공감각(共感覺)적 체험을 활용한 색채교육 프로그램개발 연구

Learning diversity and sensitivity by art education is chance to cultivate self-expression skill, as well as build knowledge. In particular color education using synesthesia vitalizes human brain, which consequentially improves perceptional ability, integrated thinking and artistic abilities. As the latest education curriculum is focused on develop comprehensive thinking and creativity connected to diverse field, cognition and imagination are required for flexible thinking in diverse fields. In other word, color education that teaches synesthesia related to brain science and color education with psychological effect is way to understand connectivity with one’s surrounding and nurture one’s ability to handle colors in reality, as well as integrating other fields. Hence, using synesthesia, this research is aimed to propose color education program that enables students to understand and utilize senses and colors, with practice of integrating 4 senses except for sense of sights, targeting junior high students who are said to conduct abstract thinking and combinatorial reasoning. 미술교육을 통해 배우는 다양성과 감수성은 학문적 소양을 쌓는 것 이외에도 자기를표현할 수 있는 가능성을 배우는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 특히 공감각을 활용한 색채교육은 우리의 뇌를 활성화시켜 지각 능력뿐만 아니라 융합적 사고능력과 조형능력을 길러준다. 이에 본고에서는 색채교육에 있어서 공감각 활용의 교육적 가치와 그 필요성을 논의하였다. 오늘날에는 다양한 분야와 융합할 수 있는 종합적인 사고력과 창의성을 갖춘 인재양성교육을 강조하고 있어 다양한 측면에서 사고할 수 있는 인지능력과상상력을 필요로 한다. 즉, 뇌 과학과 관련된 공감각과 심리적 효과를 지니고 있는 색(色)을 함께 교육하는 것은 다른 분야와의 융합뿐만 아니라 자신과 주변과의 관련성을이해하고, 실제 생활 속에서 색을 적절히 활용할 수 있는 능력을 길러줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 추상적 사고와 종합적 추리가 가능하게 되는 중학생을 대상으로 시각적활동을 전제로 한 가운데 시각 이외의 다른 감각들을 서로 통합하여 학생들이 감각과색의 기능을 이해하고 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 공감각을 활용한 색채교육 프로그램을 제시하고자 한다.

Eyelash art, a genre of makeup art, has been growing over time in convergence with other fields. In fact, it has been applied to diverse fields. It is needed to increase the value of beauty art which maximizes the loveliness of eyelashes by using brand-new materials. This study attempted to express the images and colors of the nation’s distinctive four seasons and find inspiration on infinite art design, using each season as materials. For this, object-based fantasy eyelash artworks were created by making art eyelashes, using white hair for makeup. Then, a possibility of expressing dyed wig eyelashes in an effective and creative fashion with four seasonal images as motives was confirmed by converging technical expressions (e.g., bending, rolling, attaching, graduation, etc.) with of objet characteristics. At present, it is extremely difficult to find a study on eyelash art. Therefore, this study aimed to suggest a new direction for eyelash art along with the growth of beauty art and provide basic data which can be applied to the diverse possibilities of eyelash art

동과자 추출물의 항산화, 항염 및 미백 효능

본 연구는 피부 관리에 사용되는 천연화장품 원료로서 동과자 추출물의 활용 가능성을 조사하기 위해 항산화, 항염 그리고 미백 효능을 평가하였다. DPPH 자유라디컬 소거 활성은 농도 의존적으로 감소하였으며, 총폴리페놀 함량은 메탄올추출물(22.42±0.002 mgGAE/g)이 열수추출물(9.77±0.002 mgGAE/g)보다 더 높게 나타났다. MTT assay 결과 동과자 추출물에 의한 RAW264.7 세포와 B16F10 세포에서의 세포독성은 없었다. 또한 LPS 처리에 의해 활성화된 RAW264.7 세포에서 NO 생성과 TNF-α 분비 억제능을 확인하였다. B16F10 melanoma 세포에서 동과자 추출물은 α-MSH에 의한 멜라닌 합성을 유의하게 저해하는 것으로 나타났다. 게다 가, westernblot 분석결과 동과자 메탄올추출물은 MITF, TRP-1 및 TRP-2 단백질의 발현 수준을 현저하게 감소시켰다. 이상의 결과로 동과자 추출물은 항산화, 항염 그리고 미백 효능을 가진 기능성 화장품 소재로써의 가치가 높을 것으로 사료된다. To investigate the natural cosmetic ingredients of Benincasa hispida seed extract on skin care, we measured anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, and whitening effect. DPPH free radical scavenging activity was increased in a dose-dependent manner. The total phenolic content was higher in methanol extract (22.42±0.002 mgGAE/g) than water extract (9.77±0.002 mgGAE/g). MTT assay was demonstrated that the seed extract did not have a cytotoxic effect in RAW264.7 and B16F10 cell lines. We also examined to find out the inhibitory activity on NO production and secretion of TNF-α cytokine in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. In B16F10 melanoma cells, the seed extract significantly suppressed α-MSH induced melanin synthesis. Furthermore, westernblot analysis revealed that methanol extract dramatically downregulated the expression level of MITF, TRP-1 and TRP-2. Taken together, the B. hispida seed extract posses anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin whitening activities, which might provided its functional efficacy in cosmetic materials.

趙州 「十二時歌」의 禪詩學的 특성 연구

Chao-chou’s “Shih-erh-shih-ko” is an important material for studies of Zen poetics, for it discloses the relation of his Zen enlightenment and poetic diction. As of the Zen spiritual background of the poem, ‘p’ing-ch’ang-hsin shih tao’ (平常心是道) and ‘wu-chuo’(無着) are prominent. And the reality of pu-erh (不二) and the truthfulness to wu-chuo are identified as its Zen poetic characteristics. The poem shows that his life embodied ‘chen-k’ung miao-yu’ (眞空妙有) and ‘chung-tao pu-erh’ (中道不二),demonstrating the omnipresence of truth, even in the most trivial everyday activities. What is important in understanding a Zen poem is not its subject matter or style but the enlightened spiritual horizon it unfolds. Zen poetry discloses the spiritual dimension where the dualistic preconceptions and frameworks of our mind are dissolved. That is why many Zen poems are full of rhetorics of strangeness and disruption designed for that purpose. “Shih-erh-shih-ko,” however, deconstructs our preconception that Zen poetic diction is strange and disruptive. Chao-chou used ordinary vocabulary and expressed his emotions straightforwardly in the poem, making it achieve poetic reality of Zen style. This urges us to reconsider our concept of Zen poetry. What makes Zen poetry distinguished from poetry in general is not its form but its basis of complete enlightenment to the Dharma, that is,the truth of impermanence, emptiness and non-duality. Chao-chou’s “Shih-erh-shih-ko” thus makes us articulate our concept of Zen poetry all over again. 「십이시가」는 조주의 깨달음과 선어 사이의 禪詩學的 상관관계를 고찰하는 데 뿐 아니라, 당시 조주원에서 선사의 삶을 최대한 사실적으로 유추하는 데에도 중요한 자료가 된다. 이 논문에서는 「십이시가」에서의 조주선의 사상적 배경을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 그 선시학적 특성을 찾아보았다. 「십이시가」의 선사상적 배경으로는 ‘平常心是道’와 ‘無着’에 주목하고,이를 바탕으로 不二의 리얼리티와 無着의 진정성이라는 두 가지 사항을 「십이시가」의 선시학적 특성으로 도출하였다. 이러한 특징은 진공묘유의 도가 일상의 삶 속에서 그대로 현현하는 立處皆眞에 있었으며, 스스로가 공겁의 주인공임을 알아차린 조주의 깨달음이 이루어낸 中道不二의 삶에서발현되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 일반시와 마찬가지로 선시에서도 중요한 것은 소재가 아니라, 그 시가전하는 秘意에 있다. 선시를 통해 우리가 느껴야 할 것은 시적 비유나 상징이 아니라, 주제에 대한 깊은 공감과 통찰이어야 한다. 선시의 궁극적인지향과 목표 역시 우리의 고정관념과 有爲的 사고의 틀을 타파하는 데 있다. 선시에서 주로 격외적인 표현과 상징을 쓰는 이유도 이러한 틀을 넘어선 이치를 드러내어 분별의식을 깨주고자 함이지만, 모든 깨달음의 표현이 꼭 우리가 이해할 수 없는 인식 저편의 초월적 언구여야 하는가에 대해서는 심도 있게 짚고 넘어가야 할 과제다. 어쨌든 모든 선시가 반드시 형이상학적 비유와, 파격적 격외도리로 읊어져야 할 이유는 없다. 조주 「십이시가」는 바로 이러한 의구심에 대한 명쾌한 증명이 되는 선시의 사례다. 우리가 가졌을 기존선시에 대한 통념의 틀을 뒤엎어버리며, 새로운 선시학적 개념으로 다가오는 「십이시가」는 한 마디로 아주 쉽다. 진솔하고 담백한 禪語의 구사와 리얼리티에 입각한 솔직한 감정의 표출은 특히 기존선시에서 찾아보기 쉽지 않은 사례가 된다. 선시를 이해하는 관건은 ‘시의 이해’에 있는 것이 아니라, ‘깨달음의 이해’에 있다. 선시가 일반 시와 변별되는 가장 중요한 요소는 진리에의 확철이 바탕이 되었는가, 아닌가에 달려있다고 보아야 한다. 즉, 무상, 공, 불이의 깨달음을 바탕으로 노래한 시라면 시적 형식에 상관없이 ‘선시’일 수있다. 「십이시가」는 이제까지의 난해하고 격외적인 것이 선시라는 일반의‘고정관념’을 깨뜨리며 새로움과 파격의 선시학적 개념으로 다가온다. 그런의미에서 선시개념의 지평을 확대하며, 선시에 대한 근본개념을 재정립하는 데 무엇보다 「십이시가」의 큰 의의가 있을 것으로 확신한다. 깨달음을 나와 이 세계에 대한 올바른 인식이라 한다면, 선시란 바로그 ‘깨달음’이 어떻게 삶 속에서 현현되는지를 알려주는 절대적 언어표현수단 중 하나다. 자신과 세계의 실상을 유위와 무위, 양측을 아우르는 불이의 밝은 눈으로 읊은 노래를 선시라 할 때, 「십이시가」는 밖으로 조주의선이 궁극적으로 빚어낸 깨달음의 할이며, 안으로는 不可言說, 言語道斷의간두에서 進一步하는 한 생명의 실존의 노래인 것이다.
