Computing Performance, sensor, storage, memory, and network costs have been steadily declining, and IoT services have recently become more active. The Internet of Things is linked with Big Data to create new business, and public institutions and corporations are hurry to import Internet of things. As the importance of the Internet of things has increased, the number of devices supporting the IoT has rapidly increased. With the development of the Internet of Things, various types of Internet services are being developed. For this reason, there is an increasing demand for IoT service designers and developers for IoT service case automatic search technology. IoT service designers can avoid duplication with existing services through service case retrieval and developers can save cost and time by combining existing reusable service equipment. This paper proposes IoT-Lite ontology for IoT and Semantic Web service to solve the above-mentioned problems. The existing ontologies for IoT, despite its many advantages, are not widely used by developers because it has not overcome the relatively slow drawbacks of increasing complexity and searching for development. To complement this, this study uses the IoT-Lite ontology introduced by W3C as a model and a semantic web service for automatic system retrieval. 3D camera, GPS, and 9-axis sensor, and IoT-Lite designed by IoT-Lite technique are integrated with the semantic technique and implemented directly.

Objectives:To understand substance abuse, deficiencies in internal self-regulation should be considered as an important aspect, which are largely due to inadequate ego defense mechanisms. We examined characteristic ego defense mechanisms, and the relationships between alcohol dependence and ego defense mechanisms in alcoholics. Methods:111 alcoholics meeting DSM-IV criteria for alcohol dependence and 88 healthy nonalcoholics were evaluated by using Ehwa Defense Mechanisms Test (EDMT). 20 scales scores of EDMT were analysed by student t-test in both total groups and individuals with high education. These results were compared with those of factor analysis of EDMT. Results:The scales scores of 9 defense mechanisms were significantly higher in alcoholics than non-alcoholics. Acting out was a most prominent defense mechanism in alcoholics. These results were similar after correction of education level. 5 major defense mechanisms of alcoholics were affiliated with insecure-sensitivity factor. Conclusion:These findings indicate that inadequate ego defense mechanisms may be the important cause of self-regulatory deficiencies in patients with alcohol dependence. We suggest that multiple therapeutic approaches to strengthen healthy ego functions of self-regulation should be provided in alcohol treatment program.
고등학교 진로교육 목적 및 프로그램 현황 분석 - J지역을 중심으로-

The course in life education in high school is positively necessary and this analysis of the status was conducted in high schools in J area. The purpose of this study is like these. The one is to analyze and research the program of the course in life education conducting in high schools. The other is to provide the direction of the course in life education in high schools. According to this purpose, I researched the program of the course in life education and look into realities of general high schools and characterization high schools in Jinju area. Based on these analysis of the status, I would provide the following conclusion. First, guidance for career direction or career counseling has been treated more lightly than academic guidance. Especially, in the case of general high schools, large-scale career counseling is being done but career counseling is lacking. For this reason, it is necessary to provide the personalized program of the course in life education. Second, in process of the course in life education in high schools, every student's inner character or aptitude is not considered and furthermore it is decided shortly because of grade, entrance examination and entrance university. So there are concerns about the maladaptive for the job or major problem. For this, professional counselors and college teacher in charge of the course of institutional arrangements to their capabilities is required. Third, smooth counseling on course to the absence of systematic career counseling at school system is made. In the current high school career aptitude, job checks, but on the results of the choice of individual in-depth counseling does not come about. Therefore, the psychological test of inspection since its launch by the implementation of systematic consultation activities is needed. Lastly, career education is a vision of futurity and should provide a vision. Career education is affiliated with university selection, a person's career choice, choice, in reality only tools for career choices. Nevertheless, future ptospects for the individualized instructional method is needed course.

In this study, the fatigue behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed NSM CFRP tendons. One of test objectives is to find out strengthening effect with concrete strength 20MPa, 40MPa. As a result of the study, the fatigue behavior of the concrete beams strengthened with prestressed NSM CFRP tendons were considered to be good.

The structural methodology in designing a transmission tower have been performed to assume a simple truss behavior. But there`re quite differences between a simple truss behavior and a real one. A suitable explanation for a structural stability can be expressed as a semi-rigid connection instead of the assumed hinged connection. This study proposes an alternative structural analysis modelling strategy for the transmission tower design. Proposed element models are truss element model, beam element model, and combined beam-truss element model. The static finite element analysis shows that there`s a moment distribution between a mainpost member and the other bracing member.

Objective : Degradation of the extracellular matrix and the basement membrane is believed to be associated with tumor invasion and metastasis. To evaluate the roles of Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in cervical cancer and its utility as a potential diagnostic tumor biomarker, we investigated the expression of MMP-2 in cervical cancer tissue and sera. Methods : Through the zymography of MMP-2 in cervical cancer tissues from 35 patients, we investigated the extent and distribution of MMP-2. Also, up-regulation of its gene expression was examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis. Then, we attempted to investigate by ELISA serologic responses in the sera obtained from 35 cervical cancer patients, and examined its utility as diagnostic and prognostic tumor marker in cervical cancer by comparing it with conventional tumor markers SCCA and CEA. Results : In zymography, the active form of MMP-2 was detected in 66kDa. In cervical cancer the active form of MMP-2 is more strongly reacted with the substrates than those in normal tissues. Also, the mRNA of MMP-2 was more up-regulated in cervical cancer tissue than in normal one. MMP-2 was detected in the sera of cervical cancer patients, and its amount differed according to clinical situations. While it was not more effective than previous tumor markers SCCA and CEA in diagnosis, it was more useful in monitoring of the cancer. The effect was especially remarkable when it was combined with any other conventional tumor markers. Conclusions : The results suggest that the expressions of MMP-2 correlate with cervical cancer invasion and metastasis. Also, it may be useful in the monitoring of the cervical cancer lesion.

본 연구는 시각·청각 자극 반응훈련프로그램(Q-TRAINER)이 ADHD성향이 있는 아동들의 주의집중능력 향상 및 과잉행동 감소에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 단축형 Conners 교사평정척도를 실시한 결과 총점 18점 이상인 초등학생을 실험집단에 6명, 통제집단에 6명 총 12명을 대상으로 하였으며, 대상 집단에 주의집중력검사(FAIR)와 과잉행동검사(IOWA)를 사용하여 사전·사후검사를 실시하여 분석한 결과 시각·청각 자극 반응훈련프로그램(Q-TRAINER)이 실험집단에 있어서는 주의집중력향상과 과잉행동 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 통제집단에 있어서는 통계적으로 유의미한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 시각·청각 자극 반응훈련프로그램(Q-TRAINER)이 ADHD성향이 있는 아동들의 주의집중력향상과 과잉행동 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to examine the effects of Visual and Auditory Response Training Program Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity of Children with Tendency of ADHD. The subjects of this study was two groups of twelve elementary school students, the experimental group was composed of six, and the other control group six students, all of whom got above 18 points sum total after Conners Teacher Rating Scale: CTRS). It was shown that Q-TRAINER had effects on visual and auditory response training program attention deficit and hyperactivity in the experimental group after analysing the before-and-after the fact test by using the FAIR and K-IOWA Conners Rating Scale, while Q-TRAINER showed insignificant effects on visual and auditory response training program attention deficit and hyperactivity in the control group statistically after analysing the before-and-after the fact test by using the FAIR and K-IOWA Conners Rating Scale. As these results showed, Q-TRAINER had effects on visual and auditory response training program attention deficit and hyperactivity of Children with Tendency of ADHD.
