$Bi_{0.5+x}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.5-3x}TiO_3$ ceramics with an excess $Bi^{3+}$ and a deficiency of $Na^+$ and $K^+$ were synthesized by a conventional solid state reaction method. The structure and morphology of $Bi_{0.5+x}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.5-3x}TiO_3$ ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The electric polarization and mechanical strain induced by external electric field, and the temperature dependence of dielectric constant were investigated. These results demonstrated that an ergodic relaxor phase can be induced by controls of the mole ratio of $Bi^{3+}$, $Na^+$ and $K^+$. A phase boundary between non-ergodic and ergodic relaxor phases can be observed at ambient temperature. The ergodic relaxor phase can be transferred to the ferroelectric phase by application of the electric field. The stability of the induced ferroelectric phases strongly depends on the mole ratio of $Bi^{3+}$, $Na^+$ and $K^+$. The maximum strain of 0.31% was observed in $Bi_{0.51}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.47}TiO_3$ ceramics sintered at $1,150^{\circ}C$ for 2 h.

Organic farming system has been considered environmental friendly and sustainable agricultural practice. However, the influence of organic farming on soil quality and environment is not well informed and controversial. We sampled and analyzed 0~15 cm and 15~30 cm depth soils of organic and conventional paddy fields in Yongin and Anseong. The electric conductivity and organic matter content of organic paddy soil were significantly less (p = 0.0097, 0.0067, respectively) than those of conventional paddy soil. Available phosphate and total phosphorus in 0~15 cm depth of organic paddy soil were $211.1{\pm}135.3$, $872.4{\pm}286.3mg/kg$, respectively, less than those of conventional paddy soil. Available phosphate amount in conventional paddy was $358.8{\pm}246.7mg/kg$, which is higher than 300 mg/kg that can cause secondary environmental contamination by runoff. The amount of total nitrogen in organic paddy soil was less than that in conventional paddy while their difference was not significant. The concentration of the heavy metals in organic paddy soil was also lower than that in conventional paddy soil but their difference was not statistically significant. Our findings demonstrate that electric conductivity, organic matter, nutrients, and heavy metals in organic paddy soil were less than those in conventional paddy soil. However, additional monitoring of soil properties for longer period is necessary to certify such a conclusion.

Campylobacter jejuni 그램 음성균의 O-antigen 부위를 구성하는 반복 단위 삼탄당 합성의 주요 중간체인 이당류들을 글루코스아민 주게와 갈락토스 받게를 ${\beta}(1{\rightarrow}3)$ 클리코시드 결합으로 연결함으로서 합성하였댜. 이들의 합성 과정에서 갈락토스 당 부위의 2, 3, 4 번 OH기들의 글루코스아민 받게에 대한 높은 위치선택성이 발견되었으며 이를 이용하여 2, 4번 OH에 대한 선택적 보호과정을 생략할 수 있었고 결과적으로 합성과정을 단축시킬 수 있었다. O-Antigenic part of Campylobacter jejuni gram negative bacteria was reported to consist of a repeated trisaccharide unit. The disaccharides, GlcNAc-Gal derivatives, as key intermediates for the synthesis of trisaccharide repeating units were synthesized. At the $\beta(1{\to}3)$ glycoside bond formation step between 3,4,6-tri-O-acctyl-2-deoxy-2-N-phthalimido-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl bromide and galactosyl acceptors, high regioselectivities between 2, 3, and 4-OH groups of galactosyl acceptors were found. As a result, no further selective protection steps for OH groups of galactosyl acceptors was necessary, and more effective and compact synthetic scheme was achieved.

To investigate excess $Na^+$ effect, $Bi_{0.5}(Na_{0.78+x}K_{0.22})_{0.5}TiO_3$ ($0{\leq}x{\leq}0.05$) (BNKT) ceramics were prepared by using a conventional solid-state reaction method. The structure and ferroelectric properties of BNKT ceramics were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and polarization dependence by external electric field. Also, the temperature dependence of dielectric constant and loss were studied. From these results, it was found that appropriate excess $Na^+$ into BNKT ceramics compensate the volatility and induce dense ceramics. The enhanced piezoelectric coefficient (158 pC/N) and depolarization temperature ($202^{\circ}C$) were obtained for the x=0.01 composition.

$0.97Bi_{0.5+x}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.5-3x}TiO_3-0.03LaFeO_3$ lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by a solid state reaction method. $LaFeO_3$ additives were added to $Bi_{0.5}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.5}TiO_3$ for volatile compensation of bismuth and sodium ions in the sintering process. To create A-site vacancies, the mole ratio and charge valence of A-site ions ($Bi^{3+}$, $Na^+$ and $K^+$) were controlled. The improved piezoelectric properties were observed by addition of $LaFeO_3$ and control of A-site vacancies. In particular, a $d_{33}^*(S_{max}/E_{max})$ value of 614pm/V and an electric field induced strain of 0.33% was observed in $0.97Bi_{0.505}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.485}TiO_3-0.03LaFeO_3$ ceramic.
중국 기업의 환경친화적 SCM 실행 역량과 성과 간 관계 -제품 혁신과 공정 혁신의 조절 효과-

본 연구는 최근 관심과 연구가 집중되고 있는 주제인 환경경영의 방향에 발맞추어 중국 시장에 소재한 기업들을 대상으로 최근 필요성과 관심이 집중되고 있는 환경친화적 SCM 실행 역량이 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검증하고 그러한 결과를 바탕으로 양자의 관계에 대하여 기업의 필수 불가결한 성공의 원천으로 간주되어 온 혁신의 다양한 방향 중 제품 혁신과 공정 혁신이 정(+)의 조절적 효과를 나타내는지를 검증하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이와 같은 검증을 위해서 개념의 타당성, 신뢰성 분석이 수행되었고 단순 회귀모형과 조절적(위계적) 회귀모형이 연구 방법으로서 적용되었다. 중국에 소재한 여러 산업의 243 개 업체를 대상으로 설문에 의한 조사가 이루어졌고, 환경친화적 SCM 실행 역량과 성과에 대한 타당성과 신뢰성 검증이 수행되었으며 두 개념 모두 일반적 기준을 충족시켜 타당성과 신뢰성이 확보되었다는 검증 결과를 얻게 되었다. 다음으로 환경친화적 SCM 실행 역량은 성과에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 단순회귀모형에 의하여 검증한 결과 성공적으로 채택되었다. 추가적 연구로서 조절적 회귀 모형에 의하여 양자 간의 관계에 대한 제품 혁신과 공정 혁신의 조절적 효과 검증 결과, 제품 혁신은 정(+)의 조절적 효과를 갖지만 공정 혁신은 그러한 효과를 갖지 않는다는 결과를 얻었다. 이와 같은 검증 결과는 환경친화적 SCM 실행 역량의 개선이 제품 혁신과 같이 수행되는 경우 성과의 더 나은 향상을 기대할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한다. 한편으로 공정 혁신이 조절적 효과를 갖지 않는다는 결과는 생산운영관리의 고전적인 이론적 관점 중 하나인 ‘생산성 역설’에 의하여 설명이 가능하다. 즉 공정 혁신에 대한 노력과 투자의 성과는 단기간에 일어나기 어려우며 어느 정도의 시간이 지난 후에 비로소 그러한 노력과 투자가 실제 성과로 연결될 수 있다는 설명이 가능하다. The first goal of this research is to verify the hypothesis that eco-friendly Supply Chain Management practice capacity has positive effect on performances of Chinese companies. The second one is to verify further hypotheses that product innovation and process innovation have positive moderating effect on the relationship between eco-friendly Supply Chain Management practice capacity and performances respectively. To achieve those goals, we conducted surveys and empirical researches using validity check, reliability analysis, regression model and moderate regression model. As the results of those researches, we found that eco-friendly Supply Chain Management practice capacity affects performance positively in Chinese sample companies. As the further research results, product innovation has positive moderating effect on relationship between eco-friendly Supply Chain Management practice capacity and performances, while process innovation does not. From these research results we could obtain a managerial implication that implementing programs related to and investing on eco-friendly Supply Chain Management practice capacity and product innovation simultaneously offer Chinese companies more improvement in performances due to synergistic effect between them. Furthermore, the reason that process innovation does not have that effect can be explained by productivity paradox which argues that it would take some time to have performance improvement after making effort on or investing on some programs or actions in operations management.
공급업체 개발 활동과 성과에 대한 공급사슬 CSR 및 상생협력의 조절 효과에 대한 탐색적 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate if purchasing companies` efforts of supplier development activities to supplier companies have positive impacts on the purchasing companies` performance as the first step. In the second step, we tried to confirm if the concept of Supply Chain Corporate Social Responsibility activities and Coexistence activities take the roles of moderate variable on relationship between supplier development and three performances respectively. Methods: The collected data through survey were analysed using multiple regression for the first step of the study and moderate regression for the second one of it. Results: The results of this study are as follows; supplier development efforts effect on all three performances positively. Moreover, Supply Chain CSR has significant moderate effect on relationship between supplier management and corporate performances, while Coexistence does between supplier management and logistics performances. In the case of relationship between supplier management and production performances, both Supply Chain CSR and Coexistence show significant moderate effect Conclusion: Manufacturing companies in Korea need to make effort of supplier development in selective way when they want to practice Supply Chain CSR and Coexistence concurrently considering strategies and objectives.
