알루미나에 LiBr와 $CaBr_2$를 각각 흡착시켜 용매가 없는 상태에서 여러 가지 염화 알킬과 반응시켜 좋은 수득률로 해당하는 브롬화 생성물을 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 높은 반응성은 알루미나에 흡착되어 있는 극소량의 물과 브롬화 금속간의 상호작용이 알루미나 상에서 일어날 수 있기 때문이라는 것을 Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) 열분석 실험과 문헌을 통하여 고찰하였다. Several alkyl chlorides were brominated using LiBr and $CaBr_2$ adsorbed on alumina in the absence of solvent. The yields of alkyl bromides were fairly high. Such a high reactivity by these bromide salts might be due to the interaction of minute amount of water and the salt on alumina. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermogram was provided and discussed.

Purpose This study was to identify the effects of isometric training of the scapular muscles on trunk muscle activity and trunk control in patients with stroke. Methods A total of 25 subjects with stroke were recruited. Subjects were assigned as block randomization to either the study group (n = 13), or the control group (n = 12). Electromyography (EMG) measured muscle activation of trunk flexor and extensors, and trunk control was measured with a Trunk Impairment Scale (TIS). Results Isometric training was significantly improved in the symmetricity of erector spinae thoracic (p<0.05). Trunk control was significantly increased in TIS score (p<0.05). Conclusion Isometric training of the scapular muscle can improve trunk muscle activity symmetry and trunk muscle control in patients with stroke.

Dwarfi sm in crops is a useful breeding trait. In this study, we aimed to identify a candidate gene controlling semi-dwarfi smin watermelon ( Citrullus lanatus ) using a combination of genetic mapping and quantitative trait loci (QTL)-seq. We evaluatedphenotypes using an F 2 and F 2:3 population derived from a cross between a “Bush Sugar Baby” (BSB, semi-dwarftype) and a PCL-J1 (normal type) cultivar. Results indicated that a single recessive gene confers semi-dwarfi sm in BSB. Weconstructed a genetic map using 180 F 2 plants and 336 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), detected using genotypingby-sequencing, and mapped the semi-dwarfi sm locus, sdw-1 , between the SNP markers linked by 9.6 cM (0.99 Mb) on Chr. 9. QTL analysis pointed to the same genomic location for sdw-1 using single-marker analysis. Further, based on the QTL-seq,we identifi ed a signifi cant genomic region for sdw-1 that matched with the sdw-1- fl anking region in the genetic linkage map. This 1-Mb region was narrowed down by mapping three SNP markers developed from the QTL-seq data. The sdw-1 locuswas mapped to the 0.44-Mb genomic region, which harbored 13 genes. One of the 13 genes, ClCG09G018320 (ATP-bindingcassette (ABC) transporter B family member 19), showed the SNPs in its coding sequence, and cleaved amplifi ed APSmarkers developed from those SNPs co-segregated with sdw-1 in fi ne mapping using 620 F 2 plants. Our results implied thata frameshift mutation in the ABC transporter gene and the resulting alteration in auxin transportation are the most likely tobe responsible for semi-dwarfi sm in BSB.
과대공을 갖는 고장력 볼트 이음부의 역학적 거동에 관한 실험 및 해석적 연구

To evaluate the mechanical behavior and the compressive stress distribution in high tension bolted joints according to the size of bolt hole, the experimental and analytical studies are performed with enlarging bolt hole size. In experimental study, the static test is performed to measure the slip coefficient, and the fatigue test is also performed to evaluate the fatigue strength and failure pattern of fatigue crack. In analytical study, the compressive stress distribution is investigated by using the finite element analysis. From the result of experimental study, the slip coefficient and fatigue strength of the high tension bolted joints with oversize hole are not much different but somewhat it has decreased. These are because the size of bolt hole is larger than the holes of nominal size, therefore the width of clamping force is decreased and the compressive stress distribution area is smaller, this is certificated in the finite element analysis. In addition, the origin of fatigue crack in the oversize holes is closer to the hole than in the holes of nominal size, consequently it is investigated that the origin of fatigue crack is intimately associated with the compressive stress distribution which is formulated by the clamping force in both base metal and splice plate. 볼트 구멍의 크기가 고장력 볼트 이음부의 역학적 거동 및 내부 압축응력 분포에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 과대공 및 표준공을 갖는 고장력 볼트 이음부에 대한 실험 및 해석적 연구를 실시하였다. 실험적 연구에서는 정적 인장시험과 피로시험을 실시하여 미끄러짐 특성, 피로강도 및 피로파단 양상을 평가하였으며, 해석적 연구에서는 유한요소해석을 통하여 내부 압축응력의 분포영역을 밝히고, 내부 압축응력의 분포가 역학적 거동에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 실험결과, 과대공을 갖는 고장력 볼트 이음부의 미끄러짐 계수와 피로강도는 표준공을 갖는 이음부와 비교하여 큰 차이는 없으나 다소 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 이러한 원인은 과대공 시험편의 경우 볼트 구멍의 크기가 표준공 시험편과 비교하여 상대적으로 크기 때문에 축력의 작용폭이 좁아져 마찰영역으로 작용하는 내부 압축응력의 분포영역이 작아지기 때문으로 판단되며, 이는 유한요소해석 결과로도 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 피로시험 결과 과대공 시험편의 피로균열의 발생점이 표준공 시험편 보다 볼트 구멍 내벽에 가까운 것을 알 수 있어, 피로균열의 발생위치는 고장력 볼트의 도입축력에 의해 모재와 이음판에 형성되는 내부 압축응력의 분포영역과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Sulfur (sulfur according to KHP2008) is mainly composed of sulfur [S]. As a Korean traditional medicine, Sulfur has an effect on destroying insects and treatment of constipation. However, Sulfur that is distributed domestically and overseas has unclear origin, and its safety is not guaranteed. In this study, we established the criteria of sulfur standard as a medicine. 14 samples were obtained from domestic and oversea markets. Major element, sulfur, was measured by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF) and minor toxic elements such as As, Cd, Pb were determined by ICP/OES. Hg was determined by mercury analyzer. Most of samples, except S-10 and S-11, were proven to be high quality genuine sulfurs. S-10 and S-11 contains high concentration of As and presumed to be realgar.
강철도교에 대한 외부 후긴장 보강공법의 적용에 관한 실험 및 해석적 연구

It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of non-ballasted railway bridge (steel plate girder type) with ballast reinforced on the finite element analysis, field test and laboratory test for the static and dynamic responses. The major objective of this study is to investigate the effects and application of reinforcement for steel plate girder railway bridge by the external post-tensioning method. The reinforcement of non-ballast railway bridge had obviously stable dynamic behaviors due to the additional dead force which was ballast. But in case of static behaviors, static displacements and stresses had increased nearly the allowable values. Therefore we analyzed the mechanical behaviors of non-ballasted railway bridge with ballast reinforced and external post-tensioning reinforced on the finite element analysis and laboratory test for the static and dynamic behavior. As a result, the reinforcement of ballasted railway bridge the external post-tensioning method are obviously effective for the additional dead force which is ballast. The analytical and experimental study are carried out to investigate the post-tension force decrease bending behavior and deflection in composite bridge for serviceability. The servicing railway bridge with ballast reinforced has need of the reasonable reinforcement measures which could be reducing the effect of additional dead load that degradation phenomenon of structure by an unusual stresses and a drop durability.
