In the sand casting process, the flow of liquid metal affects the quality of casting products and their die life. To determine the optimal bush part design process, this study performed various analyses using commercial finite element analysis S/W. The simulation focused on the molten metal behaviors during the mold filling and solidification stages of sand casting. This study aims to develop methods to reduce the cost and increase the tool life of the continuous hot zinc plating roll.
고주파 유도가열을 이용한 선상가열 시 각 변형 예측에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to establish the predictive method of the angular distortion caused by the line heating process with high frequency induction heating. In order to do it, the heat input model for the high frequency induction heating system was established through comparing the temperature evaluation results obtained by both FEA and experiment. The critical heating conditions to prevent the degradation of the work piece with various thicknesses were identified by FEA and microstructure test results. Under the critical heating conditions, the extensive line heating tests were performed. According to the test results, it was found that the angular distortion behavior of the heated plates could be defined as the function of heat intensity and the rigidity of heated plate. In addition, it was clarified that the angular distortion strongly depended on the size of test specimen such as the length and the width of the heated plate. Based on these results, the predictive equation for the angular distortion was established with the function of heat intensity, bending rigidity and size of heated plate.
IEEE1394 기반의 홈 네트웍에서 이벤트와 등시성 서비스의 실시간성 보장을 위한 소프트웨어 구조

IEEE1394는 디지털 캠코더, 디지털 TV, 퍼스널 컴퓨터를 포함한 가정내의 디지털 네트웍을 구성하기 위한 대표적인 인터페이스이다. 최근 IEEE1394는 기존의 멀티미디어 데이터를 지원하는 장비의 인터페이스에서 벗어나 실시간성이 요구되는 제어 시스템에 적용이 되고 있으며 더불어 IICP(Instrument and Industrial Control Protocol)의 제정등 응용분야가 점차 확대되고 있다. 또한 홈 네트웍에서 제어 네트웍과 데이터 네트웍의 연동을 위해 기반 망으로 사용됨으로써 제어 네트웍에서 요구되는 실시간성의 보장이 IEEE1394에서도 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 홈 네트윅에서 IEEE1374의 실시간성 보장을 위해 이벤트 채널 모델을 사용한 서비스의 우선순위에 따른 처리기법과 1394 디바이스 드라이버 레벨에서의 우선순위 보장을 위한 구조를 제안한다. 서비스의 우선순위에 따른 실시간성 보장기법은 서비스 이벤트의 우선순위에 따라 이벤트 채널을 통해 높은 우선순위 서비스의 예측가능성을 보장하며, 디바이스 드라이버 레벨에서는 우선순위 큐를 이용한 패킷의 전송과 등시성 전송을 위한 효율적인 버퍼관리 기법을 제공한다. 이러한 구조는 향후 IEEE1374기반의 홈 네트웍 미들웨어 뿐만이 아니라 실시간 응용이 요구되는 다양한 어플리케이션과 서비스 등에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. IEEE1394 is a de facto standard for the home network interfaces of digital multimedia home devices including digital A/V systems, digital camcorders, and PCs. Recently, it has been used in applications to guarantee the real-time characteristics such as home automation system and IICP (Instrument and Industrial Control Protocol). In order to guarantee real-time requirements in these IEEE1394-based real-time applications, this thesis proposes the software architecture of an IEEE1394 based home network that supports the guarantee for service's react-time characteristics. The proposed architecture has a real-time IEEE1394 device driver and event service architecture for guarantee real-time characteristics. The real-time device driver supports priority-based queueing of packets and mechanism to reduce the interrupt latency time in ISR. The event service architecture supports a real-time events delivery based on home network service using real-time event channel. This architecture can accommodate the real-time requirements of various applications and services such as digital multimedia services with QoS guarantees. home automation system required real-tine characteristics.
교과서와 연계한 장애· 인권교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 장애인권감수성과 장애인식 및 장애수용태도에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 교과서와 연계한 장애·인권교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 장애인권감수 =성과 장애인식 및 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 사전검사 결과 유의한 차이가 없는 동질집단인 경기도 소재의 2개 초등학 교 5학년 학생 총 311명을 임의적으로 실험집단에 J초등학교 157명, 비교집단에 H초 등학교 154명을 배정하여, 실험집단에는 2017년 4월부터 5월까지 매주 수요일 5교시에 40분 분량의 장애·인권교육 프로그램을 총 8회기 실시한 후, 실험집단과 비교집단을 대상으로 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 효과 차이를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 교과서와 연계한 장애·인권교육 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단이 장애인권감수성과 장애인식 및 장애수용태도에 있어 비교집단에 비해 유의하게 긍정적인 변화를 보임 으로써 교과서와 연계한 장애·인권교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 장애인권감수성과 장애인식 및 장애수용태도를 개선하는 데 효과적임을 잘 말해준다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the disability awareness and human rights education programs, which is linked to the textbook, on the sensitivity to disability human rights and disability awareness and attitudes toward disability of the elementary school students. For this purpose, the disability awareness and human rights education programs were provided to total 311 students at the 5th grade classes who were selected on purpose, S elementary school 157 students in the experimental group and H elementary school 154 students in the control group. All of them were S elementary school and H elementary school students in Gyeonggi. The disability awareness and human rights education programs were conducted once a week for 8 weeks in the experimental group. In this study, the data was treated to obtain the mean and standard deviation as descriptive statistics, and performed ANCOVA to verify the difference of the effects. The results of this study were as follows; First, the experimental group that participated in the session of disability awareness and human rights education program was proved to be more effective on enhancing the sensitivity to disability human rights of elementary school students rather than the control group. Second, the experimental group that participated in the session of disability awareness and human rights education program was proved to be more effective on enhancing the disability awareness and attitudes toward disability of elementary school students rather than the control group. As mentioned above, having a disability awareness and human rights education program are the effective way to improve sensitivity to disability human rights and disability awareness and attitudes toward disability of the elementary school student
