Streptomyces subrutilus P5가 생산하는 철 함유 superoxide dismutase의 분비

본 연구에서는 Streptomyces subrutilus P5의 생장과 세포내 외 철 함유 superoxide dismutase 활성을 비교 분석하여 철함유 superoxide dismutase의 분비 시점을 확인하고 분자 수준에서 이 효소의 분비에 관여하는 유전정보를 확인하고자 하였다. Streptomyces subrutilus P5의 균체 생장은 건체 중량을 측정하여 결정하였다. Glucose는 log phase에서 급격히 소모되어 24시간 후에 이르러 완전히 고갈되었다. 세포내의 철 함유 superoxide dismutase는 배양 후 3시간에 나타나며 세포외 철 함유 superoxide dismutase는 배양 후 7.5시간부터 나타난다. 따라서 superoxide dismutase는 용균에 의해서가 아니라 능동적인 분비기작에 의해서 세포 외로 분비된 것으로 추측할 수 있다. Streptomyces subrutilus P5의 sodF에는 signal peptide 유전정보가 존재하지 않았다. 그러나 sodF의 상류지역에서 다른 세균의 type III 분비단백질 유전자와 유사한 type III 분비상자가 발견되었다. Streptomyces 균주에서 type III 분비단백질이 존재할 가능성이 있음을 처음으로 제시하였다. We tried to analyze the growth time for secretion of the iron containing superoxide dismutase by comparing the intra-and extracellular enzyme activity from Streptomyces subrutilus P5 and analyze possible genetic information for this enzyme secretion. The mycelial dry weights and glucose concentrations in culture filtrates were determined during growth. Glucose was consumed rapidly during logarithmic growth phase and almost exhausted at 24 h of cultivation. While the intracellular activity of iron containing superoxide dismutase was first appeared at three hours, the extracellular activity of this enzyme appeared from 7.5 h of cultivation, early logarithmic growth phase. This early presence of the superoxide dismutase might not be the result of cell lysis but active secretion pathway. There was no information for signal peptide responsible for the enzyme secretion in sodF. However, we found a type three secretion box in the promoter region of sodF that has been known for the genes of type III secreted proteins in other bacteria. This is the first report on the possible existence of type III secretion in Streptomyces.

시선추적형 가상현실기기를 통한 광고분석 시스템

The recent increase in virtual reality (VR) technology around the world has been VR work in cooperation with technology from other sectors to form new trends. In the case of advertising, it is difficult to trace if VR users viewed a certain piece of advertisement because the current technology does not allow them to interact with the screen. Eye tracking technology can act as a solution to the problem of tracing advertisement views as it allows for data extraction in relation to which advertisements were viewed and for how long. The research paper suggests a method of how to track the eyes of users in VR advertising. The suggested method includes communication between a server and VR HMD (virtual reality head mounted display) as well as a screen of output from the server. 최근 가상현실 기술이 세계적으로 대두되면서 다양한 분야의 기술들과 결합하면서 새로운 트렌드로 형성하고 있다. 광고의 경우, 가상현실에서는 사용자가 화면을 건드리지 못한다는 특성 때문에 사용자가 광고를 시청하였는지에 여부에 대한 탐지와 확인이 어렵다. 그러나 기술의 진화로 가상현실 광고나 가상 쇼룸을 통해 보여 지는 영상을 디텍팅하고 분석이 가능한 솔루션을 통해 소비자의 인지를 확인할 수가 있다. 즉 시선추적(Eye Tracking) 기술은 이러한 가상현실 광고분야에 있어서 사용자가 어떤 광고를 시청하였는지, 얼마나 자주 시청하였는지, 얼마동안 시청하였는지 등에 대한 데이터를 추출하고 분석함으로써 기존의 가상현실상의 광고 탐지와 VR 매체 광고 연구의 어려웠던 부분을 해소할 수 있다. 논문에서는 가상현실에서 광고를 시선추 적으로 인식하는 방법에 대해서 제안하고자 한다. 그리하여 새로운 VR플랫폼상 광고효과를 통해 기존의 TV, 인터넷, 지면 광고와 비교 분석을 통한 광고의 몰입도 및 광고 효용성을 연구하고자 한다. 제안된 연구내용은 서버와 VR HMD(Virtual Reality Head Mounted Display)와의 통신 및, 서버 측 출력화면 등이 포함 되어 있다.

부동산의 일부 인도집행의 문제점과 개선방안

소유자가 부동산을 사용, 수익, 처분하기 위해서는 완전한 배타적 점유가 필요하다. 타인이 근거 없이 부동산을 점유하고 있을 때 소유자는 집행권원을 갖추어 그 부동산의 인도(引渡) 집행을 하게 된다. 이 부동산의 인도집행에서 발생하는 ‘집행 장애’ 문제가 생기는 것은 주로 ‘부동산 일부의 인도집행’ 분야이다. 판결 등 집행권원의 인도집행의 범위가 확실하지 않거나 집행권원에 표시되지 않은 제시외 건물 등이 있으면 집행관은 개별 사안의 성격과 자기의 구체적 판단에 따라 인도집행을 실시하기도 하고 집행 불능으로 거부하기도 한다. 부동산의 인도집행이 원활하지 않게 되면 장기간의 소송절차를 통하여 부동산 인도의 집행권원을 취득했으면서도 현실적으로 권리행사가 어려워진 부동산 소유자의 정신적 물질적 피해가 클 뿐 아니라 이로 인해 이 판결 및 강제집행 제도를 운영하는 사법부에 대한 신뢰에도 부정적 영향을 미치게 된다. 이 논문에서는 이들 집행장애의 개선방안을 마련하기 위하여, 집행관 연찬 및 그 업무자료 분석을 통하여 먼저 부동산의 일부 인도집행의 문제점들을 살펴보았다. 나아가 판례와 선행연구 등을 참고하여 집행권원의 일부 인도집행 범위의 명확화 방안과 집행권원에 표시되지 않은 건물 등이 존재하거나 유치권자와 법정지상권자 등 점유자에게 대항력이 있는 경우에 그 일부 인도집행의 범위를 정하는 문제, 구분 경계가 불확실한 구분건물의 인도집행의 문제 등에 관하여, 필자 나름의 실무적 개선방안을 제시하였다. The use, profit and disposal of property requires full exclusive occupancy by the owner. If a real estate is owned by another person without any basis, the owner will have the right to take over the property and execute it under forced supervision. The problem arising from the enforcement of real estate delivery is mainly in the area of “the execution of some of the real estate”. If there is no clear scope of delivery or other buildings in the home, such as the executive power, the execution officer shall conduct not only the individual matters but also their own specific judgment. In order to prepare ways to improve these implementation disabilities, the paper first examined some problems in the execution of real estate in order to analyze the enforcement officer’'s office and their work data. Moreover, in case of clarification of the scope of the execution of the rights of the writer and the person who does not indicate the scope of the rights to carry out the project, etc., refer to the precedent and prior research.

효율적인 품사 표기에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to establish the chinese- korean machine translation system. The study of the machine translation has received relatively little attention from korean scholarship in general, what was worse, that is much neglected branch of chinese linguistics in korea. So far, very little has been done in this direction. In this paper I offer a new part-of-speech tagging method for chinese, it can solove ambiguities due to same part-of-speech stream input and make good use of the Corpus. The Constraint-rule is used to select appropriate part - of - speech pattern. This study is only a first step, we believe it offers some insight into the problems. There are, however, a number of problems that remain to be explored.

문학을 활용한 의사소통 교육의 방안에 대한 연구

This paper aims to look into various ways to utilize literary works in teaching communicative competence in the first language. The goal of language education, i.e. communicative competence, has been expanded to encompass discourse competence and socio-pragmatic competence in addition to the traditionally acknowledged linguistic competence. Linguistic competence refers to the structural knowledge at the sentential level. Discourse competence is a higher level of knowledge which construes and constructs coherent and cohesive texts. Sociolinguistic and pragmatic competence modulates the use of language appropriate for the socio-pragmatic context. This paper shows that literature can be a very useful tool to achieve the goal of communicative language teaching: it helps the readers enrich their vocabulary and acquire the sociocultural background of the linguistic community. This paper aims to look into various ways to utilize literary works in teaching communicative competence in the first language.

중국어 유의어 교육 방법 개선안 연구

This work was motivated by the need for an efficient item-weight-assignment and the need that a test result makes a sense to an examinee which well accords with the purpose of a given test. In this paper, we showed empirically that classical test theory served the needs up to some level and in the same context, we pointed out that score approach may not suffice the needs. Vocabulary is the most fundamental element to get the abilities of using chinese correctly and effectively. The most basic element which composes an individual's vocabularies is to know the meaning of each word clearly. One word has its own basic meaning and also has a relative meaning that depends on the relation of another word. Therefore the right vocabulary teaching should be like this : Learners are able to know the word's basic meaning and related meaning correctly enough to use it in a context in a right way. Each result was presented in numerical value as a statistical data and was analyzed. As the result I confirmed this synonym teaching method is more effective one to grasp the difference of the meaning existed between synonyms. As a matter of facts, the study in this thesis doesn't get to suggesting a perfect vocabulary teaching model, for this study was done in restricted conditions. But by proposing the point of views and the method the synonym teaching has to get, it seems to obtain some results which raise the necessities to reconsider the directions and the ways the future Chinese vocabulary teaching has to pursue.
