태안해안국립공원 지역특화자원을 활용한 탐방프로그램 개발 연구

본 연구를 위해 먼저 국내·외 해상·해안국립공원의 운영프로그램 현황에 대한 조사를 시행하였으며, 조사된 일부 사례의 경우 기후 및 지형적 요인, 그에 따른 생태환경의 차이, 그리고 관련 법령 차이 등의 이유로 즉시 국립공원에 도입하기 보다는 중·장기적 운영계획과 인프라의 확충, 전문성 확보 등 체계적인 준비가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 보다 적합한 탐방프로그램의 개발을 위해 사업대상지 현장방문을 실시하였으며, 기존 운영프로그램 현황, 각종 시설, 인력현황 파악, 주변 환경 분석, 담당자 인터뷰 등을 통해 맞춤형 탐방프로그램을 구성하였다. 태안해안국립공원의 경우, 연구원 협업 철새 가락지 부착체험, 태안 해변길 - 솔모랫길 탐방, 태안해변 드론 탐방, 마음의 의자, 연날리기, 새와 예술 그리고 … 등의 체험형 프로그램과 한서대학교와 함께하는 해양 안전 교육 프로그램, 유류 오염 교육 프로그램 등의 교육형 프로그램 등 모두 8가지 해양국립공원 운영프로그램이 도출되었다. 제안된 탐방프로그램을 운영하기 위해서는 별도의 장소 및 운영시설의 확충, 예산편성, 운영을 위한 타당성 검토 등이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 특히 탐방프로그램을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 프로그램 지도자의 역량개발이 필요하며, 현재 운영되고 있는 프로그램을 보완하고 새로운 프로그램을 시행하기 위한 추가적 논의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. For this study, we first examined the currently operating programs of domestic and overseas maritime and costal national parks. It was found that some of the programs require systematic preparations such as mid- and long-term operation plans, infrastructure expansion, and maintenance of professionalism rather than immediately introducing them into national parks due to the differences in climatic and geographic factors, ecological environment, and relevant regulations. To develop more suitable programs, on-site visits were made and the customized programs were suggested by closely examining the status quo and interviewing people in charge of running the currently offered programs. For Taean Coastal National Park, eight programs were recommended as feasible ones, including the experiential programs such as Bird Ringing, Taean Beach Trail - Sol Sand Trail Walking, Travel Taean Beach with Drone, Thinking Chair, Kite Flying, and Culture & Arts Program (Birds, Arts, and …), and the educational programs such as Marine Safety Training and Oil Pollution Awareness Program. For the suggested programs to be realized, the expansion of separate places and operating facilities for each program, budgeting, and feasibility study should be preceded. To operate the programs effectively and efficiently, in particular, it is necessary to develop the competency of program leaders, and additional discussion for supplement the currently operated programs and implement new programs.

담당형사로부터 변사사건 발생을 통보받은 이현주 검시관이 발 빠르게 움직입니다. 한밤중도, 새벽녘도 상관없습니다. 사건발생을 통보받고 30분 이내에 현장에 출동해야 합니다. 검시관은 변사사건의 현장에 가장 먼저 달려가서 사인을 판단하고 사건과 관련한 증거물을 수집, 분석해야 하기 때문입니다. 온몸으로 말하는 변사자와 그 주변 증거물을 샅샅이 검토하는 일은 고도의 집중력과 정확성을 요하므로 종종 감당 못할 긴장감과 중압감에 빠져들기도 합니다. 중환자실의 베테랑 간호사였던 그도 처음에는 장중첩으로 신고식을 치렀으니까요.

작약 추출물의 구강병원균에 대한 항균성 및 구강암 세포 증식 억제효과

Paeonia lactiflora was stepwise extracted with hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and water. Anti-microbial activity of each extract was investigated. Methanol extract of P. lactiflora revealed anti-microbial activity against S. mutans, C. albicans, and S. aureus. Also, hexane fraction revealed anti-bacterial activity against S. mutans and ethyl acetate fraction acted as potent anti-microbial agent on C. albicans and S. aureus. The relative growth ratio(RGR) of hexane fraction of P. lactiflora against S. mutans were determined as 77.8% in concentration of 0.125 mg/ml, 98.46% in 0.25 mg/ml and 100% in 0.5 mg/ml. The ethyl acetate fraction of P. lactiflora revealed RGR against C. albicans as 52.5% in concentration of 0.125 mg/ml, 60.83% in 0.25 mg/ml and 78.33% in 0.5 mg/ml. It indicate that increasing concentration increase RGR. The measured minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of hexane fraction on S. mutans KCTC 5316 strain was 0.5 mg/ml and MIC of ethyl acetate fraction on C. albicans KCTC 7270 was 2.0 mg/ml. The experiment of inhibition to growth of KB roll(oral squamous cell carcinoma) result 61.9% in butanol, 76.7% in hexane extract of P. lactiflora. The hexane extract exhibit potent inhibition effect to the growth of KB cell. These results suggest that the hexane extract of Paeonia lactiflora has antimicrobial activity against S. mutans and has preventive effect to dental caries in addition to potent inhibition to KB cell growth.

WEB 기반 지능형 전자침 시스템 구현

The electronic acupuncture has the advantage of treating the patient with acupuncture by simultaneously analyzing the patient's physical condition and treatment condition. In this paper, it is proposed and developed an electronic acupuncture algorithm embedded in a multi pad. Especially, it is implemented the control algorithm using the optimal electronic dipstick calculation, sensing pad and DSP system for the patient's body condition. Moreover, in this paper, it is developed SW and HW prototypes that can receive personal information by patient and can receive multi-array type electronc needle guiding procedure based on WEB. 전자 침은 환자의 신체 상태 및 치료 상태를 동시에 분석함으로써 환자를 침술 기법으로 치료할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 패드에 내장 된 전자 바늘 알고리즘을 제안하고 개발 하였다. 특별히, 환자의 건강 상태에 맞는 최적의 전자침 강도 자동 계산, 감지 패드 및 DSP 시스템을 사용한 전자침 제어 알고리즘을 구현 하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 논문에서는 환자의 개인 생체신호 정보를 수신 할 수 있는 SW 및 HW 시제품을 개발하여서, WEB 기반에서 멀티 ARRAY형 전지침 시술을 받을 수 있는 SW 및 HW 시제품을 개발 하였다.

바람 앞의 촛불처럼 위태로운 생명들이 모인 곳이 바로 중환자실입니다. 병이 위중한데다가 면역력이 극도로 약한 환자들의 여린 생명의 불꽃을 지키기 위해 간호사들은 잠시도 긴장의 끈을 놓을 수 없습니다. 흉부외과, 신경외과, 일반외과, 내과, 순환기내과, 소아과 신생아과 등 7개 중환자 진료과로 이루어진 삼성서울병원 중환자파트에는 모두 168명의 간호사들이 100명 안팎의 환자들을 일사불란하게 간호하고 있습니다.

간호학생의 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력의 관계를 확인하고 임상실습만족도와 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 두 개의 광역시에 소재하는 2개의 4년제 간호학과 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 199명을 대상으로 설문지로 측정하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생이 인지하는 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고 성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력은 중간 이상으로 나타났으며, 이들 간에는 모두 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도에 영향을 주는 예측요인은 실습학기 (${\beta}=.223$, t=3.534, p=.001), 전공만족 (${\beta}=.257$, t=3.962, p <.001), 비판적 사고성향 (${\beta}=.217$, t=3.118, p=.002), 셀프리더십(${\beta}=.169$, t=2.260, p=.025)이었으며 30.4%의 설명력을 나타냈다 (F=19.145, p <.001). 임상수행능력에 영향을 주는 예측요인은 건강상태 (${\beta}=-.133$, t=-1.937, p=.054), 비판적 사고성향 (${\beta}=.316$, t=2.551, p=.012), 셀프리더십 (${\beta}=.323$, t=4.181, p <.001)이었으며 23.7%의 설명력을 나타냈다(F=10.948, p <.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도와 임상수행능력을 높이기 위해서는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고와 셀프리더십을 높일 수 있는 교육과정 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency of nursing students. Participants were 199 baccalaureate nursing students (3rd and 4th grades) in 2 cities. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed with the SPSS/Win 21.0 program, using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Significant positive correlations were among self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency. The regression model explained 30.4% of satisfaction of clinical practice. The significant predictors of satisfaction of clinical practice were clinical experience, satisfaction of major, self-leadership and critical thinking disposition. The regression model explained 23.7% of clinical practice competency. Health status, self-leadership and critical thinking disposition were factors influencing clinical practice competency. It should strengthen self-leadership and encourage critical thinking disposition to improve nursing students' satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency.

보험위험 확률모형에서의 파산확률

본 연구는 보험산업에서 관심을 갖는 파산확률의 근사적 추이를 살펴보기 위하여 크레임의 분포가 정규변동성 성질을 갖는 사례를 통하여 파산가능성의 추이를 살펴보고, 정확한 파산확률 유도에 결정적인 역할을 하는 계수를 추정하는 실증연구에 초점을 둔다. 추정된 결정계수와 보험위험 확률모형의 안전지수와의 연관성을 분석하여 파산확률의 추이를 진단하는 방법도 함께 진행된다. In this paper, we study an asymptotic behavior of the finite-time ruin probability of the compound Poisson model in the case that the initial surplus is large. To compare an exact ruin probability with an approximate one, we place the focus on the exact calculation for the ruin probability when the claim size distribution is regularly varying tailed (i.e. exponential claims and inverse Gaussian claims). We estimate an adjustment coefficient in these examples and show the relationship between the adjustment coefficient and the safety premium. The illustration study shows that as the safety premium increases so does the adjustment coefficient. Larger safety premium means lower "long-term risk", which only stands to reason since higher safety premium means a faster rate of safety premium income to offset claims.
