, agrolivestock-fishery, and town dwellers. 6. In the question what the herb doctor should do for the improvement of oriental medicine, the highest rate was 54.2% in further study. The next was 23.0% in need of western medical and 9.1% in no complain in present situation. Among 54.2% of further study, the high rate was showed in male, forties, high school graduate, profession technician, high social level, christian, married and city dwellers. 7. About institution of oriental care, 86.8% of subjects answered to need of improvement, 8.0% of them replied no problem as present. Amount 86.8% of subjects, the high rate was showed in male, twenties, above college graduate, sales, singles, high social level and city dwellers. 8. About necessity of western medical care instrument in oriental medical hospital, the rate of sightly need was 47.5%, inevitably need was 37.7%, no need was 6.3%, the Positive subjects were showed high rate in male, officer, singer, the younger age, the higher educated, better social level and city dwellers. These results might be useful information for establishing of oriental medical care policies, which open oriental medical clinic in western medical hospital, equip western medical care instrument in oriental medical hospital, improve oriental medical care instrument carry out a herb specialist system, balance the resonable medical care cost and effort for further study & research on oriental medicine to satisfy increasing need of oriental medicine.

      • 정보영재 사사반 학생의 아두이노 자동차 프로젝트 수행 경험

        IT 융합의 추세에 따라 교육에서의 응용 범위도 넓어지고 있다. 이 발표는 로봇예술의 일환으로 정보영재반 학생들이 팀을 이루어서 재미있게 즐길 수 있는 프로젝트를 수행하면서 아두이노를 사용하여 자동차를 만든 사례를 소개하고 있다. 로봇의 움직임을 구현하는데 따른 어려움을 우회하면서 LED 등을 이용하여 다양한 상호작용을 할 수 있도록 사용자가 리모트 컨트롤로 제어하는 방식을 C 언어로 구현하고 테스팅하여 일련의 과정을 제시하였다. 교수가 끌어주고 안내해 주는 역할을 최소화하면서 자기주도적으로 해 나갈 수 있도록 한 점을 감안할 때 중학생 3학년의 수준에서 1년간의 활동이 주는 교육적 영향력을 가늠할 수 있다.

        체간 안정성을 위한 전동침대의 제어시스템 설계

        본 논문에서는 하나의 접촉식 리미트스위치(limit switch)를 사용하여 등판과 대퇴판의 사잇각을 항상 90도 이상으로 유지할 수 있는 자세제어시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 등판 기구와 대퇴판 기구의 기구학 해석을 수행하고, 설계에 필요한 최적설계변수를 결정한다. 이 해석 결과를 이용하여 프로토타입 자세제어시스템을 제작한다. 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 등판과 대퇴판 중 하나가 상승하더라도 등판과 대퇴판의 사잇각이 항상 90도 이상 유지되는 것을 보인다. 이 결과로부터 본 연구에서 제안하는 자세제어 방법이 사용자의 체간 자세안정성을 유지할 수 있음을 보인다. In this paper we propose a control system to preserve the interior angle between back section and upper leg section to be larger than 90 degrees using a single limit switch. To design the control system we analyze the kinematics of actuation mechanisms for the back section and the upper leg section, and find out an optimal solution for the controller design. Using a prototype control system we perform experiments to test the controller performance, and show that the interior angle between the back section and the upper leg section is always preserved larger than 90 degree. From the experimental results, we show the proposed control system is feasible to keep the body posture stability.

        다자세 제어가 가능한 휠체어용 의자기구의 설계 및 제어

        This paper presents a design of seat mechanism for multi-postures controllable wheelchair. The possible seat postures are reclining, tilting, standing, which are controlled by four seat mechanisms using four linear actuators. The seat mechanisms designed in this study are reclining, tilting, forward-tilting, and elevation mechanism. Three postures except standing are controlled by corresponding mechanisms, but the standing posture is performed by combination of the reclining and the forward-tilting mechanism. Posture control system is composed of PID controllers and a planner to determine a feasible posture based on a posture transition diagram. Simulation results show that the seat mechanism and its control system are applicable to a multipostures controllable wheelchair.
