Steel frame construction is divided into subsidiary materials with column, beam, girder and bracing. After these are processed in factory for using installing in construction field. These prefabricated furniture is very important in accordance with design drawing about processing and prefabricating. In the case of design process using information transmission in blueprint, omission of material number, processing measure and finishing material, or discordance of each structure drawing and selecting incongruent structural material generated an error in the process of design. These error caused delaying time and increasing cost and increasing safety accident in the steel-structure work operating process. therefore, design process should consider problem of operating process.
한국형 전투기 KF-X 해외 수출 증대를 위한 마케팅 전략

지난 2015년 3월 30일, KF-X 한국형 차세대 전투기 사업에 KAI가 우선 사업체로 선정되면서 국산 전투기개발 사업이 본격적인 궤도에 올라섰다. 사업 규모는 총 23조 원이며 2025년까지 총 250대의 전투기를 대한민국공군과 인도네시아 국방부에 배치할 예정이다. 한국형 전투기 사업은 독자적인 선진 전투기 설계기술 확보와 도태 예정 전투기의 교체 수요를 충족하기 위한 국가적인 프로젝트이다. 하지만 한국형 전투기의 개발 및 배치에 있어서 규모의 경제를 실현하고 경제적 이익을 극대화하기 위해서는 해외 수출이 필수불가결하다. 이에 본 연구는 한국형 전투기 사업의 성공에 필요한 KF-X 해외수출 마케팅 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 Porter의 경쟁우위전략과 전투기 산업에서 사용되는 High-Low Mix 전략을 융합한 ‘KF-X 경쟁전략모형’을 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 KF-X의 포지셔닝과 구체적인 마케팅믹스를 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과KF-X의 포지셔닝은 원가우위의 가격경쟁력을 바탕으로 한 하이브리드 전략을 구사하는 것이 수출에 유리하다고 판단되며 형상과 가격은 Medium급의 전투기를 5천만-6천5백만 달러로 책정할 것을 제안하였다.
憲宗 親政期(1841~1849) 정치적 상황과 친위세력 양성 -中批 除授와 抄啓文臣 사례를 중심으로-

King Heonjong(憲宗)’s reign can be divided into two periods:the period during which Queen Sun-won(純元王后) led the regent and the period during which King Heonjong was direct rule. Queen Sun-won wants to maintain politics of the maternal relatives family in regenting. This is evident in the exercise of Queen Sun-won’s personnel rights. Queen Sun-won balanced her family, Andong Kimmun, and Pungyang Jomun, which was asked to protect King Heonjong, through the Jungbi(中批). King Heonjong, who started direct rule with the withdrawal of Queen Sun-won, recognized that he was not a self-reliance(自强) and “the weakened country”. Therefore, King Heonjong set a goal of restoring national discipline and strengthening royal authority. King Heonjong supported the Pungyang Jomun, which King Sunjo(純祖) asked to protect King Heonjong, and since 1845, he has been interested in various forces other and gave them government posts through the Jungbi. King Heonjong tried to train his own forces by suppressing Andong Kimmun. In addition, King Heonjong tried to train pro-king’s forces by imitating King Jeongjo(正祖)’s system, chogye-munsin(抄啟文臣). King Heonjong tried to revive the chogye-munsin system and turn new bureaucrats into pro-king’s forces. This movement shows that King Heonjong, who could not strengthen himself as a king due to the disorder of discipline in the country at that time, tried to regain the authority of kings.
레티노이드에 의한 악성 흑색종 세포주의 bcl - 2 발현에 관한 연구

Background: Apoptoss plays a major role in cellular proliferation and differentiation in tumor cells. Bcl-2, proto-oncogene, is known to inhibit apoptotic cell death of tumor cells. The high expression of bcl-2 in human melanoma cells over transforrned keratinocytes has been reported. The Loton group indicated that the growth of human melanoma cells exposed to ret.inoids was inhibit ed and their cellular melanin content incrensed over that of the untreat,ed ce1Ls. The Veis group reported that bcl-2 defieient mice showed hypopigmented hair. Which suggests that bcl-2 may in volve melanogenesis. The Above mentioned findings may suggest that. bcl-2 and retinoids may play a role in melanoms biology. Objective : We under ook this study to elucidate a possible relationship between retinoids and bcl-2 expvessions in human melanoma cell lines. Methods : We analysed bcl-2 expressions from SK 28 cells(melanoma cell lines) after pretreat ment with retinoids using flow cytometry and imtnunoblotting. Results : 1. In the results of the preliminary studies, we found that cultured human keratinocytes, fibro blasts and melanocytes n the resting state showed expressions of bcl-2. The latter showed a four fold expression of bcl-2. 2. Expression of bcl-2 was detected in SK 28, a human melanoma cell line, in the resting state. 3. After incubation with isotretinoin or etretinate treatment at 37'C, for 48 hours, this treated group showed a more ir creased expression of bcl-2 than the control group. Conclusion : Our data may explain that the mechanism of ret.inoids indur,ing inhibition of mela noma cell growth may be partly due to upregulation of bcl-2 expression. The high base-line ex pression of bcl-2 in melanoma cells may tell us why these pigment cells can survive against oxi dative products generated during melanogenesis. Acquired perforating disease(APD) is characterized by hyperkeratotic papules with transepidermal elimination of degenerated material and is associated with renal disease and/or diabetes. Particular attention has been directed to transepidermal elimination because the articles on perforating diseases among patients with chronic renal failure and/or diabetes have been increasingly reported. We describe four patients with chronic renal failure and/or diabetes whose skin biopsy specimens showed transepidermal elimination. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(2): 333-338)
IoT 기반 지하역사 내 바이오필터시스템 설치에 따른 실내공기질 변화 및 영향 요인 분석

Background: Subway stations have the characteristics of being located underground and are a representative public-use facility used by an unspecified number of people. As concerns about indoor air quality (IAQ) increase, various management measures are being implemented. However, there are few systematic studies and cases of long-term continuous measurement of underground station air quality. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze changes and factors influencing IAQ in subway stations through real-time continuous long-term measurement using IoT-based IAQ sensing equipment, and to evaluate the IAQ improvement effect of a bio-filter system. Methods: The IAQ of a subway station in Seoul was measured using IoT-based sensing equipment. A biofilter system was installed after collecting the background concentrations for about five months. Based on the data collected over about 21 months, changes in indoor air quality and influencing factors were analyzed and the reduction effect of the bio-filter system was evaluated. Results: As a result of the analysis, PM10, PM2.5, and CO2 increased during rush hour according to the change in the number of passengers, and PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations were high when a PM warning/watch was issued. There was an effect of improving IAQ with the installation of the bio-filter system. The reduction rate of a new-bio-filter system with improved efficiency was higher than that of the existing bio-filter system. Factors affecting PM2.5 in the subway station were the outdoor PM2.5, platform PM2.5, and the number of passengers. Conclusions: The IAQ in a subway station is affected by passengers, ventilation through the air supply and exhaust, and the spread of particulate matter generated by train operation. Based on these results, it is expected that IAQ can be efficiently improved if a bio-filter system with improved efficiency is developed in consideration of the factors affecting IAQ and proper placement.
