This paper describes how to derive audit criterion, audit domain, detail technology, and functional check items which are core of hospital information system, consisting of OCS, EMR, and PACS. Using the check items listed above, we investigated the objective validity for the construction audit of hospital information system. As a result, the derived audit criterion, audit domain, detail technology, and functional check items were verified as check items for audit. Since using the current audit check items of public area is insufficient to construct efficient, reliable, and stable hospital information system, we suggest adopting the hospital information system audit area, audit check items, and process that are presented in this paper.

The purpose of this study is developing a new corrosion inhibitor which improves durability of concrete. It is understood that there are various methods to protect the corrosion of reinforcing steels in concrete such as the nitrous acid lithium, the nitrous acid calcium and so on. When we use the corrosion inhibitor in large quantities, there are accelerates setting time and affect to durability of concrete problem. The nitrous acid lithium has a good effect on delays setting time. However, it is more expensive the nitrous acid calcium, so the nitrous acid calcium has used more than the nitrous acid lithium. When the nitrous acid calcium is in large quantity, there is an accelerates setting time problem. From the results of the experiments, it was confirmed that the lithium, calcium nitrite corrosion inhibitor and new corrosion inhibitor over dossage 0.6 (NO₂-/Cl?) molar ratio is very effective in protecting reinforce ment from corrosion in mortar in which chloride ions have contained.
제자리 화학중합을 통한 그래핀 옥사이드를포함하는 전도성 고분자 나노복합체의 제조와 특성 분석

그래핀옥사이드(GO)와 전도성 고분자(PPy, PANI, PEDOT)로 이루어진 나노복합체를 제자리 화학중합을 통하여 제조하였으며, 전도성 고분자의 함량 증가에 따른 특성변화를 분석하였다. GO에 존재하는 반응성 그룹 그리고GO-poly(4-styrene sulfonic acid)(PSSA) 복합체 및 세 종류 나노복합체에서 고분자의 존재를 확인하였으며, GO와PSSA 또는 전도성 고분자 사이의 상호작용이 제안되었다. GO-PSS/PEDOT 나노복합체의 경우 PEDOT 함량이 증가함에 따라 라만 스펙트럼의 ID/IG 값이 감소하였으며 특성 피크 위치도 크게 변화하였다. GO-PSS/PEDOT 나노복합체의 경우 PEDOT이 GO-PSSA 층을 박리시켜 그들 분자층 사이로 내부 삽입되어 있는 형태를 취하며 GO 또는GO-PSSA 분자층이 열차단층으로 작용하게 되어 나노복합체는 GO 또는 GO-PSSA보다 열안정성이 향상되었다. 또한 GO-PSSA와 PEDOT 사이에 형성된 균일한 hybridization 모폴로지를 확인하였으며, GO-PSS/PEDOT 나노복합체의 경우 가장 우수한 전기전도성을 보여 주었다. Nanocomposites including graphene oxide (GO) and conducting polymers (PPy, PANI and PEDOT) were pre-pared via an in-situ chemical polymerization process, and their characteristic properties depending upon the change of conducting polymer (CP) content were analyzed. A confirmation was made on not only the functional groups formed in GO but also the presence of CP existent in the nanocomposites. The molecular interaction between GO and poly(4-sty-rene sulfonic acid) (PSSA) or CP in the nanocomposites was proposed. With the increase of PEDOT content in the GO-PSS/PEDOT nanocomposite, the estimated value of ID/IG regarding the Raman analysis of them was decreased and a major change of their Raman spectra characteristic peaks was observed. In the GO-PSS/PEDOT nanocomposite, PEDOT molecules made an exfoliation of GO-PSSA layers and thus they were intercalated among layers. Such a unique molec-ular morphology induced the highest electrical conductivity for the GO-PSS/PEDOT nanocomposite among three kinds of nanocomposites prepared in this study. It is also noted that the uniform morphology confirmed in this study helped a thermal stability improvement in the nanocomposite due to the presence of GO or GO-PSSA acting as a thermal barrier.
불행삼주징 ( Unhappy Triad ) 의 유용성에 대한 재고찰

O'Donoghue in 1950 called attention to the Unhappy Triad which were 1) rupture of the MCL 2) damage to the medial meniscus and 3) rupture of the ACI and recommended early surgical treatment for hetter resu]t. Based on a recent report by some authors that questions the validity of the classic unhappy triad, we reviewecl 80 knees of 80 patients with arthroscopically confiimed acute injuries of the ACL and MCL. Patients were suhdivided into two groups for analysis based on the degree of the MCL injury at the t.ime of pvesentation. 44 patients with grade 1+ or 2+ MCL injury ( Group 1 ): 36 patients with a grade '3+ MCL injury ( Group ll ). The number of meniscal injury associated with ACL and MCL injury was 51 cases ( 63.8%). There was no significant difterence in the incidence of meniscal injury between medial and lateral meniscus. The ruptuve of medial meniscus was more common in Group I( 62.5%) than in Group II( 26.3%), but the that of lateral meniscus was more common Group II( 68.4% ) than in Group I(28.1 %). We conclucled that the variable combination of injuries including lateral menisus rupture should be reminded in sports injury, even though the classic Unhappy Triad is a ftxed clinical entity .
유세포분석기를 이용한 농약의 in vitro 소핵생성 평가

Pesticides have been recognized as one of major concern to human and environmental health. This study is aimed to evaluate whether flow cytometry analysis is a suitable method for micronuclei test, one of genotoxicity test of pesticides on human. We evaluated the number of micronuclei in the positive control (mitomycin C, colchicine) treated groups in Chinese hamster lung cells using flow cytometry. As a results, micronucleus rate in positive control were 2.4~4.2 much higher than in negative control group. These results indicate that flow cytometry method is a quicker and more efficient method for obtaining similar results to the conventional microscopic observation method. Also, pendimethalin (PM) and mancozeb (MZ), which are reported as pesticides causing genotoxicity, were treated with CHL cells, and the occurrence of micronuclei was confirmed by flow cytometry analysis. The occurrence of micronuclei in PM and MZ treated group was significantly increased with a dose-dependent manner, compared with negative control group. These results suggest that micronuclei assay using flow-cytometry analysis could be efficient high-throughput method for quantifying the formation of micronuclei.
Deltamethrin의 경피반복노출에 따른 흰쥐의 3-PBA 배설과의 상관관계

Deltamethrin, one of the Pyrethroids (PYRs) pesticides, has been widely used in agriculture and industry. The study on human metabolism and excretion of deltamethrin is needed since low level of pesticide is exposed repeatedly in agricultural fields. This study is aimed to analyse urinary 3-Phenoxybenzoic acid (3-PBA) in male rats following three times of dermal exposure to deltamethrin with interval of 7 days; low (0.0705 mg/kg bw), medium (0.7050 mg/kg bw) and high (7.0500 mg/kg) level of exposure, and then investigate the time courses of urinary 3-PBA and dermal deltamethrin exposure. As a result, the urinary 3-PBA excretion in both concentration and amount were eliminated with increasing dermal exposures in all levels of deltamethrin exposure groups. The low level of deltamethrin groups showed especially significant decrease in urinary 3-PBA. Likely, the more exposure level of deltamethrin, the more urinary 3-PBA excretion showed high correlation between the repeated dermal exposure to deltamethrin and urinary 3-PBA excretion. This result is similar with the results when the number of repetition increases. Base on the results, accumulation of deltamethrin in agricultural workers who generally exposure to low levels of chronic pesticide may be negligible in body. We suggested that urinary 3-PBA excretion may be acute biomarker available to evaluate dermal exposure to deltamethrin.
