As the concrete is the porous material, the water or air will permeate freely in concrete, therefore the durability of concrete will be able to decrease. But the porous material is from surface with the rust inhibitor that it permeate the concrete internal to be possible, to inflict a pressure and also it is possible to permeate the rust inhibitor until steel-frame location. The objective of the study is to investigate the depth of penetration of concrete water forced in under pressure. For this purpose, the experiments for the depth of penetration by selecting the factors and levels such as water pressure, water pressurizing time were executed. The flow of water of concrete examined theoretically and experimentally. As a result, It is found that in the case of low water pressure approximately 0.15MPa or less, the flow is Darcy seepage flow, the same as flow in an ordinary sand stratum, whereas in the case of high water pressure, the flow is diffused seepage flow accompanied by internal deformation of concrete. This study attempts to develop a method that penetrates corrosion inhibitors up to the location of steel bars and investigate the penetration depth of corrosion inhibitors by verifying moisture migration in concrete under an applied pressure.

The Recently, the environmental issues are emerging as one the most important topics, in the construction which call for a new solution. Especially, in the concrete industry, the shortage of the associating resources as well as the environmental issues exist as important problems and the various industry by-products(blast furnace slag) or the use of the industry wastes as concrete resources for zero-emissions in order to solve both problems at once are being considered.
보수시공용 저온경화 시멘트모르타르 개발에 관한 실험적 연구

The object of this study is to develop the strength behavior of mortar under low-temperature(4℃~10℃). For this, with carrying out paste experiments, cure a paste as a fixed temperature of -10℃ base a classified mineral content that can be hardened at low temperature. then investigate a temperature record and specific strength. And, normal mortar possessing the W/C ratio 0.45 and repair mortars were cured at each primary factor variation of three classified curing stage, which are initial curing(20℃ standard sealed curing), main curing(low temperature(-10℃) sealed curing) and subsequent curing(4℃ sealed curing). Hence, the strength develop and freezing resistance of mortar were investigated and analyzed comparing the compressive strength and physical properties of cured mortar at the age of one and three days with those of the standard cured mortar. For micro structure analysis, we took some pictures of micro structure by SEM & TG/DTA in each type of curing temperature at same age.
