In here, we study the craftsmanship of the Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritage System and pointed out the problems and the direction of improvement. Intangible Cultural Heritages in Seoul have been systematically protected since the enactment of the ‘Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Ordinance’ in 2016. Compared to the previous period, the survey and designation of Intangible Cultural Heritages has been systematically changed, and the budget and man- power for conservation have been expanded. The most striking changes are that the Degital recording has been initiated and that the recognition of holders of Intangible Cultural Heritages has been converted from individual investigations to collusion. These changes not only greatly help to maintain the typicality of the craftsmanship, but also eliminated the preemptive effect of the craftsmanship resulting from the existing individual surveys. In the atmosphere of this change, the masonry of Seoul was designated as a craftsmanship in 2019, and the Majestic Buddhist flower Decorate and Shamanic Paper flower Making became the new Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2022. The Majestic Buddhist flower Decorate is designated as a group craftsmanship without holders, and future activities are noted. The Buddhist Temple is inseparable from the rituals of the temples, and it is expected that the activities of tradition will take place through a holding group centered on monks and re-believers. However, the concern in this situation is the maintenance of the material or technique. Therefore, there is a need for a clear definition of conversion at the Seoul City Government level, and the holding group needs to make efforts to maintain the dyeing materials and techniques of paper, secure traditional tools, and make self-production efforts. As the Majestic Buddhist flower Decorate is designated as the only group craftsman- ship without holders among the Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritages, we expect that in the future, there will be a change in the direction of the investigation and designation of Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritages. 서울특별시무형문화재 제도의 시작은 1970년부터다. 서울특별시 문화재보호조례가 제정・공포되면서 서울특별시무형문화재의 개념이 생겨났다. 그러나 무형문화재의 종목과 보유자의 지정은 무형문화재 제도가 시작된 지 십 수 년이 지난 1989 년부터였다. 초기에는 장기적인 계획 없이 국가로부터 제1호 칠장을 지정할 것을 권고 받아 지정하게 되었다. 그렇게 시작된 서울특별시무형문화재 전승보호활동은 지금까지 40여 년간 이어져 오면서 다양한 전승자를 배출해왔다. 서울특별시에서는현재 기능과 예능을 포함하여 52개 종목을 지정하여 보호하고 있다. 서울시에는 이밖에 사라져가는 전통문화 보호 사업을 해마다 벌이고 있다. 그런데 이 사업은 공모사업으로 진행되고 있어 특정인이나 단체를 대상으로 하지 않기 때문에 여기서는다루지 않고자 한다. 이 글에서는 제도적으로 정착이 되어 있는 서울특별시무형문화재에 대해 다루면서 기능종목에 초점을 두어 무형문화재 전승활동을 개관하고자한다.

조선 태조대 축성되어 세종대 개축된 한양도성은 축성시기별 역역 동원방식이달랐다. 초축시기인 태조대에는 단위축성 구간이 고르게 배분되었고 세종대에는인구의 다소에 따라 차등이 있었다. 태조대에는 중앙의 관료조직에 의해 감독된반면 세종대에는 지방관의 책임에 의한 축성이 이루어졌다. 한양도성 각자성석에따르면 태조대에는 600척씩 규격화된 구간에 축성관련 관료들이 조직화되어 기재되어 있다. 세종대에는 축성구간이 일정하지 않고 축성에 동원된 군현의 명칭만을새겨 놓았다. 낙산일대의 각자성석에는 ‘군현명+造排始’라는 각자의 조합 형태를띠는 구간이 존재한다. 이 구간은 홍주의 翼軍과 청주의 翼軍 일부로 이루어져 있다. 세종대 역역징발은 군사적 성격이 가능한 軍翼道體制의 편제에 따라 이루어졌다고 판단된다. 이를 통해 볼 때 조선 초기의 지방제도와 이에 따른 역역체계는세종대를 전후하여 변화가 이루어졌다고 본다. 한양도성 축성은 군익도체제가 자리 잡고 鎭管體制로 나가는 발판이 되었다. Hanyangdoseong was built during the reign of King Taejo of the Joseon Dynasty and was rebuilt during King Sejong's reign. The National wide mobilization system adopted in construction was different depending on the construction period. Building sections were evenly distributed when the Hanyangdoseong was first constructed. At the second period there was a gap in the length of the construction sections depending on the percentage of the population. Unlike the reign of King Taejo, which was constructed by the central government, it was built by the local government during the reign of King Sejong. The Inscribed Stones of Hanyangdoseong shows that in the Taejo’s period, central officials systematically constructed sections that were standardized at 180 meters(600chok;尺). During the reign of King Sejong, the length of the Wall was uneven. The stones were engraved with only the names of the regions mobilized for the construction of the Hanyangdoseong. The stones on Naksan Mountain are inscribed with the inscription 'the names of the regions + Jobaesi(造排始)'. The Inscribed Stones were engraved with the names of the Ikgun(翼軍) in Hongju-Mok(洪州牧) and Chungju-Mok(淸州 牧) region in this section. The National wide mobilization of King Sejong's reign was organized according to the Gunikdocheje(軍翼道體制) system. It is believed that the local system and mobilization system of the early Joseon Dynasty were changed during the reign of King Sejong. The Construction of Hanyangdoseong became a backdrop to the development of the Gunikdocheje (軍翼道體制) system Into the Chinkwancheje(鎭管體制) system.

Transforaminal lumbar epidural block is a common procedure for the patients with back pain and radiating pain. But during the procedure, complications such as subdural or intrathecal block can occur. Because the procedure is conducted with contrast media and fluoroscopy, anesthesiologists must have deep understanding of the normal radiologic findings of epidural, subdural and intrathecal contrast images. During attempted transforaminal lumbar epidural block with fluoroscopy, we observed an unusual shaped pulsatile contrast image accidentally. Based on our experience, we report the subdural contrast image during transforaminal lumbar epidural block in radiologic aspects. (Anesth Pain Med 2011; 6: 24∼27)
