3 · 30 부동산대책 지상 좌담회

정부가 8 · 31 부동산 종합대책을 내놓은 지 7개월 만에 3 · 30 대책을 발표했다. 정부의 호언장담에도 불구하고 올해 초부터 강남권과 용인, 분당의 아파트 값이 가파르게 올랐기 때문이다. 이번 3 ·30 대책은 재건축 개발이익 환수와 주택 담보대출 규제 강화를 두 축으로 하고 있다. 정부는 이번 대책을 통해 집값 상승의 진원지라고 판단하고 있는 강남권 재건축 아파트 값을 잡고, 고가 주택에 대한 대출을 제한해 투기 수요를 억제한다는 복안이다. 하지만 이러한 정부의 대책에도 불구하고 아파트 값은 좀처럼 꺾이지 않고 있다. 강남권 재건축 아파트 가격은 강도 높은 정부의 대책으로 인해 일단 상승세가 멈춘 상황이지만 꾸준히 수요가 넘쳐나는 강남의 신도시의 대형 평형 아파트 값은 오름세를 유지하고 있다. 이에 따라 한국주택협회에서는 정부 관계자와 전문가를 모시고 3 · 30 대책의 의미와 효과에 대해 긴급 지상 좌담회를 개최했다.

Currently, injection molding process is a very useful technique that be applied to many field. And injection molding technology has been commercial based on many studies. However, there is no standard of surface roughness because there are few studies about surface technology of injection product. In addition, when designing the mold, changes of the core surface and the injection conditions are not considered. In this paper, change of surface according to the core and the injection conditions was compared with the surface of the injection product. Accumulation of these technologies will propose direction in mold design, manufacturing and injection molding technology.

Solid Dispersion as a Strategy to Improve Drug Bioavailability

Solid dispersion is one of well-established pharmaceutical techniques to improve the dissolution and consequent bioavailability of poorly water soluble drugs. It is defined as a dispersion of drug in an inert carrier matrix. Solid dispersions can be classified into three generations according to the carrier used in the system. First and second generations consist of crystalline and amorphous substances, respectively. Third generation carriers are surfactant, mixture of polymer and surfactants, and mixture of polymers. Solid dispersions can be generallyprepared by melting method and solvent method. While melting method requires high temperature to melt carrier and dissolve drug, solvent method utilizes solvent to dissolve the components. The improvement in dissolution through solid dispersions is attributed to reduction in drug particle size, improvement in wettability, and/or formation of amorphous state. The primary characteristics of solid dispersions, the presenceof drug in amorphous state, could be determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), and fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). In spite of the significant improvement in dissolution by solid dispersion technique, some drawbacks have limited the commercial application of solid dispersions. Thus, further studies should be conducted in a direction to improve the congeniality to commercialization.

도심 역세권 개발의 해법 복합 개발로 도시에 활력을 찾는다

수도권 주택 부족 문제를 도심 재개발을 통해 해결해야 한다는 목소리에 힘이 실리고 있다. 최근에는 도심 역세권 개발 시 복합 용도 개발 방식을 검토해야 한다는 의견이 국토해양부에서 제기되기도 했다. 도심 복합 개발을 통해 도시에 새로운 활력을 불어넣고 있는 해외의 모범 사례들을 살펴보자.

서울 강북 재정비촉진지구 17곳 확정

서울의 강북 재정비촉진지구가 확정됐다. 그 동안 서울시가 조례로 시행해오던 뉴타운 사업을 건설교통부가 지구로 지정한 것. 지구로 지정된 곳은 앞으로 대량으로 아파트가 공급되고, 층수 제한이 풀리는 등 개발에 가속도가 붙을 것으로 예상된다. 기대감이 커지고 있는 도시 재정비촉신지구를 돌아보고 향후 시장을 전망했다.

폐쇄성 수면 무호흡 환자에서 임시 하악 전방 이동 장치를 이용한 치료결과 분석

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of temporary mandibular advancement devices (MAD) in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients Methods: 28 patients (male 21, female 7) undergoing temporary mandibular advancement device treatment for OSA were selected from 2011.01. to 2012.02. in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at SamsungMedicalCenter. Treatment efficacy was determined by polysomnography (PSG) at baseline & after MAD delivery. The response group was defined as >50% Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) reduction plus post-MAD AHI <10, and the non-response group was defined as <50% AHI reduction. The lateral cephalogram was analysed including SNA, SNB, UL, MPH, PAS, PASU, and PAST using V-ceph$^{TM}$ (Cybermed, USA). Results: The responsers were 23 patients, and non-responsers were 5 patients. The AHI was significantly reduced with temporary MAD ($8.08{\pm}7.93$) compared with baseline ($28.51{\pm}20.56$) in the response group (n=23). No significant difference was observed between pre MAD and post MAD except SNB on cephalometric analysis. Among 11 patients successfully treated with the temporary device, 9 patients said that using permanent device brings better effect too. Conclusion: These results indicate that the Temporary MAD could not be the only effective tools on OSA but also be used to predict patient's reactivity about permanent appliance treatment. Further studies are warranted to evaluate the relations between temporary MAD and permanent MAD.

Use of sheet metal structure is increased in various fields such as automobile, aerospace and communication equipment industry. When this structure is welded, welding distortion is generated due to the non-uniformity of temperature distribution. Recently welding distortion becomes a matter of great importance in the structure manufacture industry because it deteriorates the product's quality by bringing about shape error. Accordingly many studies for solving the problems by controlling the welding distortion are being performed. However, it is difficult to remove all kinds of distortion by welding process, though various kinds of methods for reducing distortion are applied to production. Consequently, straightening process is operated if the high precision quality is requested after welding. The local heating method induces compression plastic deformation by thermal expansion in the heating stage and then leaves constriction of length direction in the cooling stage. Accordingly, in the case of sheet metal structure, straightening effect is expected by heating for the part of distortion. This study includes numerical analysis of straightening effect by the local heating method in distortion comes from production of welded sheet metal structure. Particularly straightening effect followed by dimensions of heating area is analyzed according to the numerical analysis. The numerical analysis is performed by constructing 3-dimensional finite element model for 0.4mm stainless steel-sheet metal. Results of this study confirm that straightening effect changes as heating area increases and the optimum value of heating area that proves the maximum straightening effect exists.

CollectiveAccess를 활용한 지역예술단체 디지털 아트 아카이브 구축 - J미술협회를 중심으로 -

지역예술단체는 공연, 전시, 공모전, 축제 등 지역 내 다양한 행사를 주관하고 지역예술가의 정보 공유의 장, 신진예술가 발굴 및 지원 등 지역의 문화예술활동을 주도하며 오랫동안 지역 사회의 예술문화 발전에 큰 공헌을 하고 있다. 지역예술단체 기록은 과거와 현재의 지역문화예술의 수준과 가치를 보여주는 역사적인 의미를 지닌 기록이기 때문에 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 또한 다양한 프로젝트를 진행하면서 생산된 지역예술단체의 기록은 이용자의 관심과 요구가 높기 때문에 이를 효과적으로 보여줄 수 있는 전시 서비스가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 공개소프트웨어인 CollectiveAccess를 기반으로 지역예술단체 디지털 아트 아카이브를 구축하여 지역예술단체 기록을 체계적으로 관리하며 전시 서비스할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Local Arts Organization has performed various events in the provinces such as performances, exhibitions, competitions, and festivals, has been a place where local artists share information of arts, and has contributed greately to the development of art culture in the provinces for a long time. Records of Local Arts Organization are historical records showing the level and value of past and present local cultural arts, so systematic management and preservation is necessary. Also, since the records of Local Arts Organization are high in interest and demand of users, exhibition services are needed to show them effectively. Therefore, this study shows how to construct a Local Arts Organization based on CollectiveAccess, which is open software, to manage Local Arts Organization and provide exhibition services.
