        간호대학생의 수면의 질 영향 요인: 정신건강을 중심으로

        . Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate sleep quality and examine factors contributing to sleep quality in nursing students. Method: This study covered 169 nursing college students in B City. The collected data were processed using SPSS 24.0 and analyzed using means, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results: The sleep duration of nursing students showed about 6 hours and 48 minutes. The factors contributing to sleep quality were sleep latency (β=.13, p=.026), sleep duration (β=-.27, p<.001), depression (β=.39, p<.001) and subjective health status (β=-.17, p=.014), which explained 51.3% of the total variance. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a program that can promote the sleep quality of nursing students. This program requires consideration of sleep quality, sleep duration, depression, and subjective health status.

      • CELM 암호화 알고리즘의 성능 비교

        본 논문에서는 카오스에 기반을 툰 ELM(Expanding Logistic Map) 암호화 알고리즘을 개선하기 위해 CELM(Cascade ELM)을 제안한다. 제안된 암호화 알고리즘은 3차 방정식에 기반을 둔 ELM 의 차수를 증가시켜 키의 범위를 확대하고, 서로 다른 Key 값과 초기 값의 함수를 Cascade 연결한 것으로 시뮬레이션결과 키의 랜덤성이 보장되면서 안정성이 국제 기준에 부합됨을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose CELM(Cascade ELM) to improve stability. We could realize as cascade connected each other key value with N degree equation which has a initial value. And we could know to be improved in stability with the nature of Chaos in simulation result. In efficiency, this CELM algorithm identified sire of encrypted code with size of source code and we could know more efficient than existing RSA and ECC. In speed, CELM took average 0.18㎳ degree to encrypt a file. Although it was slower than DES, it was faster than ECC of RSA.

        가야금병창의 복원 및 레퍼토리 확장을 위한 구성원리 연구

        This paper is about a comparative analysis of Sangjwa Datum part from the Sugungga - a representative Pansori song which was recreated into Gayageum Byungchang - of master An Sook-sun, against the original Gayageum Byungchang by Oh Tae-seok and original Pansori by Jeong Gwang-su. By doing so, it sought to derive the principle of composition of Gayageum Byungchang. The Sangjwa Datum part from the Sugungga was not passed on to master Park Gwi-hui from master Oh Tae-seok, who had performed during the Japanese colonial period. However, this part was later expanded and restored by master An Sook-sun. And it was during this period when the song was re-arranged and inherited under the influence of Jeong Gwang-su, An’s Pansori teacher. An Sook-sun’s Gayageum Byungchang displays a unique and modern style. Compared to the early Gayageum Byungchang and Pansori songs, it features lyric completeness, melody and rhythms that befits the Imyeon, and an extended technique of colorful accompaniment which reflects the rhythmic patterns and lyric-setting manners. Such principle of composition may be used as a reference methodology for Gayageum Byungchang restoration and repertoire expansion in the future. 본 연구는 판소리에서 파생되어 가야금병창곡으로 재탄생한 대표적인 곡목으로 안숙선 명인의 가야금병창 《수궁가》 중 〈상좌 다툼〉 대목을 선정하여 오태석 명인의 가야금병창 원곡 및 정광수제 판소리 원곡과 비교함으로써, 가야금병창의 음악적 구성원리를 도출하였다. 《수궁가》 중 〈상좌 다툼〉 대목은 일제강점기에 활동하였던 오태석 명인의 음원에서 박귀희 명인으로 전승되지는 않았으나 안숙선 명인에 의해 확장 복원되었는데 그 과정에서 안숙선의 판소리 스승인 정광수제 수궁가의 영향을 받아 재편곡되어 계승되었다. 안숙선의 가야금병창은 사설의 완성도, 이면에 맞는 선율과 리듬, 붙임새와 리듬꼴을 반영한 화려한 반주 기법의 확장으로 초기 가야금병창곡 및 판소리곡과 비교하여 가야금병창곡으로서의 독자성과 현대성을 가지고 있으며, 그 구성원리는 향후 진행될 가야금병창의 복원과 레퍼토리 확장에 참고할 수 있는 방법론으로써 활용될 수 있다.

        국민학교 고학년 아동의 비만정도 및 관련행동 연구

        The relationship of obesity and related behaviors was analyzed among 361 primary school children, 4th and 5th grade, in one of private school in Seoul in July 1994. Compared to 1985 Korean Children's Growth Standard, the surveyed children have shown remarkable growth, which is the secular trend in growth of Korean children accompanied with rapid economic growth. But the relative incremental weight was far larger than that of height and this trend was more evident among children over 50th percentile, which shows a wide prevalence of obesity of the surveyed children. By WLI index, 15% of the children was overweight and 13% was obese. The higher the WLI, the more frequent and stronger stress they had. The nutrition knowledge score of obese children was higher compared to others. They were especially sensitive to their physical fitness but many normal or underweight-children also experienced stress due to their body weight and have tried to lose weight by incorrect methods. On the other hand many obese children thought they were optimal or underweight. These results reasserts the importance of nutrition education focused on children aheading puberty. They need to know the correct degree of obesity and to get appropriate education through teachers, dietitians, parents and doctors. The findings of this study could be applied to a nutrition implementation policy to ensure better physical fitness of children aheading puberty in the future.

        보건 영양사의 직무만족도 및 자기진단평가

        This study was carried out to investigate the general characteristics of public health nutritionists, the current status of nutrition services operation, the recognition about nutrition services of public health center related man power, the job satisfaction and self-assessment and the need for a retraining course of public health nutritionists. The subjects were 58 public health nutritionists who responded to the questionnaire distributed at the annual retraining program in 1998. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1) 46.5% of the nutritionists were 26-30 years old, 62.1% were 4 year university graduates 74.1% were food and nutrition majors and 51.7% were daily workers. 2) Among the public health center-related manpower, the recognition about nutrition services was the highest for the manager of family health section, followed by the head of public health centers, and then the general nurse in public health centers. 3) The ranking of the reasons for job satisfaction of the public health nutritionists was, relationship with colleagues(3.84), inhabitants response after nutrition counselling(3.53), specialized value realization/conviction about duty(3.35), contents of the work(3.10), value achievement(3.08), self achievement/development(3.00), self discretion(2.92), participation in policy decisions(2.90), work load(2.75), chance of retraining and acquisition of new information(2.73), working environment(2.69), supervisio $n^port by superiors(2.67), salary(2.38), supply of necessary education material, technique(2.37), and budget security(2.22). 4) The satisfaction of the inhabitant's responses after nutrition counseling was the highest among the 4 year university graduates(p<0.05), the satisfaction of the specialized value realization/conviction about duty was the highest among the nutritionists 26-30 years old(p<0.05). Food and nutrition majors(p<0.05) and those having worked less than 3-5years at public health centers also showed much satisfaction(p<0.05). Satisfaction with the salary was the lowest among the food and nutrition majors(p<0.01) and daily workers(p<0.001). The satisfaction with the participation in policy decisions was the lowest among the daily workers(p<0.01). 5) The ranking for the level of self-assessment were, nutrition and dietetic practice(2.92), communication(2.80), management(2.77), public health science and practice(2.66)(p<0.01). The general characteristics such as the level of education, major, employment condition, current public health center's tenure, and charge experience of the nutrition guidance work were not significantly related to self-assessment except the management part(p<0.05). The higher the satisfaction of specialized value realization/conviction about the duty, the better the total score on the self-assessment(p<0.05)..

        도시가계조사 자료를 이용한 소득계층별 식생활 패턴분석

        Korea has not tried any food consumption survey so far except the national nutrition survey, which does not show food consumption patterns of different income stratas. The results of the family income and expenditure survey(FIES) by the national statistical office can be precious sources which show household food consumption patterns due to large, random. Samples, year-round survey period and socioeconomic background data. This study analyzed the FIES data to find out food consumption patterns including nutrient intakes and frequently consumed foods by households among different monthly income levels. Big difference was found in food consumption patterns among the quartile-income groups especially the amount of consumed foods, food expenditure, and nutrient intakes. For every food item, the higher the monthly invomr, yhr motr og goof yhry vondumrf. The monthly food expenditure of higher higher income strata was composed with higher percentage of relatively expensive foods compared to other stratas. Nutrient intake levels of lower income strata were 50-60% of the RDA, which showed the necessicity of food assistance programs for those high risk groups to complement the nutritional difficiency.         질화규소의 기계적 특성에 미치는 미세구조 및 소결조제의 영향

        Four distinctive hot pressed and heat treated S${i_3}{N_4}$ceramics, S${i_3}{N_4}$-8%${Y_2}{O_3}$, S${i_3}{N_4}$-6% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-2% $A{l_2}{O_3}$, S${i_3}{N_4}$-4% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-3% $A{l_2}{O_3}$, 그리고 S${i_3}{N_4}$-1% MgO-1% Si$O_2$(in wt%), were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, image analysis and mechanical tests. The fracture toughness of S${i_3}{N_4}$-8% ${Y_2}{O_3}$specimens containing large elongated grains showed the highest value of about 9.8MPa$m^{1/2}$. Two out of four S${i_3}{N_4}$, ceramics(S${i_3}{N_4}$-6% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-2% $A{l_2}{O_3}$and S${i_3}{N_4}$-4% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-3% $A{l_2}{O_3}$) heat treated at 200 $0^{\circ}C$retained the fracture strength of over 900MPa and fracture toughness of over 8.0MPa$m^{1/2}$. Large ${\beta}$-S${i_3}{N_4}$grains having a diameter larger than 1${\mu}$m appeared to contribute to increase in fracture toughness. 질화규소 소재로 S${i_3}{N_4}$-8%${Y_2}{O_3}$, S${i_3}{N_4}$-6% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-2% $A{l_2}{O_3}$, S${i_3}{N_4}$-4% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-3% $A{l_2}{O_3}$, 그리고 S${i_3}{N_4}$-1% MgO-1% Si$O_2$의 4가지 조성을 선정하여 주상모양의 ${\beta}$-S${i_3}{N_4}$결정상을 성장시켰으며, XRD, SEM, 입도분석과 기계적 특성을 조사하였다. S${i_3}{N_4}$-8% ${Y_2}{O_3}$에서는 파괴인성값을 9.8MPa$m^{1/2}$까지 얻었으며 200$0^{\circ}C$에서 열처리한 후에도 파괴강도(>900MPa)의 감소없이 파괴인성이 8.0MPa$m^{1/2}$이상인 S${i_3}{N_4}$-6% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-2% ${l_2}{O_3}$, 와 S${i_3}{N_4}$-4% ${Y_2}{O_3}$-3% $A{A_2}{O_3}$를 얻었다. 질화규소의 파괴인성이 ${\beta}$-S${i_3}{N_4}$-결정상 크기의 증가에 따라 직선적으로 증가하는 관계를 갖는 파괴인성에 대한 미세구조의 영향을 고찰하였다.
