Doxazosin is an adrenergic alpha-1 receptor antagonist used to treat lower urinary tract symptoms that are common in prostatic hyperplasia. To our knowledge, few cases of gynecomastia and mastodynia, as a complication of adrenergic alpha-1 receptor antagonist, have been reported to date; no cases have been reported in Korea. We describe a case involving a 78-year-old man treated for prostatic hyperplasia with 13 months of doxazosin. He complained about unilateral gynecomstia and mastodynia. Five months after the discontinuation of doxazosin, the gynecomastia was significantly improved. This is the first reported case of gynecomastia and mastodynia associated with doxazosin use in Korea. 일반 어플리케이션 형태의 커널 백도어가 커널의 일부로 수행되는 커널 모듈 형태의 백도어로 변화함에 따라, 기존의 백도어 탐지 기술로는 이에 대처할 수 없게되었다. 이에 최근 커널 백도어에 대응하여 Chkrootkit, Kstat등의 백도어 탐지 툴이 개발되어 사용되고 있지만, 이러한 툴들은 커널 백도어 설치여부 추정이나 탐지 수준으로 예방이나 발견후의 대응은 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 커널 백도어의 예방, 탐지 및 복구 기술을 제시하고, 제시한 기술을 바탕으로 구현한 커널 백도어 대응 시스템을 보인다. 이 시스템은 커널 모듈의 선택적 로딩으로 커널 백도어를 예방하며, 커널에 보안 시스템 콜을 추가하여 커널 백도어 행위 탐지 및 복구 기능을 함으로써 커널 백도어에 대해 종합적이고 실시간적인 대응을 가능하게 한다.

This paper compares and examines the fantasy genre that is currently popular in Korea and Japan, and examines its internal logic. Through this, it is revealed that subculture genre literature also includes a social masterplot, and in particular, among the fantasy genres, the form of Isekai objects and their derivative genres is an effective means of realizing problem consciousness and narrative solution method for contemporary reality. Focusing on locality, the fact that genre literature is not composed only of the fads among enthusiastic readers or the inner logic of the web novel ecosystem, but reflects the psychological situation and desire of the members of the community in a contemporary context and in a broad sense. I have looked at it. It also emphasizes the fact that the narrative composition, genre format, and comprehensive masterplot reflecting this change according to locality. Genre literature including web novels cannot be defined or classified as simply setting, worldview, and iconic understanding. Despite being a common genre in Korea and Japan, their perceptions of the world and alternative means of problem solving are quite different. Through imaginary regression, Japanese things from different worlds replace the world itself with microscopic ties that can provide a stronger sense of belonging even though they are independent of the real world. On the other hand, Koreas Isekai objects are used as a tool to visualize and show fantasy in reality rather than using the other world as an alternative world. Therefore, the problem solving method does not bypass the other world, but utilizes the fantasy and ideology of people who deeply reflect the structural problems of the real world. It strongly reflects todays surplus meritocracy as the structural logic of the narrative. However, this structural fantasy is still subordinate to the structure that reproduces the problem. Therefore, in order to try other alternative means to overcome this, the fantasy genre of Korea is reborn as a variety of derivative genres, not the basic form of Isekai.

체제전환기 중국 도시계획의 성격과 역할 고찰

This study aims to examine and organize the historical experience of China`s urban planning system and it`s characteristics, which has been accompanied with industrialization and urbanization mainly after China`s reform and open policy in 1978. With this concern and purpose, this study selected 2 cities as for the case study: Shenzhen, the first and the most representative Special Economic Zone in China; Shanghai, China`s economic center including Pudong New District. We investigated their background and experimental experience of the reform & open policy, and the making and propulsion experience of urban planning system and institution. In China, it is just after mid of 1980`s when the China`s economic reform has started, that the development of urban planning as the means of market intervention has been started. As the China`s reform and open policy has been advanced, the realm and influence of market are going on enlarging and strengthening, and it has been more and more important that the role of the urban planning on the aspect of macro market control means. Especially, advancing the land use institution reform, it is more and more important that the role of the urban planning, which is related to the transfer condition of land use right that already has been commercialization and privatization. On the land use right transfer process, the Chinese government as a land owner, inspect and ratify the purpose of land use and the development of the proposal or the plan, that ask for the petition of land use right, and should continually inspect and manage. China`s urban planning and urban development system just going on this frame and process of development.

채만식 해방기 소설의 아나크로니즘 연구

This paper examines the historical consciousness of his later novels through a series of works from the late colonial period to the liberation period of Chae Man-sik. Chae Man-siks novels compose their own contemporary representation and historical consciousness while communing with the times of the past. Chae Man-sik is not simply an individual who has fallen into historical nihilism and the absence of prospects, but “presents” the times that do not become historical again through a problematic period of liberation. The possibility of currentization is not reduced to simply the fault lines of “breaks” and “new generations” of history or generations. Anachronism can be a third alternative temporality. The core of anachronism in the novels during the colonial period is in the process of implying the “contemporaneity of the uncontemporary” suppressed in contemporary reality in a limited way and to face the closed reality. This process is the presentization of the dominant voices latent in the oppressive reality that precedes the artists intentional planning. This paper first examines the novel strategy of Chae Man-sik during the colonial period through 『Taepyeong Cheonha』 and 『Takryu』, and focuses on peculiarity of anachronism in novels during the liberation period. Due to his reflective attitude toward his pro-Japanese career, Chae Man-sik seems to deviate from the leading historical consciousness for the future or the imagination of the founding country. Therefore, the anachronism in Chae Man-siks liberation period novels is not an alternative imagination to the repressive reality, but rather is focused on deliberately deviating from the accelerating period toward the founding of the country or creating a dissonance. In 『Okrangsa』, a historical regression is drawn while paying attention to the future temporality, and in Boys Grown Up, the unpredictable different time is made present by completely deviating from the imagination of the founding country. Through the concept term of anachronism, this paper reveals that Chae Man-siks later works are not simply immersed in the compatible composition of historical optimism or pessimism, but incompletely attempting a new historical attitude. This also emphasizes that Chae Man-sik is a writer who accurately portrayed the complexity of the liberation period with the most novel techniques of time and history. Liberation and founding have never been completed on a single spatio-temporal basis. Rather, it is close to a state in which various individual and collective transformations are temporarily overlapped between dynamic different times. And Chae Man-sik is an artist who portrayed such temporality as a contemporary person during the liberation period.

The text of this book will categorize aspects of time and space in Korean SF text and consider the meaning of different functions and effects depending on those aspects. Since the 2000s, Korean SF novel texts have moved away from perceptions of grossness and updated or altered the time and space of the novel. Therefore, it is necessary to take a detailed look at the special form of expression and its effects on the space and time that a particular genre of SF has. The main focus is on different attempts to utilize space-time and super-space by encompassing cognitive alienation, a characteristic of the SF genre. First of all, they compare Bae Myung-whun’s first breath, Kim Cho-yup’s If We Can’t Go at the Speed of Light, which emphasizes schema-visuality, and Kim Bo-young’s The Prophet of the Mundanity which shows the characteristics of private super-space. They have the advantages and disadvantages of presenting different time and space, and are also advantageous in overcoming the difficulties surrounding the reenactment. In particular, as the use of space-time and space-time of these texts shows, the key to the SF genre is not the scientific theory of predicting the future world, but the re-recognition of human cognitive limitations by utilizing unfamiliar space-time and cognitive alienation. The super-space nature of SF also has no choice but to actively combine it with a three-dimensional space and time that represents human cognitive limitations, rather than an overly transcendent four-dimensional one.

스케이팅 관련 상해 및 질환과 예방에 관한 고찰

In children, ice skaters sustained more head and face injuries than roller skaters and inline skaters. Participants in short track speed skating are at risk of sustaining injuries during training and competition and elite figure skaters are also involved in highly competitive and extremely stressful training with risk of serious ankle injuries and overuse syndromes. Furthermore, skating in cold and dry icelink could be a crucial factor contributing to disease such as asthma and exercise-induced bronchospasm. The purpose of this review is to introduce the skating-related injuries and diseases. If we understand the property of skating-related injuries and diseases, it can provided a proper information for prevention of skating-related injuries and diseases in participants and elite skaters, and be a basis for developing prevention training programs in skating-related injuries and diseases.

운동과 정신 건강에 관한 생리학적 이해

Exercise is a crucial tool used in the treatment and prevention of various physical diseases, as well as in improving mental health. Results of cross-sectional and longitudinal studies indicating that regular exercise has antidepressant and anxiolytic effects, enhances self-esteem, protects against harmful consequences of stress, and improves mood states. This paper outlines the research evidence, focusing on the relation between physical exercise and mental health. In addition, we introduce physiological mechanism related to this relationship. This can provide the theoretical basis that is needed to guide future research.
