To provide the physician with adequate information to diagnose and treat sleepwalking and sleep terrors, the author reviewed clinical features, epidemiology, causative and precipitating factors, polysomnography, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment for these disorders. Sleepwalking and sleep terrors have been defined as disorders of arousal that occur early in the night and have their onset during stage 3 or 4 sleep. In both disorders, patients are difficult to arouse, and complete amnesia or minimal recall of the episode is frequent. Genetic, developmental, and psychological factors have been identified as causes of both sleepwalking and sleep terrors. Sleepwalking and sleep terrors typically begin in childhood or early adolescence and are usually outgrown by the end of adolescence. When sleepwalking or sleep terrors have a post-pubertal onset or continue to adulthood, psychopathology is a more significant causative factors. The behavior that occur from deep slow-wave sleep can be painful or dangerous to the individual and/or disturbing to those close to that individual. The assessment of patients suspected of having these conditions requires a thorough medical and sleep history. The most important consideration in managing patients with sleepwalking or sleep terrors episodes is protection from injury.

Noonan syndrome is characterized by typical facies, congenital heart defect, and some clinical features similar to Turner syndrome, but with normal chromosomes. The most commonly associated cardiac defects are pulmonary valvular stenosis and strial septal defect. We experienced a case of Nonan syndrome associated with pulmonay valve stenosis with double-chambered right ventricle and atrial septal defect and cryptorchidism. Pulmonary valvotomy was done through transannular incision. Hypertrophied muscle bundles were excised. Atrial septal defect was closed directly. RVOT was reconstructed with pericardial transannular patch. Orchiopexy was performed simultaneously without any problem.

바람의 영향에 의한 관측 강우 손실에 대한 베이지안 모형 분석

일반적으로 우량계로 측정된 강수량은 지상에 도달한 실제 강수량보다 적게 관측된다. 측정된 강수량이 실제 강수량 보다 적게 측정되는 것은 강수의 형태 (snow, fixed, rain)나 우량계의 종류 그리고 공간적인 특성에 의해 강수량의 정확한 측정이 어렵기 때문이다 (Nitu, 2013). 이는 강수량의 손실을 발생시키는 계통오차 (systematic errors) 때문이며, 일반적으로 고체 강수량의 계통오차는 보통 액체 강수량보다 크다고 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 바람에 의한 고체 강수량의 언더캐치(under-catch)를 알아보고, 겨울에 내리는 모든 강수의 형태 (snow, mixed, rain)에 대하여 연속조정함수를 소개하였다. 이를 위해 고창 표준기상관측소에서 측정된 데이터를 사용하였고, 객관적으로 데이터를 가장 잘 설명하는 모형을 선택하고 평가하기 위해 베이지안 분석을 이용할 것이다. 이번 연구는 강수량 측정에서 Catch Radio의 계통적 구조에 대한 통계적 분석을 보여주었다. Precipitation is one of key components in hydrological modeling and water balance studies. A comprehensive, optimized and sustainable water balance monitoring requires the availability of accurate precipitation data. The amount of precipitation measured in a gauge is less than the actual precipitation reaching the ground. The objective of this study is to determine the wind-induced under-catch of solid precipitation and develop a continuous adjustment function for measurements of all types of winter precipitation (from rain to dry snow), which can be used for operational measurements based on data available at standard automatic weather stations. This study provides Bayesian analysis for the systematic structure of catch ratio in precipitation measurement.

밀폐식 Ni-Cd 전지의 충전특성에 관한 연구

The variations of the positive and negative electrode potentials, and of internal pressure were measured during the charge of the sealed type Ni-Cd cell. Both polarization characteristics of a paste type Cd-electrode as a gas diffusion electrode in 30% KOH solution and the effects of active carbon electrode as an oxygen consuming auxiliary electrode of the Ni-Cd cell on the charging characteristics of the cell were studied. Peak voltage at the end of charge of the cell is ascribed to the peak at the negative electrode potential, which is due to the concentration polarization by the lack of $Cd^{++}$ ion and oxygen concentration. And the recovery of the negative electrode potential is resulted from depolarization by the increasing diffusion limiting current density with the increasing oxygen pressure. The active carbon electrode was effective as an oxygen consuming auxiliary electrode. The internal pressure of the cell could be maintained below 200mmHg even at one hour rate charge and overcharge by the use of active carbon electrode as an auxiliary electrode.

ICT시대에서의 문화기술(CT)과 일자리 창출 방안

새 정부의 국정목표는 ‘일자리 중심 창조경제’를 제시하고, 경제 체질과 경제운영 방식을 전환하는 것에 있다. 정부는 모든 산업 분야에 상상력과 창의성을 접목시키고 산업간 융합을 촉진함으로써 새로운 부가가치 및 일자리 창출을 이루기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이 같은 정부의 목표 안에서 가장 중요한 기술로 각광받는 것이 바로 ICT이다. ICT 융합 활성화 시대의 혁신적인 원천은 소프트웨어, 플랫폼, 빅데이터, 클라우드 등 새로운 개념의 정보통신 기술이 될 것이며, 이러한 변화의 핵심에 스토리텔링의 CT화(化)가 있다. 스토리텔링을 개발하는 방식을 체계화하고 그것의 산업적 가치를 높이기 위해 스토리텔링을 CT로 정립하는 것이 먼저 선행되어야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 ICT산업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 창조적 상상력과 인문학적 가치 소유, 콘텐츠 기술의 집약 분야인 문화기술(CT)의 융합이 더욱 강조될 수밖에 없다. 이 같은 논의를 구체화시키기 위해서는 ICT와 문화기술(CT)의 융합에 대한 실제 사업 모델 확립에 대한 제시가 가능해야 한다. 이에 글로벌 스토리 네트워크(GSN)는 ICT를 바탕으로 한 CT의 적극적인 활용과 이를 사업화하기 위한 방안으로 개발되었다. 사업의 목적은 대학 거점형 창업을 통해 학문의 융·복합을 통한 인문 예술 전공자의 새로운 일자리 및 수익 모델 창출과 이와 관련한 인재 양성을 목적으로 하고 있다. 또한 산·학·관의 유기적 연계를 통해 미래 핵심 역량을 강화하고 다가올 시대에 적합한 인재 양성 기반을 학교 거점을 통해 구축함으로써, 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 창구 역할을 수행하고자 한다. 현재 추진 중인 ‘GSN’이 각 기관의 협력을 통해서 이루어지는 융·복합기업의 형태를 추구한다면, 인문학 전공 학생들이 주체가 되어 자신들이 보유하고 있는 아이디어를 상업화하면서 스스로 일자리를 창출해 낼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The national policy objectives of Park’s government are to change the economic fundamentals - from pursuit type to leading type and the system of economy management - from economy growth rate to increasing employment rate through setting up the job-oriented creative economy. The government tries to create new added value and jobs by grafting imagination and creativity of all industrial fields and promoting amalgamation between industries. During the pursuit of these objectives, information and communication technology - hereafter ICT, is considered the most important. This varying environment has made network-terminal oriented ICT industry change rapidly. As the role of content-platform becomes important in the network-terminal oriented ICT industry, the existing value chain industry has changed into business ecosystem-establishing type of industry. In order to catch up with changing ICT age, the need of establishing new development strategy arises. Installing GSN(Global Story Network) and developing application and software about tourism and information based on local storytelling DB suggested in this research are the results of problem-solving effort. However, projects mentioned above is in just planning stage, so it is thought that more time and effort will be needed. Remaining challenges will be a research on effectiveness of creating jobs through operating the models. In spite of these challenges, this research has meanings in that when it is possible to develop feasible models and operate them in real life, the merging and amalgamation of ICT and CT will not remain in potential step but reckon on realizing the possibility of creating new jobs and thus establish job-oriented creative economy.

시조의 문화콘텐츠 활용 방안

익산시는 2017년 가람문학관 완공을 목표로 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 또한 진안군에서도 가람 이병기의 제자인 시조시인 구름재 박병순 생가 복원 사업을 현재 진행 중에 있으며 올 안에 완공을 목표로 사업을 추진 중이다. 비슷한 시기에 이루어지는 일련의 사업들은 가람 이병기를 중심으로 꽃피웠던 시조문학 메카로서의 전라북도의 문화적 자존심을 살리는 의미 있는 사업이라 하겠다. 문제는 이러한 사업들이 이제는 상호 지역적 연계성을 통해 새로운 문화콘텐츠 생산 및 지역마케팅 차원에서 사업 성과를 낼 수 있는 연구와 실천이 이루어져야 할 시점이라는 생각이다. 그런 차원에서 가람문학관이 건립될 익산을 중심으로 가람 선생이 머물렀던 전주 한옥마을과 양사재(養士齋), 진안의 구름재 박병순 생가와 마이산, 그리고 조선시대 명기(名妓)로서 절창 시조를 남긴 부안의 이매창 관련 유적지들을 연계한 지역 테마 관광 코스를 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 문학도 이제는 문화원형을 활용한 문화콘텐츠 및 관광과의 컨버전스를 통한 마케팅 차원의 접근이 본격적으로 필요한 시기라고 하겠다. 이런 차원에서 본 논의가 시조문학을 통한 전라북도 지역 마케팅 활성화에 새로운 계기가 되었으면 하는 바람이다. Iksan City is pushing a project aimed at completing the construction of the Garam Literary House in 2017. Jinan-gun is also propelling the restoration of a sijo poet Gureumjae, Park Byeong Soon"s birthplace, who was Garam Lee Byeong Gi’s disciple. A series of projects implemented around the same time aim at inspiring the cultural pride of Jeollabuk-do as the mecca of sijo literature, which was led by Garam. Now it is the time to push through the possible research and practice as part of producing new cultural contents and developing place marketing through cross-regional linkages. In this situation, it is necessary to develop a course for a regional theme tour, course linking historic sites such as: Garam literary house expected to be built in Iksan; Jeonju Hanok Village; and Yangsajae, where Garam lived; Gureumjae - Park Byeong Soon"s birthplace; and Mt. Mai in Jinan; as well as places in Buan related with Lee Mae Chang, a famous gisaeng from the Choseon Dynasty, who handed down excellent pieces of sijo. It is also a high time to approach the development of cultural contents converging on tourism by utilizing the culture protocol. This research is expected to give an opportunity to vitalize Jeollabuk-do"s place marketing through sijo.
