        소음수준에 따른 신체자세동요의 변화

        Loss of postural balance can possibly lead to increased risk of slips and falls in work places. Present study was performed to investigate the effects of noisy environments on postural stability during standing. It is known that a sound is characterized by the frequency and pressure level of the sound. Therefore, effects of the frequency and pressure level on postural stability were of primary concern. Ten male subjects participated in the experiment. Subject's center of pressure(COP) position was collected on a force plate while they were exposed to different frequency and pressure levels of the sound. Measured COP was then converted into the length of postural sway path in both anterior-posterior(AP) and medio-lateral(ML) axis. Results showed that the length of sway path in AP axis was significantly affected by the frequency of sound. The length of sway path was lowest at frequency level of 2000Hz and increased below and above this frequency range. The sound pressure level, however, did not significantly affect the postural sway length in both AP and ML axis. The results imply that industrial workers in noisy environments should be aware that their abilities of postural balance can be disturbed significantly.

        후쿠시마 원전 사고로 본 동아시아 원자력안전 국제협력 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 논문의 목적은 한 중 일 3국의 지역 내 원자력안전 협력 체제 구축을 위해서 현재의 협력 현황을 고찰해 보고 앞으로의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 현재 이들 한 중 일 3국의 다자간 지역협력은 정보공유 차원으로 접근하고 있는 수준으로 실질적으로 가시적인 성과를 내기는 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 원자력 안전협력체제 구축을 위한 방안으로 다음 세 가지를 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 원자력 안전 협력 추진을 위한 새로운 지역협력 기구의 설립이 필요하다. 둘째, 원자력 사고 대응체제를 구축해야 한다. 셋째, 협력 가능한 과제를 우선적으로 발굴하여 해결해 나가야 한다. The purpose of this paper is to review the present state of cooperation for the establishment of nuclear safety cooperation system in the three countries of Korea, China and Japan, and to present a future direction. The multilateral cooperation among these three countries is approaching to the level of information sharing, and it is difficult to achieve substantive results. Therefore, I would like to suggest the following three ways to establish a nuclear safety cooperation system. First, these three countries need to establish a new regional cooperation organization to promote nuclear safety cooperation. Second, these three countries should establish a nuclear accident response system. Third, these three countries should work together to resolve possible collaborative tasks first.

      • Bi-In계의 기계적 합금화에 의한 미세조직에 관한 연구

        Recently, mechanical Alloying(M/A) process of Bi-In powder system which has negative mixed enthalpy and various intermetallic compounds was investigated. The solidification process on the uniform refinement of microstructure and the forming of non-equilibrium phase was examined by varying alloying time and composition materials. When the experiment wasdone in Bi-30at%In and Bi-50at%In, intermatellic compounds were formed at 2 minutesin the early stage of M/A, and most of them are known as BiIn, BiIn2 and Bi3In5. Experimental results indicate that the constant saturation values are obtained at the early stage of mechanical alloying process due to the refinement of grain size and work hardening.

        Biochanin A의 미백 효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 미백 소재 개발을 위하여 강진향(Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen) 추출물에서 분리한 활성물질인 biochanin A의 멜라닌 생성에 연관된 효과를 알아보았다. Biochanin A는 B16F1 melanoma 세포에서 농도의존적으로 멜라닌 양을 억제하였으며, 멜라닌 생합성 저해 효과는 10 μg/mL 농도에서 멜라닌 생성 억제율이 48%로 나타났다. Western blot을 이용하여 microphthalmia associated transcription factor (MITF), Tyrosinase, Trp-1와 Trp-2의 발현을 억제함을 확인하였다. 따라서 biochanin A는 미백 효능을 갖는 화장품 소재로서의 개발 가능성이 클 것으로 기대된다. To develop a new whitening agent for cosmetics, we investigated the inhibitory effects of biochanin A on melanogenesis. The biochanoin A is an active component in the extracts of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. It reduced melanin contents of B16F1 melanoma cells in a dose-dependent manner and decreased to about 48% at a concentration 10 μg/mL. It also inhibited the expression in microphthalmia associated transcription factor (MITF), Tyrosinase, Tyrosinase related protein 1 (Trp-1), and Tyrosinase related protein 2 (Trp-2) in melanocytes. The results suggested that biochanin A has considerable potential as a cosmetics ingredient with a whitening effect.

        일본과 독일의 탈원전 정책 비교 -후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후를 중심으로-

        2011년 일본 후쿠시마(福島) 원자력 발전소 사고로 인해 전 세계는 원자력발전의 위험성을 다시 한 번 깨닫게 되었다. 사고의 당사국인 일본은 탈원전 정책을 추진하려고 하였지만, 사회적인 합의가 이루어지지 않아 탈원전 정책을 제도화하지 못했다. 그러나 독일은 사고 이후 재빨리 탈원전 정책을 발표하고, 이를 법제화하여 성공적으로 추진하고 있다. 독일에서는 탈원전 선언과 동시에 국민적 합의하에 국회에서 원자력법을 개정하여 정책적인 뒷받침이 되었지만, 일본에서는 원전의 안전규제강화 수준에서 머무르게 되어 탈원전으로까지 법률적, 정책적인 지원이 이루어 지지 못하였다. 한국에서도 탈원전을 성공적으로 추진하려고 한다면 톡일과 같이 사회적인 합의와 법제화를 통한 제도적인 추진이 되어야 한다고 제언한다. In 2011, Fukushima nuclear power plant accident in Japan caused the world to realize the danger of nuclear power again. Japan, which is a party to the accident, tried to promote the abandonment of nuclear power plants, but failed to institutionalize the anti-nuclear policy because of the lack of social consensus. However, Germany promptly announced its abandonment policy after the Fukushima nuclear accident, which was then legislated. Although Germany has enacted the Atomic Energy Act at the same time as declaring nuclear abandonment and supported it politically, Japan has failed to provide legal and policy support since it is finished strengthening nuclear safety regulation. Korea should continue to pursue social consensus and legislation like Germany in order to successfully promote nuclear abandonment.

        왕호장 열매의 항염증 효과

        본 연구에서는 왕호장 열매 추출물(FSR)의 항염증 효과를 측정하였다. 왕호장 열매 추출물은 RAW 264.7 macrophage 세포에서 염증 사이토카인(1L-1β, IL-6, TNF-α)의 발현을 억제하였으며, 농도 의존적으로 NO 생성을 억제하고, 그 효과는 100 μ g/mL 농도에서 51%로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라, iNOS와 COX-2의 mRNA와 단백질 발현을 모두 억제함을 확인하였다. 따라서 왕호장 열매 추출물은 항염증 효능을 갖는 화장품 소재로서의 개발 가능성이 클 것으로 기대된다. To develop a new anti-inflammation agent for cosmetics, we investigated the anti-inflammatory activity of Fallopia sachalinensis RonseDecr. fruit extracts (FSR). FSR inhibited the pre-inflammatory cytokines (1L-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) and reduced NO production of RAW 264.7 macrophage cells in a dose-dependent manner and decreased the activity to about 51% at a concentration of 100 μ g/mL. FSR suppressed not only the mRNA expression of iNOS and COX-2, but also the protein expression of iNOS and COX-2 in macrophage. The results suggested that FSR has considerable potential as a cosmetics ingredient with an anti-inflammatory effect.

        전신 피로와 시야 제한이 자세균형 능력에 미치는 영향

        Loss of postural stability can possibly lead to slip and fall accidents in the number of workplaces and everyday life. This study was aimed to examine the effects of whole body fatigue and partially limited visual field on the ability of maintaining postural balance during quiet standing. A group of twelve healthy male subjects participated in the experiment. Before and after experiencing the whole body fatigue induced by bicycling exercises, the position coordinates of subject’s center of pressure (COP) were obtained under the two levels of visual field condition (i.e., open visual field and limited visual field). Four levels of the whole body fatigue examined were rest, 300watt, 600watt, and 900watt. Position coordinates of COPs measured on a force plate were then converted into the total length of postural sway path in both the medio-lateral (ML) direction and the anterior-posterior (AP) direction. Two-way ANOVA result showed that the length of sway path in the AP direction became significantly larger as the whole body fatigue accumulated. Post-hoc test revealed statistically significant differences between rest and 900watt and between 300watt and 900watt. The significant increase of the sway length was also found when the visual field was partially obstructed by the boxes. In the ML direction, however, there was no statistically significant difference of the postural sway in both the AP and ML directions. The results imply that the ability of maintaining postural stability can be reduced significantly due to such tasks along with whole body fatigue. The postural balance can also be impaired by the limited visual field.

      • 토글식 전동사출성형기의 타이바 변형에 관한 연구

        Injection molding machine plays an important role in making plastic parts. Plastic resin is used to connect barrel to nozzle in injection unit, and new product is made according to this mold pattern. Precise plastic manufactures are being used in lots of industry areas recently. So the performance of injection molding machine’s control system, such as reproducibility, repeatability, etc. is widely studied nowadays. This thesis proposed the relation between the deformation of platen caused by clamping force and the bending stress, elongation at the tie-bar in Toggle type injection molding machine. Results showed that the bending stress of the tie-bar caused by platen deformation is less than 17.2% of average tensile stress. Through the reliability evaluation of the most important terms of injection unit, the method of evaluating the tie-bar elongation is proposed and verified.
