        액션러닝을 활용한 스마트융합관광 수업에 대한 사례연구: 성찰일지 내용 분석 중심으로

        The aim of this study is to analyze the educational experience of the college students majoring airline service and hotel tourism after designing an action learning class and conduct to find out what learning effects has in the customer service area. Under dividing 3 different teams, they found the problem, disscussed and suggested the solution. By taking the procedure, they wrote what learned and experienced in individual interviews with the researchers. As a result of this study, the experience of action learning-based convergence classes were derived into 8 topics and 4 categories:communication, cooperation with team members, finding real interest in class and convergence of idea. Through action learning-applied classes, the students experienced a new knowledge acquisition path through discussion and problem-solving methods, not a formal instructor-led learning method. Based on the research results, it was suggested that it would be necessary to develop and operate convergence courses berween various departments within the college or whithin the college beyond the major.

        감정노동, 직무소진, 이직의도에 관한 연구 : 항공사 아웃소싱 직원대상으로

        Since the deregulation of the airline industry, carriers have searched for various methods to improve their competitiveness. In Korea, most of the airlines have used outsourcing as a method to control cost, improve efficiencies and profitability. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship of emotional labor, job burnout and turnover intention focused on the outsourcing employees working in the 4 international airports and to propose policy implications to the human resource administration. To achieve the goal, the output of structural analysis is conducted to test the hypotheses. The survey data was collected from airline outsourcing company employees providing airport service in 4 international airports located in Incheon, Seoul, Kimhae and Jeju. In total 200 questionnaires were distributed and 171 valid data was collected for empirical data analysis. Accordingly, the implications of this study can be summarized as follows. Emotional labor was divided into surface acting and deep acting and the analysis result showed that both factors did have significant effects on job burnout and turnover intention. Job burnout also have statistically significant effects on turnover intention. This study presents that it is important to provide pleasant consulting room and get the regular program which helps control emotional problem for employees.

        호텔관광서비스 전공 대학생의 고객지향성, 서비스내면행동이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine empirically the impact of customer orientation and service inside behaviors on career preparation behavior of the college students majoring Hotel, Tourism and Service. To this end, we distributed 295 copies of questionnaires and used them for the analysis with the exception of inappropriate 14 copies, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multi-regression analysis were used. The results of this study is presented as follows: First, customer orientation had significant positive effect on the career preparation behavior. Secondly, service inside behaviors were found to have significant positive effect on the career preparation behavior, too. The findings of this research carried important implications for career education and person to person counselling for building customized career preparation plan. Among the factors of customer orientation, relationship to customers showed the significant ones with all factors of service inside behaviors on career preparation behavior.

        대학생의 셀프리더십이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 미래지향목표의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine empirically the effect of self-leadership on job-seeking stress and also the parameter affecting job-seeking stress through verifying mediated effect of future-oriented goals. To achieve this goal, a survey of 154 copies of questionnaires was conducted and the data was analyzed by SPSS18.0 and Amos 18.0 program. The results of this study was presented as follows: First, both of the self-leadership and future-oriented goals had significant negative effect on the job-seeking stress. Secondly, self-leadership was found to have significant positive effect on the future-oriented goals. Thirdly, as for the mediating effects of future-oriented goals in relationship between self-leadership and job-seeking stress, it turn out that future-oriented goals meet the mediation requirements as regression coefficients were found to be significant in the relation between self-leadership and job-seeking stress. As the result indicated, self-leadership and future-oriented goals were important variables that could reduce job-seeking stress for the undergraduate students. This study suggested the mind-based education as well as career-based education was needed for guiding the right career.

        A Study on Low Cost Carriers’ Conveyance of Cabin Safety Information -Focused on Aircraft Decompression Emergency Situation-

        There are two types of decompression: slow decompression that involves a very gradual leak or decrease in cabin pressure as a result of a faulty door, window or pressurization system malfunction, and rapid decompression that occurs due to an outside wall damage or an explosion. Any types of decompression can cause crew or passengers to lose consciousness, which may lead to massive aircraft fatalities. Safety information regarding the measures to be taken by passengers during an event of decompression is included in the pre-takeoff passenger briefing on all air carriers as prescribed in international law and domestic legislation. However, most passengers are not paying attention to this information, thus it is difficult to remember the details when decompression takes place. In the case of full service carriers, passengers are to obtain the safety information through the pre-recorded announcement during decompression, however, as for LCCs, the cabin crew should make an announcement or keep shouting about the safety information. With a minimum number of cabin crew on board required by the Aviation Act, the cabin crew are likely to be exposed to hypoxia while performing these safety procedures. Also LCCs operate their flights with aircraft leased from other various countries such as India, Germany, etc. Some of the aircraft are equipped with the pre-recorded announcement system by the originators, and the languages recorded are their native languages, resulting in confusion to Korean or other Asian nationality passengers. In this aspect, this study identifies the LCCs' safety risk that the conveying the cabin safety information to passengers depends solely on the cabin crew. This study also suggests the installing of the pre-recorded announcement system as the most important countermeasure. The results of this study is to contribute to promoting aviation safety by preventing the occurrence of casualties in decompression accidents by proposing a systematic improvement of the cabin safety information conveyance on decompression.

        브랜드이미지가 브랜드태도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 저비용 항공사 중심으로 -

        LCCs(Low Cost Carriers) launched in 2005 have been developing quickly operating domestic and international routes. In particular, now is time to acquire special and distinctive brand image to survive in competitive airline market. This research examined the brand image influencing on the brand attitude and behavioral intentions of LCCs. The results are as follows. First, brand image impacts brand attitude but doesn't impact behavioral intentions directly. Second, brand attitude does impact behavioral intentions. Finally for effective marketing strategy, this research suggests to build and manage good brand image factors directly connected to brand attitude and behavioral intentions.
